一种自动化农药喷洒装置 技术领域
本发明涉及农业机械技术领域,具体涉及一种自动化农药喷洒装置。
背景技术
农业上为了防止农作物病虫害,经常需要喷洒农药,有时是一种农药按一定比例与水混合后喷洒,或是多种农药按各自的比例与水混合后一起进行喷洒,联合用药,可以防治多种病虫害。
传统的方式是采用人工进行喷雾,不仅喷雾效果差,而且效率较低,还可能会对操作人员的健康带来威胁。目前针对农田防虫喷药主要采用的还是人力喷药,不仅浪费体力,而且效率很低,尤其是农作物生长期,不仅体力消耗大,而且农药容易散漏。随着农业自动化水平的逐渐提高,已经不适应生产发展的需要。
实用内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种自动化农药喷洒装置,能够解决上述问题。
本实用通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种自动化农药喷洒装置,包括主挡板、上挡板、侧挡板、主控制面板、主控制器、喷洒键、推动键、扶手、进药口、进水口、药桶、推动器、弹簧管道、喷头、立柱、出药管道、泵、底座、万向滑轮,在底座上端设置药桶,在药桶上设置进水口和进药口,在药桶一侧设置出药管道,在出药管道上设置泵,在出药管道右侧设置弹簧管道,弹簧管道连接喷头,在弹簧管道左侧设置推动器,推动器连接弹簧管道,在弹簧管道下端设置立柱;在底座左侧设置扶手。
作为本实用的进一步优化方案,在扶手上设置主控制面板,在主控制面板内设置主控制器,在主控制面板上设置喷洒键和推动键,喷洒键通过主控制器连接泵,推动键通过主控制器连接推动器。
作为本实用的进一步优化方案,在扶手上设置主挡板,在主挡板上端设置 上挡板,在主挡板两侧均设置侧挡板。
作为本实用的进一步优化方案,在所述的底座下端设置万向滑轮;所述的出药管道和弹簧管道均是由防腐材料制成的。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明包括主挡板、上挡板、侧挡板、主控制面板、主控制器、喷洒键、推动键、扶手、进药口、进水口、药桶、推动器、弹簧管道、喷头、立柱、出药管道、泵、底座、万向滑轮,在底座上端设置药桶,在药桶上设置进水口和进药口,在药桶一侧设置出药管道,在出药管道上设置泵,在出药管道右侧设置弹簧管道,弹簧管道连接喷头,在弹簧管道左侧设置推动器,推动器连接弹簧管道,在弹簧管道下端设置立柱;在底座左侧设置扶手。通过推动器推动弹簧管道能够使喷头洒向农作物上,避免农药在喷药过程中撒漏,降低劳动强度。
2、本发明在扶手上设置主控制面板,在主控制面板内设置主控制器,在主控制面板上设置喷洒键和推动键,喷洒键通过主控制器连接泵,推动键通过主控制器连接推动器。可以通过喷洒键和推动键可实现喷洒农药和推动弹簧管道的功能,实现自动化操作。
3、本发明在扶手上设置主挡板,在主挡板上端设置上挡板,在主挡板两侧均设置侧挡板。可以通过主挡板、上挡板和侧挡板能够阻挡在喷洒农药时的农药药液,保证操作人不会受到农药的伤害。
4、本发明在所述的底座下端设置万向滑轮;所述的出药管道和弹簧管道均是由防腐材料制成的。通过万向滑轮实现对底座的移动,并通过放过材料提高设备的使用寿命。
5、本发明结构简单,易于制作,适宜于工业化生产。

如图1所示,一种自动化农药喷洒装置,包括主挡板1、上挡板2、侧挡板3、主控制面板4、主控制器5、喷洒键6、推动键7、扶手8、进药口9、进水口10、药桶11、推动器12、弹簧管道13、喷头14、立柱15、出药管道16、泵17、底座18、万向滑轮19,在底座18上端设置药桶11,在药桶11上设置进水口10和进药口9,在药桶11一侧设置出药管道16,在出药管道16上设置泵17,在出药管道16右侧设置弹簧管道13,弹簧管道13连接喷头14,在弹簧管道13左侧设置推动器12,推动器12连接弹簧管道13,在弹簧管道13下端设置立柱15;在底座18左侧设置扶手8。通过推动器12推动弹簧管道13能够使喷头14洒向农作物上,避免农药在喷药过程中撒漏,降低劳动强度。在扶手8上设置主控制面板4,在主控制面板4内设置主控制器5,在主控制面板4上设置喷洒键6和推动键7,喷洒键6通过主控制器5连接泵17,推动键7通过主控制器5连接推动器12。可以通过喷洒键6和推动键7可实现喷洒农药和推动弹簧管道13的功能,实现自动化操作。在扶手8上设置主挡板1,在主挡板1上端设置上挡板2,在主挡板1两侧均设置侧挡板3。可以通过主挡板1、上挡板2和侧挡板3能够阻挡在喷洒农药时的农药药液,保证操作人不会受到农药的伤害。在所述的底座18下端设置万向滑轮19;所述的出药管道16和弹簧管道13均是由防腐材料制成的。通过万向滑轮19实现对底座18的移动,并通过放过材料提高设备的使用寿命。
