있도록각표면들에서로대웅하는나사공들 (12c)이형성되어이를통해볼트 둥 (12d)으로체결하여고정할수있다.
[22] 또한,의자부 (20)는책상부 (10)로부터적정거리를조절할수있도록
의자받침 (25)에의해상기바닥부 (30)상에 이동가능하게결합되는데,이는도 2a 내지도 2e에도시하는의자받침 (25)과볼트공 (31)및체결볼트 (32)의나사 체결에의해이루어질수있다.또한,의자받침 (25)과지지프레임 (21)은 의자부 (20)의높이조절기능과함께소정의쿠션기능을제공하는신축 실린더 (24)에의해서로연결된다.또한,의자부 (20)의시트 (22)와등받이 (23)는 사용자자세,특히사용자의엉덩이및등의각도에따라착좌,기립또는 스트레칭자세로의변경이자유롭도록지지프레임 (21)상에회전가능하게 결합될수있다.이를위해,지지프레임 (21)은소정의절곡된형태로구성될수 있는데,구체적으로바닥으로부터수직인하부프레임 (21a)과바닥에수평인 상부프레임 (21b)으로구성되고,하부프레임 (21a)상에는시트 (22)가
회전가능하게힌지결합되고상부프레임 (21b)상에는등받이 (23)가
회전가능하게힌지결합될수있다.
[23] 보다바람직하게는,상부프레임 (21a)은길이방향으로다수의걸림홈 (21d)들이 형성될수있으며,이걸림홈들중어느한곳에사용자의신체치수에맞게 등받이 (23)를옮겨거치할수있는구조를제공한다.이것은도 2a내지도 2e에서 등받이 (23)의측면상에보여지는걸림돌기 (21e)의상기걸림홈 (21d)에 대한위치 이동에의해이루어질수있다.
[24] 한편,책상부 (10)에서는책상다리 (12)의양단사이에사용자의발을올려놓을 수있는발받침대 (13,14)가하나이상형성될수있다.바람직한형태로는,착좌 상태에서발을올려놓기위한상부발받침대 (14)와기립상태에서발을올려 놓을수있는하부발받침대 (13)로구성되며,이러한상부발받침대 (14)와하부 발받침대 (13)는의자부 (20)를향하여각각일정한기울기를가짐이바람직하다. 이경우,기립상태에서발을올려놓기위한하부발받침대 (13)의기을기가착좌 상태에서발을올려놓기위한상부발받침대 ( 14)보다가파른형태로제공될수 있다.

사용시의의자상태도이고,도 3b는기립사용시의의자상태도이다.
[26] 도 3a에도시된바와같이착석상태에서는지지프레임 (21)의
하부프레임 (21a)에힌지된시트 (22)가책상상판 (11)거의수평을이루고 상부프레임 (21b)에힌지된등받이가책상상판 (U)과거의수직을이룬다.이 상태에서사용자의발은상부발받침대 (14)에올려진상태로편안하게사용할 수있다.
[27] 또한,도 3b에도시된바와같이기립상태에서는사용자의몸을의자부 (20)에 기댄상태로사용할수있는데,이때지지프레임 (21)의하부프레임 (21a)에 힌지된의자의시트 (22)는사용자의다리가향하는방향으로소정의기울어진
각도를유지할수있으며,이상태에서사용자의발은하부발받침대 ( 14)에 올려진상태로몸의하중을지탱할수있다.
[28] 도 4는도 2에따른의자일체형 책상의한변형형태를보여주는측면도로서, 이는하나의책상부 (10)를중심으로그대응하는방향의양쪽에 2개의
의자부 (20)(20')를서로마주보도록배치한구조이다.이와같은구성은하나의 책상에두사람이마주앉아서학습 (study)하거나교습 (teaching)이가능하도록한 것으로,이배치에서책상부 (10)는바닥부 (30')의중앙에고정되고,각각의 의자부 (20)(20')는책상부 (10)를중심으로바닥부 (30')의양쪽에 전후방향으로 이동배치가가능하도록설치될수있으며,책상부 (10)와각의자부 (20)(20')의 구조는도 2에도시된구조와실질적으로동일하다.

[30] 도 5는도 2에따른의자일체형책상의다른변형형태를도시한것으로,도 5a는책상측면도,도 5b는부분확대평면도,도 5c는작동상태도이다.
[31] 도면에따르면,책상부 (10')는사용자의착좌또는기립상태에서걷기운동 또는다리운동이가능하도록하기위해스탭퍼장치 (stepper;40)를구비할수 있다.이러한스랩퍼장치 (40)는 2개의발판 (42a,42b)과이발판들의하부를각각 지지하는 2개의가스실린더 (41)로구성될수있다.
[32] 각각의발판 (42a, 42b)은책상다리 (12)의 양단을연결하는고정바 (43)상에
회전가능하게힌지결합되고,또한각각의가스실린더 (41)는그하단들이 바닥부의앞단에힌지결합되고상단들이발판의하단에각각힌지결합된 형태로제공될수있으며,이를통해발판에가해지는힘에의해가스실린더가 수축할경우와가스실린더가신장할때상호작용이가능하도록구성된다.

