Description
本发明涉及加热不燃烧烟草制品领域,特别是涉及一种烟料罐和加热不燃烧烟吸嘴。
近年来,随着人们对被动吸烟问题的持续关注,环境烟草烟气已成为公众关于吸烟与健康问题争论的焦点之一,低温加热不燃烧烟草制品应运而生,烟草在加热温度不超过500摄氏度的情况下所释放出来的有害成分会显著降低,从而降低烟草制品对烟草吸食者的危害,使用加热不燃烧烟草制品时,一般是将烟料罐装在抽吸装置中,通过加热片对烟料罐内的烟料进行加热而使之产生烟气,加热温度一般在500摄氏度之下,由于使用加热不燃烧烟草制品产生烟气时不需要将烟草制品进行燃烧,烟草制品的受热温度大程度地降低,所以这种烟气产生方式大程度地降低了烟草制品中有害成分的释放量并为吸食者提供一定的烟草特征的抽吸感受。
传统的加热不燃烧烟草制品的烟料罐插入加热片加热后烟料罐内的烟料松脱,拔出烟料罐时,烟料罐内的残渣容易掉出,给消费者带来不便。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对现有技术热不燃烧烟草制品的烟料罐插入加热片加热后烟料罐内的烟料松脱,拔出烟料罐时,烟料罐内的残渣容易掉出,给消费者带来不便的问题,提供一种烟料罐和具有该烟料罐的加热不燃烧烟吸嘴。

在本实施例中,加热片43为倒锥形设置,即加热片43自所述隔板22的一端朝基座42的方向逐渐变小,当加热片43插入至罐体21内时,加大加热片43与密封层23之间的缝隙,使得外界空气更加顺畅的进入到罐体21内。
请参考图5,为本发明第二实施例的烟料罐20a,烟料罐20a包括罐体21a、设置在罐体21a一端的隔板22a、设置在罐体21a另一端的密封层23a、以及盖合在罐体21a设置有密封层23a一端的盖板24a。隔板22a及密封层23a与第一实施例的隔板22及密封层23结构相同,不同点在于,罐体21a设置有密封层23a一端的周侧具有外环28a,盖板24a朝罐体21a的一侧具有内环29a,当盖板24a盖合在密封层23a的外侧时,内环29a对应容置在外环28a内,密封层23a的边侧位于外环28a与内环29a之间,即粘贴部26a贴设在外环28a的内侧。
请参考图6,为本发明第三实施例的烟料罐20b,烟料罐20b包括罐体21b、设置在罐体21b一端的隔板22b、设置在罐体21b另一端的密封层23b;密封层23b与第一实施例的密封层23结构相同,不同点在于,密封层23b通过粘贴部26b直接密封在罐体21b的端部外侧,省去了盖板。
该加热不燃烧烟吸嘴使用时,烟料罐20装入外管10内,加热片43的通过戳破密封层23延伸至罐体21内与罐体21内的烟料100接触;滤嘴30装入外管10内与隔板22接触;启动开关按钮,使加热片43通电加热,从而实现加热片43对罐体21内的烟料100进行加热,消费者通过滤嘴30延伸出的一端进行抽吸烟气。
本发明的烟料罐和加热不燃烧烟吸嘴,通过在烟料罐的一端设置密封层,加热组件通过戳破密封层插入至烟料罐内与烟料罐内的烟料接触,烟料罐内的烟料松脱,使用完后,当拔出烟料罐时,由于有密封层,烟料罐内的残渣不易掉出,给消费者带来一定方便性。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这 些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (15)
- 一种烟料罐,用于装载烟料,其特征在于,所述烟料罐包括罐体、设置在所述罐体一端的隔板、以及设置在所述罐体另一端的密封层,所述罐体、隔板及密封层围成一容置空间以放置所述烟料;所述隔板上设有若干连通所述容置空间的通气孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的烟料罐,其特征在于:所述密封层为可戳破的金属纸或者碳纸。
- 根据权利要求1所述的烟料罐,其特征在于:所述密封层的周侧间隔设置有粘贴部,所述粘贴部与所述烟料罐的端部周侧紧贴。
- 根据权利要求1所述的烟料罐,其特征在于:所述烟料罐还包括盖合在所述罐体设置有所述密封层一端的盖板,所述盖板盖合在所述密封层的外侧,所述盖板与所述密封层对应的位置设有穿孔。
- 根据权利要求4所述的烟料罐,其特征在于:所述罐体设置有所述密封层一端的周侧设有环形缺口,所述盖板朝所述烟料罐的一侧延伸有卡圈,所述卡圈与所述环形缺口对应配合,所述密封层的边侧位于所述卡圈与所述罐体之间。
- 根据权利要求4所述的烟料罐,其特征在于:所述罐体设置有密封层一端的周侧具有外环,所述盖板朝所述罐体的一侧具有内环,所述内环对应容置在所述外环内,所述密封层的边侧位于所述外环与所述内环之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的烟料罐,其特征在于:所述罐体的材质为塑料、金属或者卷烟纸的其中一种。
- 根据权利要求1所述的烟料罐,其特征在于:所述罐体为圆柱体设置。
- 一种加热不燃烧烟吸嘴,其特征在于,包括外管、安装在所述外管内的烟料罐和滤嘴、以及安装在所述外管一端的加热组件;所述烟料罐包括罐体、设置在所述罐体一端的隔板、以及设置在所述罐体另一端的密封层;所述罐体、隔板及密封层围成一容置空间以放置烟料;所述隔板上设有若干连 通所述容置空间的通气孔;所述加热组件的一端通过戳破所述密封层插入至所述罐体内;所述滤嘴的一端与所述隔板接触,所述滤嘴的另一端延伸出所述外管。
- 根据权利要求9所述的加热不燃烧烟吸嘴,其特征在于:所述加热组件上设有进气孔,所述进气孔连通所述加热组件与所述密封层之间的缝隙。
- 根据权利要求10所述的加热不燃烧烟吸嘴,其特征在于:所述加热组件包括基座和安装在所述基座上的加热片,所述基座与所述外管连接,所述进气孔设置在所述基座上;所述加热片的远离所述基座的一端通过戳破所述密封层延伸至所述烟料罐内。
- 根据权利要求11所述的加热不燃烧烟吸嘴,其特征在于:所述加热片自所述隔板的一端朝所述基座的方向逐渐变小。
- 根据权利要求9所述的加热不燃烧烟吸嘴,其特征在于:所述滤嘴与所述隔板为可分离式接触。
- 根据权利要求9所述的加热不燃烧烟吸嘴,其特征在于:所述滤嘴与所述隔板连接为一体。
- 根据权利要求9所述的加热不燃烧烟吸嘴,其特征在于:所述外管的周壁内设有隔温腔。
