Abstract

The present invention consists of manufacturing small plastic bottles made of a polymer such as PET containing carbonated beverages and others, having a formed bottom for housing therein the lid portion of an identical bottle. The form is provided with a safety feature and designed so that the lid portion of the bottle which is inserted into same cannot open during the separation of same. A form designed without this safety feature would not guarantee a perfect separation. This technique makes it possible to obtain an assembly by fitting a plurality of vertically adjacent small bottles together heightwise according to the height chosen by the user. It also describes four-ring connector strips which are attached to the neck of each bottle, inserted moulded panels as well as an adapter for medium and large bottles.

Description

 The present invention consists in making small PET-type plastic bottles containing carbonated beverages and others having a bottom stamped by the appropriate techniques or after cutting by the external insertion of a hollow part molded in the same polymer as the bottle. to come and house the cap part of the same little bottle.

 The aim being that the pack of small bottles arrives directly to the connected consumers superimposed vertically and horizontally connected by the rings applied under the necks with the inserts clipped on the lateral parts thereof, to make only a demonstrative set of multiple applications offered by this new technique of manufacturing small PET polymer bottles.

 For medium and large cylindrical, square or rectangular cylinders of so-called straight and undeformed manufacture, an adapter made of the same polymer material as the bottles will have the main function of receiving from below the upper level cap level of a bottle and the top of the bottom of another bottle for a stacked interlocking, this adapter is provided with two male clips and two female clips so as to assemble the stacked columns in right wall or at right angles and many others possibilities and will also serve as a cup.
