背景技术
随着经济的发展,人们对空调器的要求越来越高,现有的空调器具有一些改善空气质量的方式,但改善空气的风道均与空调器本身的换热风道相关联,影响着空调器本身功能的发挥。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种空气处理模块,旨在不影响现有空调器功能的情况下,改善空气质量。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出的空气处理模块,用于空调器,所述空调器具有换热风道,所述空气处理模块包括:
壳体,所述壳体具有进风口、出风口,以及位于所述进风口和所述出风口之间的空气处理风道;所述进风口包括新风口,所述新风口与室外连通;
风轮,所述风轮放置于所述空气处理风道内;
其中,所述换热风道和所述空气处理风道相互独立设置。
优选地,所述进风口包括内风口,所述内风口与室内连通。
优选地,新风口处设置有用于打开和关闭所述新风口的新风门,所述内风口处设置有用于打开和关闭所述内风口的内风门。

本发明技术方案中,通过新风口的设置,使得空气处理模块处理的空气对象为室外的新鲜空气,从而使得室内的空气可以得到有效的调节;具体地,在风机的作用下,空气处理风道中的空气从出风口排除,室外机的新鲜空气通过新风口进入到空气处理风道到中,从而实现室内空气的更新和替换,使得用户在开启空调器时,在室内也可以呼吸到室外的新鲜空气;同时,空气处理风道与空调器的室内侧换热风道和室外侧换热风道都相互独立,从而使得空气处理模块在对空气进行处理的过程中,不影响空气本身的换热过程,从而有利于空调器可以稳定的运行;同时,将空气处理模块用于空调器,相比单独设置空气处理模块,可以为用户节省更多的空间,使得空调器的结构更加紧凑,在为用户提供新的功能的同时,充分合理的利用了空间。

本发明主要提出一种空气处理模块,主要应用于空调器中,以改善空气的质量,如更换室内空气、增加空气湿度、增加空气洁净度等等。该空调器是指,可以对空气的温度进行调节的设备,包括壁挂式分体机,壁挂式一体机,落地式分体机,落地式一体机等等。空调器包括室内换热侧和室外换热侧,室内换热侧和室外换热侧一般均包括壳体,进风组件、换热组件和送风组件。其中,壳体具有进风口、出风口以及进风口与出风口之间的换热风道,进风组件设置在进风口处,换热组件和送风组件设置在换热风道内。空调室内机还包括导风组件,导风组件设置在出风口。本申请中的空气处理模块,主要对空气进行更换,在将室外气体引入的同时,增加空气湿度,并且不影响空调器的正常工作。

风轮,所述风轮放置于所述空气处理风道130内;在风轮的作用下,空气处理风道130中的气流流动,室外新风从进风口110进入空气处理风道130,并经过风道中的一些空气处理件,最后从出风口120流出空气处理设备。
其中,所述换热风道(210,310)和所述空气处理风道130相互独立设置
具体地,本实施例中,壳体100的形状可以有很多,为了更好的与空调器配合,壳体100的形状可以根据具体使用的空调器的机型来设置,在此不做特殊限定,以呈圆筒状设置为例。
其中,进风口110和出风口120位置可以有很多,可以根据不同的风道形式,不同的机型灵活设置,在此不做特殊限定。例如,所述进风口110开设在所述壳体100的背部和/或侧部;所述出风口120开设在所述壳体100的正面、侧部和顶部中的一处或多处。即进风口110和出风口120的位置,可以根据不同的机型,不同的风道和不同的用户需求进行设置。进风口110和出风口120的形状,可以根据进风口110、出风口120的位置和实际需求进行设置,进风口110和出风口120的形状可以有很多,例如,圆形、椭圆形、方形以及多边形等等,在此不做特殊限定。

新风口处设置有用于打开和关闭所述新风口的新风门,所述内风口处设置有用于打开和关闭所述内风口的内风门。当然,在一些实施例中,新风门和内风门可以一体成型设置。即门体用于打开和/或关闭新风口和内风口。
空气处理模块与空调器本体的连接方式有很多,例如固定连接,可拆卸连接等,其中,可拆卸连接,可以为卡扣固定连接,螺钉固定连接或者通过挂钩连接。同时,空气处理模块可以设置的位置有很多,以室内机200为例,可以设置在室内机200的顶部、底部或内部。当然,如果设置的过空气处理模块时,可以再多个位置设置控制处理模块。以室外机300为例,所述空气处理模块位于所述空调器的室外机300的顶部、底部或内部,所述空气处理模块的出风口120与室内连通。
为了增加空气的洁净度,所述空气处理模块包括空气水洗模块,所述空气水洗模块设置于所述进风口110、出风口120或风道内,用以清洗通过所述进风口110的空气。水洗模块的实现方式可以有很多,凡是能将水打起,用于清洗空气的方案就可以。
为了调节空气湿度,所述空气处理模块还包括空气加湿模块,所述空气加湿模块设置于所述空气水洗模块的出风侧。加湿模块包括加湿膜,当经过水洗后的空气湿度太高时,加湿膜可以吸收部分水蒸气,以降低空气湿度,当经过水洗后的空气湿度不够时,加湿膜可以进一步增加空气湿度,以使空气达到合适的湿度。通过加湿膜的设置,有效的调节空气湿度,有利于用户获取合适湿度的洁净空气。
为例增加空气的洁净度,所述空气处理模块还包括空气过滤模块,所述空气过滤模块设置于所述空气水洗模块的进风侧。过滤模块可以为过滤网,也可以为HEAP网。通过将空气过滤模块设置在空气实现模块的进风侧,在水洗空气之前,先通过空气过滤模块将空气中的杂质除去。从而实现空气洁净的多级处理。
本发明还提出一种空调器,该空调器包括空调室内机200、室外机300和空气处理模块,该空气处理模块的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本空调器采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术 方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。其中,空气处理模块设置在所述室内机200上、室内机200内,或室外机300上,室外机300外部。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种空气处理模块,用于空调器,其特征在于,所述空调器具有换热风道,所述空气处理模块包括:
    壳体,所述壳体具有进风口、出风口,以及位于所述进风口和所述出风口之间的空气处理风道;所述进风口包括新风口,所述新风口与室外连通;
    风轮,所述风轮放置于所述空气处理风道内;
    其中,所述换热风道和所述空气处理风道相互独立设置
  2. 如权利要求1所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,所述进风口包括内风口,所述内风口与室内连通。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,新风口处和内风口处设置有用于打开和关闭所述新风口和/或所述内风口的风门。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,所述进风口开设在所述壳体的背部和/或侧部;
    所述出风口开设在所述壳体的正面、侧部和顶部中的一处或多处。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,所述空气处理模块位于所述空调器的室内机的顶部、底部或内部。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,所述空气处理模块位于所述空调器的室外机的顶部、底部或内部,所述空气处理模块的出风口与室内连通。
  7. 如权利要求1或2所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,所述空气处理模块包括空气水洗模块,所述空气水洗模块设置于所述进风口、出风口或风道内,用以清洗通过所述进风口的空气。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,所述空气处理模块还包括空气加湿模块,所述空气加湿模块设置于所述空气水洗模块的出风侧。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,所述空气处理模块还包括空气过滤模块,所述空气过滤模块设置于所述空气水洗模块的进风侧。
  10. 一种空调器,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的空气处理模块。
