Abstract

La présente invention concerne une composition de type milieu pour la différenciation d'une cellule souche pluripotente induite humaine en une cellule précurseur de papille dermique, un procédé de différenciation et une utilisation pour induire la néogenèse de follicules pileux à l'aide de ladite cellule précurseur de papille dermique différenciée. Les présents inventeurs ont mis au point un procédé de différenciation d'une cellule souche pluripotente induite humaine en une cellule précurseur de papille dermique ayant une capacité de formation de follicules pileux et une composition de type milieu de différenciation spécifique de cellule précurseur de papille dermique pour la différenciation ci-dessus, et ont induit efficacement la néogenèse de follicules pileux constitués uniquement de cellules humaines, sans follicules pileux hybrides murins-humains classiques, à l'aide de ladite cellule précurseur de papille dermique induite humaine et d'une cellule précurseur d'épiderme induite humaine obtenue par l'intermédiaire dudit procédé de différenciation. Le tissu folliculaire pileux humain obtenu par application de la technique de différenciation de la cellule précurseur de papille dermique selon la présente invention devrait être utile à titre de procédé thérapeutique pour les patients souffrant de perte de cheveux en surmontant les limites des traitements contre la perte des cheveux.
