- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연장부는, 상기 본체부로부터 돌출되어 상기 전극조립체 수납부의 라운딩 코너부까지 연장되는 구조인 실링 블록.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 주름 방지부는 가스가 배출되는 수납부 외주변의 양측 끝단 코너부에 위치하는 구조인 실링 블록.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 실링 블록은, 전극 단자가 돌출되는 방향과 평행한 전지케이스의 일측 외주변 상에 상기 본체부가 위치하는 제 1 블록 및 상기 일측 외주변과 평행한 타측 외주변 상에 상기 본체부가 위치하는 제 2 블록으로 구성되고,상기 제 1 블록과 제 2 블록은 서로 대칭인 형상으로 이루어진 실링 블록.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 실링 블록은, 상기 제 1 블록 및 제 2 블록을 연결하는 제 3 블록을 더 포함하는 실링 블록.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 제 3 블록은 상기 제 1 블록 및 제 2 블록과 독립된 형태로 구성될 수 있고, 또는 상기 제 1 블록 및 제 2 블록과 결합된 형태로 구성되는 실링 블록.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 실링 블록을 사용하여 제조되는 파우치형 전지케이스로서,상기 전지케이스는 상부케이스 및 하부케이스 중 적어도 어느 하나에 전극조립체 수납부가 형성되어 있고,상기 전극조립체 수납부의 일측 외주변에는 가스 배출용 미실링부가 형성되며,상기 가스 배출용 미실링부가 형성된 외주변의 양측 끝단으로서, 상기 전극조립체 수납부의 외주변 코너부의 곡률 반경과 대응되는 크기의 곡률 반경을 갖는 실링부가 형성된 파우치형 전지케이스.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 실링부는 상기 전극조립체 수납부의 외주변 코너부의 경계까지 인접하게 형성되는 파우치형 전지케이스.
- 파우치형 전지케이스의 실링 방법으로서,(a) 전극조립체를 수납한 후 전극조립체 수납부가 형성된 상부케이스 및/또는 하부케이스의 외주변이 일치하도록 위치시키는 단계;(b) 상기 상부케이스 및 하부케이스의 상면 및 하면 상에 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 실링 블록이 전극조립체 수납부의 코너부와 접하도록 위치시키는 단계; 및(c)상기 실링 블록을 가열 및/또는 가압하여 전지케이스를 밀봉하는 단계;를 포함하는 파우치형 전지케이스의 실링 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (b)는 전극 단자가 돌출되는 방향과 평행한 전지케이스의 일측 외주변 상에 제 1 블록의 본체부를 위치시키고, 상기 일측 외주변과 평행한 타측 외주변 상에 제 2 블록의 본체부를 위치시키는 파우치형 전지케이스의 실링 방법.
