Abstract
一种乙醇残渣过滤系统装置,包括乙醇储罐(1)、输送泵(2)、过滤装置(3)和板式换热机构(4),乙醇储罐(1)下端连接输送泵(2),输送泵(2)另一端连接过滤装置(3),过滤装置(3)的另一端连接板式换热机构(4),过滤装置(3)是两组袋式过滤器并联安装在管路中;过滤装置(3)的管路上还设置压力表(36);板式换热机构(4)一侧进口管上装有观察镜(41)。该装置设计简单,使用方便,过滤装置设计成袋式过滤器,结构合理,方便清洗,而且成本低,过滤效果好。压力表能够有效观察压力,压力过大说明过滤器脏堵,需要清洗,观察镜的设计能够有效看出管路中乙醇是否有杂质,还可以确定过滤器是否脏堵,过滤器脏堵时,则通过的溶液量会减少,起到监测保护的作用。
Description
本实用新型涉及乙醇过滤领域,具体涉及一种乙醇残渣过滤系统装置。
以往在乙醇生产加工过程中,不过滤直接使用加工,这样乙醇当中的一些杂质或残渣就会进入后续工序加工设备中,不容易清洗,使用一些过滤器,则不易清洗,残渣全部进到滤芯内部,清洗困难,而且成本高。
发明内容
为了解决上述发明问题,本实用新型提出了一种乙醇残渣过滤系统装置,设计简单,使用方便,能有有效地过滤乙醇当中的残渣,而且清洗方便,成本低。
为了达到上述发明目的,本实用新型提出了以下技术方案:
一种乙醇残渣过滤系统装置,它包括乙醇储罐、输送泵、过滤装置和板式换热机构,乙醇储罐下端连接输送泵,输送泵另一端连接过滤装置,过滤装置的另一端连接板式换热机构,过滤装置是两组袋式过滤器并联安装在管路中。
所述的过滤装置包括壳体、上盖、过滤布袋、布袋框架,壳体上端盖有上盖,壳体内装有布袋框架,布袋框架内装有过滤布袋,过滤布袋上端反卷套在布袋框架上端,上盖内部下端把过滤布袋上端压紧在布袋框架上端,上盖上端安装有放气管路,放气管路上装有放气阀,放气阀与上盖之间管路上还装有压力表,壳体下端是滤器出口管,且壳体下端安装有放残阀,上盖上端装有滤器进口管,上盖与壳体通过螺栓螺母固定在一起。
所述的过滤布袋33是0.5微米孔径的液体覆膜过滤袋。
所述的板式换热机构一侧进口管上装有观察镜。
本实用新型的优点是设计简单,使用方便,过滤装置设计成袋式过滤器,结构合理,方便清洗,而且成本低,过滤效果好,压力表能够有效观察压力,压力过大说明滤器脏堵,需要清洗,观察镜的设计能够有效看出管路中乙醇是否有杂质,还可以确保滤器有没有脏堵,滤器脏堵,则通过的溶液量减少,起到监测保护作用。

参照附图1,一种乙醇残渣过滤系统装置,它包括乙醇储罐1、输送泵2、过滤装置3和板式换热机构4,乙醇储罐1下端连接输送泵2,输送泵2另一端连接过滤装置3,过滤装置3的另一端连接板式换热机构4,过滤装置2是两组袋式过滤器并联安装在管路中。
如图2,所述的过滤装置3包括壳体31、上盖32、过滤布袋33、布袋框架34,壳体31上端盖有上盖32,壳体31内装有布袋框架34,布袋框架34内装有过滤布袋33,过滤布袋33上端反卷套在布袋框架34上端,上盖32内部下端把过滤布袋33上端压紧在布袋框架34上端,上盖32上端安装有放气管路,放气管路上装有放气阀35,放气阀35与上盖32之间管路上还装有压力表36,壳体31下端是滤器出口管,且壳体下端安装有放残阀37,上盖32上端装有滤器进口管,上盖32与壳体31通过螺栓螺母固定在一起。
所述的过滤布袋33是0.5微米孔径的液体覆膜过滤袋。
所述的板式换热机构4一侧进口管上装有观察镜41。
本实用新型使用时,输送泵把乙醇储罐内的乙醇输送到板式换热机构,中间经过过滤装置,两组过滤装置一组使用,另一组备用,溶液进入前可以通过放气阀放气,放气阀放出溶液出来,立马关闭放气阀,观察观察镜,看看是否有溶液通过,同时观察压力表,看压力是否正常,一旦发现异常,立马打开备用过滤装置,关闭过滤装置前后的阀门,对滤器进行打开检查,打开前,把放残阀打开,把滤器内压力释放掉,这样才能安全打开,如果过滤布袋脏了,则更换备用干净的过滤布袋,脏的进行清洗,以便下次使用。

- 一种乙醇残渣过滤系统装置,其特征是它包括乙醇储罐、输送泵、过滤装置和板式换热机构,乙醇储罐下端连接输送泵,输送泵另一端连接过滤装置,过滤装置的另一端连接板式换热机构,过滤装置是两组袋式过滤器并联安装在管路中。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种乙醇残渣过滤系统装置,其特征是所述的过滤装置包括壳体、上盖、过滤布袋、布袋框架,壳体上端盖有上盖,壳体内装有布袋框架,布袋框架内装有过滤布袋,过滤布袋上端反卷套在布袋框架上端,上盖内部下端把过滤布袋上端压紧在布袋框架上端,上盖上端安装有放气管路,放气管路上装有放气阀,放气阀与上盖之间管路上还装有压力表,壳体下端是滤器出口管,且壳体下端安装有放残阀,上盖上端装有滤器进口管,上盖与壳体通过螺栓螺母固定在一起。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种乙醇残渣过滤系统装置,其特征是所述的板式换热机构一侧进口管上装有观察镜。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种乙醇残渣过滤系统装置,其特征是所述的过滤布袋是0.5微米孔径的液体覆膜过滤袋。
