Abstract

Lorsqu'on a développé une commande de vitesse pour locomotives minières, on a conçu une technologie qui en son temps et espace offrait une solution, mais aujourd'hui, les conditions de l'exploitation minière dans n'importe quel endroit ou pays ont totalement changé. La finalité de cette invention est d'éliminer et/ou d'atténuer les pannes des commandes classiques existants et ces pannes ou problèmes qui se présentent, sont les suivants : principes d'ouverture et fermeture de contacts pour obtenir les changements de vitesse des moteurs CC de ces équipements appelés locomotives. Cette ouverture et fermeture de contacts se produisent aux différents changements de vitesse qui ont lieu lors du fonctionnement, lesquels génèrent des impulsions de courant, étant donné qu'à un certain moment le moteur CC reste non alimenté dans un delta de temps. Les ouvertures et fermetures de contacts se font par l'intermédiaire d'un arbre à cames. Pour que ces différents contacts s'ouvrent et se ferment, il existe une infinité de mécanismes les rendant plus vulnérables, du fait de l'usure résultant des mouvements continus qui ont lieu lors de ces commandes. L'existence d'une infinité de composants implique que les composants occupent un espace plus important et la quantité des composants entraînent des problèmes plus importants. Spécifiquement, la présente invention concerne un système de commande de vitesse pour locomotives électriques qui possède des caractéristiques avec différents principes d'ingénierie mécanique et électrique, la structure comprend les compoants suivants : une pluralité de platines fixes d'éléments conducteurs alignés concentriquement (dans un même plan fixe) sur un axe de référence qui est perpendiculaire au plan des platines ; et ces platines sont à une même distance radiale appropriée et séparées à une même distance entre elles ; le système est en outre composé d'une ou deux platines mobiles (du même élément conducteur) situées sur une autre plan parallèle au plan des platines fixes, qui tournent autour du même axe de référence et à la même distance radiale que les platines fixes. La fonction de l'invention est de commander la vitesse de la locomotive par l'intermédiaire du coulissement radial des platines mobiles, qui coulissent sur chacune des platines fixes, modifiant ainsi la vitesse de marche.
