La présente invention concerne une houppette tridimensionnelle comprenant un film fixé à une partie de sa surface, et un procédé pour la fabriquer et, plus spécifiquement, une houppette tridimensionnelle comprenant un film fixé à une partie de sa surface, et un procédé pour la fabriquer, la houppette destinée à appliquer un matériau cosmétique sur la peau étant formée en une forme tridimensionnelle et ayant une partie qui est découpée pour être divisée en une partie d'application plane ayant une surface plate et une partie d'application incurvée ayant une surface incurvée souple, et un film constitué d'au moins un matériau choisi parmi un film de polyuréthane thermoplastique (TPU), un film thermofusible, et un film de polyéthylène (PE) étant fixé à la partie d'application plane ayant la surface plate, de telle sorte qu'un matériau cosmétique peut être appliqué sur la peau de façon à donner une sensation de bonne adhésion sans être absorbé dans la houppette.