의자부 (20),및상기책상부와의자부의하단을연결하고지지하는바닥부 (30)를 포함하고,책상부 (10)는상판 (11)과이를지지하는책상다리 (12)로이루어져 상기책상다리 (12)의하단이바닥부 (30)상에고정되어 있으며,의자부 (20)는 시트 (22)와둥받이 (23),그리고상기시트및등받이를지지하는소정의절곡된 형태의지지프레임 (21)으로구성되어 있다.본실시형태에서 책상부 (10)는 책상다리 (12)의높이조절에의해상판의높이를사용자에맞게조절할수 있으며.,또한그에대응하여의자부 (20)의높이도지지프레임 (21)의높이조절을 통해시트 (22)의높이를사용자에맞게조절할수있다.
[36] 지지프레임 (21)은책상부 (10)로부터의자부 (20)의거리를조절할수있도록 바닥부 (30)상에이동가능하게결합되며,바닥으로부터수직인
하부프레임 (21a)과바닥에수평인상부프레임 (21b)을포함하고,하부프레임 (21a) 상에는시트 (22)가회전가능하게힌지결합되고상부프레임 (21b)상에는
등받이 (23)가회전가능하게힌지결합된구조를갖는다.또한,하부프레임 (21a)의 하부는바닥부 (30)에대하여 일정각도의하방으로연장되어상기
바닥부 (30)로부터 일정각도의상방향으로연장되는지지프레임본체에 인출가능하게삽입된형태를갖출수있다.따라서,시트 (22)의결합점아래로 연장된하부프레임 (21a)의하부에는일정간격으로다수의나사공 (21al)이 형성되고이들이삽입되는지지프레임본체에도그에대응하는다수의 나사공 (21a2)이형성되어하부프레임 (21a)의하부를인출한후에는볼트등으로 체결하여의자부 (20)의 일정한높이상태를유지할수있게된다ᅳ
[37] 이상본발명의다양한실시예들에대하여설명하였으나,지금까지설명한 내용들은본발명의바람직한실시예들중그일부를예시한정도에불과하며, 아래에첨부된청구범위에나타날수있는것을제외하고는상술한내용에의해 제한되지않는다.

[청구항 1] 책상부,의자부,및상기책상부와의자부의하단을연결하고지지하는 바닥부를포함하고,상기의자부는시트와등받이,그리고상기시트및 등받이를지지하는지지프레임으로구성되며,상기시트와등받이는 사용자자세에따라착좌,기립또는스트레칭상태로의 변경이
자유롭도록상기지지프레임상에회전가능하게결합된것을특징으로 하는의자일체형책상.
[청구항 2] 제 1항에 있어서,
상기의자부는책상부로부터 일정거리를유지할수있도록의자받침에 의해상기바닥부상에이동가능하게결합되고,상기의자받침과 지지프레임은의자부의높이조절과소정의쿠션기능을제공하는신축 실린더에의해연결된것을특징으로하는의자일체형책상.
[청구항 3] 제 1항에 있어서,
상기책상부는상판과이상판을지지하는책상다리로이루어져상기 상판에연결된책상다리의상부가상기바닥부에연결된책상다리의 하부로부터인출되어연장가능하게구성된것을특징으로하는의자 일체형책상.
[청구항 4] 제 1항에 있어서,
상기의자부는시트와등받이,그리고상기시트및등받이를지지하는 지지프레임으로구성되고,상기지지프레임은바닥으로부터수직의 하부프레임과바닥에수평인상부프레임으로구성되어상기하부프레임 상에시트가회전가능하게결합되고상기상부프레임상에둥받이가 회전가능하게결합되며,상기상부프레임은길이방향으로다수의 걸림홈들이형성되어 이들걸림홈중어느하나에상기등받이를옮겨 거치할수있도록구성한것을특징으로하는의자일체형책상.
[청구항 5] 제 3항에 있어서,
상기책상부는책상다리의양단사이에사용자의발을올려놓을수있는 발받침대가하나이상형성되고,상기발받침대는착좌상태에서발을 을려놓기위한상부발받침대와기립상태에서발올올려놓을수있는 하부발받침대로구성되며,상기상부발받침대와하부발받침대는 의자부를향하여각각상이한기울기를갖는것을특징으로하는의자 일체형 책상.
[청구항 6] 제 3항에 있어서,
상기책상부는사용자의착좌또는기립상태에서걷기운동또는다리 운동이가능한스랩퍼장치를포함하고,상기스탭퍼장치는 2개의 발판과이발판들의하부를각각지지하는 2개의가스실린더를포함하고. 상기발판은책상다리의양단을연결하는고정바상에회전가능하게
결합되고,상기가스실린더는하단이바닥부의앞단에회전가능하게 결합되고상단이발판의하단에회전가능하게결합된것을특징으로 하는의자일체형 책상.
[청구항 7] 제 4항에 있어서,
상기지지프레임은하부프레임의하부가바닥부에대하여 일정각도의 하방으로연장되어상기바닥부로부터 일정각도의상방향으로연장되는 지지프레임본체에인출가능하게삽입된구조를가지며,상기 하부프레임의하부와상기지지프레임본체의대웅표면은각각다수의 나사체결부를갖추어의자부높이조절에따른체결고정이가능한것을 특징으로하는의자일체형책상.
