In addition, the solution enables the fixation of the shirt (3.1) in the standard position, and in accordance with the anatomy of the body.
Description
BELT FOR SHIRT STAY
Technical field to which invention relates
According to the international patent classification, the invention relates to the field of everyday human needs in the class of clothes to wear in the subclass of fasteners for clothing, containment, more specifically, the invention can be placed into two groups, holders of trousers supported by shirt, vest or similar and/or belts, belts or belts for trousers or skirts. In accordance with the established designations of the international patent classification, the invention could be marked with A41 F5/00 and A41 F9/00.
Technical problem solved by the invention
The invention reveals a solution to the problem of unwanted pulling out a shirt that is placed in trousers in daily wear. Namely, the standard (classic) style of wearing a shirt and trousers combination implies that the lower part of the shirt is placed between the upper part of the trousers and the belt, but very often, for various reasons, the mutual position of these two parts of clothing changes without being wanted by the person who is wearing them, resolving in an unwanted look that can act disorderly.
State of the art
There are many solutions that treat the problem of getting the shirt untucked from the trousers while wearing them, from the beginning of using this combination. The first known solutions include special performances of trousers and shirts that impair the possibility of a free combination of different parts of clothing. Current solutions that solve this problem in a way that includes an active patent have different approaches and technical
performances. Application US2015089718 reveals a solution that involves the use of a special piece that fastens to buttons or clings to the lower part of the shirt using a hanger, with straps that do not have additional belts but pass alternately from the front and back of the shirt. This solution involves a special performance of the shirt itself and a part that passes under the pelvis.
The solution that appears in US2006048266 is based on self-adhesive pads that are applied to the shirt and prevent it from slipping. This solution does not include belt or belt but implies either permanent adapting to each shirt or temporary application of self-adhesive cushions. The CA2595283 application is a solution that, according to the type, is close to the solution in question, which is found in this application, but the absence of segments that would provide the full functionality makes this solution partially inapplicable.
Inventors have no knowledge of the performance of fastening, in which will be revealed below, and according to the insight in some of the solutions present in the available patent documentation, it follows that an identical solution is not subject to protection. Brief description of solved technical problem
A belt for shirt stay which is composed of an elastic belt secured with suitable parts that enable it to be used with anchoring in the lower part of the torso, above the shirt, in the area immediately below the belt space of the trousers. The invention has an appropriately made solution that does not allow slipping of the material of the shirt, by fastening, and at the same time, holds the anchor under the belt. In addition, the solution enables the fixation of the shirt in the standard position, and in accordance with the anatomy of the body.
Description of drawings

Detailed description of the invention
The fastener of the shirt (Fig1. a. b. c) consists of an elastic band (1 .1) whose length on both sides is securely stitched in place for maximum reinforcement, fastened or glued together a plurality of segments (1 .2), which have the property of preventing slipping of the material by touching materials that are commonly used for trousers and shirts. Both ends of the strip are provided with a section for fastening the locking hook (locking tab) (1.4 ) and the tightness control adjustment section (1.5 ), on the loop that forms the tension adjustment part
(regulator) (1.5) is the locking hook (1.3). The tension is regulated in relation to the length that the anchor has between the locking hook (1.3) and the section for accepting the locking hook.
The elastic strip (1.1) from which the fastening belt is made can be made of elastic textile, rubber, or any other elastic material that can be applied and will not interfere with the ergonomics of the product. The plurality of segments (1.2) applied along the elastic strip are made of a material that has a large coefficient of friction when contacting materials from which the parts of the garment between which the locking hook is attached are made.
The plurality of segments (1.2) are arranged on both sides of the strip and can be from different materials. The manner of their fixing, shape and density depends on the proportions of the strip, but if the strip itself is made of a material that combines the properties of the material from which the segments can be made, they would be omitted from the
performance. That is, the traction prevention function would be realized by the strip itself. The locking hook (1.3) has a dual purpose, to close the anchor in an active position and to make a fixed connection to the shirt (3.1) with the button (3.2) which is usually located closest to the lower edge of the shirt (3.1) and is placed under the trousers ( 4.1) in the clearer part of the torso. The locking hook itself (1.3) has a special design that allows simultaneous hanging onto the button on the shirt (3.2) and anchoring the locking within the section for fastening the clamp (locking tab) (1.4).
The section for fastening the locking hook (locking tab) (1.4 ) can be a separate part or performed with a simple loop closing at the end of the tape, by sewing it, it has the role of fastening with the help of the locking hook(1.3). Length regulation is achieved by reducing the circumference through a known solution.
Optimal embodiment of the invention
It is apparent that there are many modifications from the description of the solution that can be made and to receive different performances, this specification does not exclude them and relates essentially to any additional adaptations that would contain the elements of this solution, and can make them a person who is well acquainted with the area to which the invention belongs.
The elastic strip ( 1.1 ) made of elastic textile is the basis on which a plurality of segments (1.2) of a material is stitched which has a high coefficient of friction in contact with fabrics commonly used in garment production. The segments are strips of the defined material that pass from the outside and from the inside of the fastener to the shirt. With one sewing it is secured to the segment on both sides.
The locking hook is in the form of a longitudinal tile with a longitudinal opening through which the elastic strip (1.1 ) is conveyed , while parallel to it is an opening that ends with a channel through which is the section for fastening the locking hook (locking tab) (1 .4) and through which the button (3.2) is inserted from the bottom edge of the shirt (3.1).
By tensioning and securing the clamping parts (locking hook and locking tab) ( 1.3) (1.4) and the button (3.2) together, the locking hook is insulated and can be worn, imposed the trousers (4.1).
Industrial applicability
The product resulting from the technical solution is fully applicable and can be realized in the fashion industry and the apparel industry.
