Abstract

L'invention concerne un brûleur à prémélange gazeux comprenant une plaque de montage métallique (102), une chambre de mélange (108), un plateau de brûleur poreux (110) et une structure de plaque (106). Le plateau de brûleur poreux renferme la chambre de mélange. La combustion est stabilisée sur le plateau de brûleur poreux après que le prémélange gazeux s'est écoulé depuis la chambre de mélange à travers le plateau de brûleur poreux. La structure de plaque comprend une pluralité de perforations (112). La structure de plaque est disposée dans la chambre de mélange pour l'écoulement du prémélange gazeux à travers les perforations de la structure de plaque avant que le prémélange gazeux ne s'écoule à travers le plateau de brûleur poreux. La circonférence du plateau de brûleur poreux a la forme d'un rectangle dont les deux côtés courts ont été arrondis. La structure de plaque est produite par découpe et pliage d'une plaque métallique. La structure de plaque est fixée à la plaque de montage métallique uniquement le long des côtés longs de la circonférence rectangulaire du plateau de brûleur poreux.
