Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil (10) pour le recyclage de déchets plastiques mélangés, l'appareil de recyclage comprenant un système d'extrusion thermique comprenant une extrudeuse thermique (12) comprenant un cylindre allongé (18) présentant une première extrémité et une deuxième extrémité. Le cylindre (18) dispose d'une ouverture d'alimentation en l'extrémité inférieure d'une trémie (22) dans laquelle est introduit un mélange de déchets de plastique et d'eau. Le cylindre (22) comporte un certain nombre de zones de chauffage (28.1, 28.2, 28.3) le long de la longueur correspondante pour chauffer le mélange déchets plastiques/eau à une température au moins au-dessus du point d'ébullition de l'eau de façon à provoquer le changement de phase de l'eau en vapeur. Une ouverture d'évent de vapeur (26) est située à proximité de la deuxième extrémité du cylindre, à travers laquelle de la vapeur peut s'échapper du cylindre. Un réservoir de collecte d'eau est disposé au niveau d'une région inférieure fonctionnelle correspondante pour collecter l'excès d'eau qui s'écoule du mélange déchets plastiques/eau. L'appareil comprend en outre une tête d'extrusion comprenant une filière d'extrusion (44) à proximité de la deuxième extrémité du cylindre et un transporteur à vis rotative (12) situé à l'intérieur du cylindre (18) pour transporter le mélange de déchets plastiques et d'eau le long du cylindre depuis la première extrémité correspondante à la deuxième extrémité correspondante.
