Abstract

본 발명은 음식물류 폐기물 발생원 집중처리 자원화 시스템에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 싱크대 배수구와 연통하여 싱크대 배수구를 통해 유입되는 음식물류 폐기물을 절단, 파쇄하도록 구성되는 이송장치; 상기 이송장치와 오수라인에 의해 연결되어 이송장치로부터 유입되는 음식물류 폐기물에서 고형물과 수분을 분리하여 배출시키는 고액분리감량장치; 상기 고액분리감량장치로부터 배출되는 고형물은 건조 및 발효 소멸장치에서 자원화 원료로를 저장할수 있는 저장부 및 발효소멸부; 상기 고액분리감량장치로부터 분리된 수분이 유입되며 유입된 수분을 처리수로 여과시키는 구성되는 여과챔버; 상기 여과챔버로부터 여과된 처리수를 공급받아 하수도로 방류시키는 배수챔버;를 포함하여 가정 및 집단 급식소, 업소 등에서 배출되는 음식물류 폐기물 이송장치에 의해 절단, 파쇄하고, 분쇄된 음식물류 폐기물에 대해 고형물과 수분으로 분리시켜 분리된 고형물은 산소 공급으로 호기성 미생물의 발열을 이용 건조 및 발효 소멸 장치기로 자원화 원료로 회수 하고, 악취가 제거된 퇴비, 사료 등으로의 재활용이 가능한 자원원료로 회수하며, 또한 분리된 수분은 여과처리하여 하수도로 방류시킴으로써 전체적으로 음식물류 폐기물에 대한 수거 및 처리가 불필요한 장점이 있는 음식물류 폐기물발생원 집중처리 자원화 시스템에 관한 것이다.
