Patent Document 1 includes an assembly component provided with a plurality of removable projections, and an assembly target portion provided with a slit for locking one of the plurality of projections, and is assembled. There is disclosed an erroneous assembly preventing structure capable of assembling an assembled component to an assembly target portion by removing a plurality of projections from the assembled component while leaving only the projections corresponding to the assembly portion.

However, in the misassembly preventing structure, at least one protrusion must be removed from the assembly part according to the assembly part when assembling the assembly part to the assembly part, and therefore the projection to be removed If you make a mistake, you can not prevent incorrect assembly.

Further, in the misassembly preventing structure, since the positioning of the assembled parts relative to the portion to be assembled is not considered, there may be variations in the positioning accuracy of the assembled parts relative to the non-assembled part.

An object of the present disclosure is to provide a switch mounting structure that can reliably prevent erroneous mounting of the switch on the switch mounting portion while enhancing the positioning accuracy of the switch in the switch mounting portion.

An example switch mounting structure of the present disclosure is:
The switch mounting portion selected from among a plurality of types of switch mounting portions to which a plurality of types of switches can be mounted is matched with the type selected from the plurality of types of switches. A switch mounting structure for mounting the switch from one direction,
The switch is
Rail-shaped positioning portions disposed at the same position regardless of the type of the switch;
And a concavo-convex identification unit disposed at a different position for each type of switch,
The switch mounting portion is
A positioning guide portion which is disposed at the same position regardless of the type of the switch, and engages with the positioning portion to guide the switch in the one direction while positioning the mounting position of the switch;
The switch is disposed at a different position for each type of switch, and when the switch and the switch mounting portion are the same type, they are engaged with the identification portion, while the switch and the switch mounting portion are different types. And an identification engagement portion which makes it impossible to attach the switch to the switch attachment portion without engaging the identification portion.

According to the switch mounting structure, each switch has the uneven identification portion, and the switch attachment portion has the identification engaging portion engaged with the identification portion. Since the identification unit and the identification engagement unit are arranged at different positions for each type of switch, only the switch of the same type can be positioned and attached to each switch mounting portion, and the types do not match. I can not attach the switch. Thereby, the erroneous attachment with respect to the corresponding switch attaching part of each switch can be prevented reliably.

Further, each switch has a rail-like positioning portion, and each switch mounting portion has a positioning guide portion engaged with the positioning portion. Since the positioning portion and the positioning guide portion are respectively arranged at the same position regardless of the type of switch, any switch can be positioned at the same position with respect to the switch mounting portion. Thereby, the positioning accuracy with respect to the corresponding switch attachment part of each switch can be raised.

The identification engaging portions 45 are respectively provided on the inner surfaces of the pair of side wall portions 401 and 402 provided with the positioning guide portion 44 on the accommodation portion 41 side, and the operation opening surface in the longitudinal direction of the inner surfaces of the side wall portions 401 and 402 It is disposed at the end on the 43 side. Each identification engagement portion 45 has a concavo-convex shape (in this embodiment, a substantially square convex shape projecting from the inner surface of each side wall portion 401, 402 toward the opposing side wall portion 401, 402), and each side wall portion It extends along the lateral direction of the inner surfaces 401 and 402 (that is, the mounting direction B of the second switch 20). The identification engagement portion 45 is engageable with the identification portion 26 of the second switch 20. The respective positioning guide portions 44 and the respective identification engaging portions 45 extend substantially in parallel with each other as in the first switch mounting portion 30, and the respective positioning guide portions in the lateral direction when viewed from the mounting direction B The distance between the end faces in the projecting direction of 45 and the distance between the end faces in the projecting direction of each identification engagement 46 are arranged to be substantially equal.

That is, the identification engagement portion 35 of the first switch attachment portion 30 and the identification engagement portion 45 of the second switch attachment portion 40 are disposed at different positions for each type of the switches 10 and 20. Thereby, when the switches 10 and 20 and the switch mounting portions 30 and 40 are of the same type (that is, when the first switch 10 is mounted on the first switch mounting portion 30 or the second switch 20 is mounted on the second switch) And the identification portions 16, 26 of the switches 10, 20 attached when attached to the portion 40, to allow attachment of the switches 10, 20 to the switch attachment portions 30, 40. On the other hand, when the switches 10 and 20 and the switch mounting portions 30 and 40 are of different types (that is, when the first switch 10 is mounted on the second switch mounting portion 40) or the second switch 20 is mounted on the first switch mounting portion (30) when the switch 10, 20 is attached to the switch mounting portion 30, 40 without engaging the identification portion 16, 26 of the switch 10, 20 attached thereto.

As described above, in the switch mounting structure, each switch 10, 20 has the identification portion 16, 26 having the concavo-convex shape, and the identification engaging portion 35 in which each switch mounting portion 30, 40 engages with the identification portion 16, 26. , 45 and. Since the identification parts 16 and 26 and the identification engagement parts 35 and 45 are respectively disposed at different positions for each type of switch 10 and 20, the switch 10 and the switch attachment parts 30 and 40 have the same type of switch 10, Only the 20 can be positioned and mounted, and the switches 10, 20 which do not match in type can not be mounted. Thereby, the erroneous attachment with respect to the corresponding switch attaching parts 30 and 40 of each switch 10 and 20 can be prevented reliably.

Each switch 10, 20 has a rail-shaped positioning portion 15, 25, and each switch mounting portion 30, 40 has a positioning guide portion 34, 44 engaged with the positioning portion 15, 25. Since the positioning portions 15 and 25 and the positioning guides 34 and 44 are disposed at the same position regardless of the type of the switches 10 and 20, any switch 10 or 20 has the same position with respect to the switch mounting portions 30 or 40. It can be positioned on Thereby, the positioning accuracy with respect to the corresponding switch attachment parts 30 and 40 of each switch 10 and 20 can be raised.

By the way, when trying to attach a different type of switch to the switch mounting portion by mistake (for example, when trying to attach the first switch 10 to the second switch mounting portion 40), first, the first switch 10 is used as the first switch The positioning portion 15 is attached to the mounting portion 30 while being positioned and engaged with the positioning guide portion 34. Thereafter, since the identification unit 16 and the identification engagement unit 35 do not engage with each other and notice a mismatch in type, a large external force is not inadvertently applied to the identification unit 16 and the identification engagement unit 35 from the start of attachment. The switch 10 and the switch mounting portion 30 are less likely to be damaged. In addition, since the positioning portion 15 has a rail shape, it is easily recognized as a configuration for positioning without reading an instruction manual or the like, and the switch 10 and the switch mounting portion 30 are not suitable for the above reason. It is less likely to be damaged by preparation.

Further, in the switch mounting structure, the identification portions 16 and 26 of the switches 10 and 20 respectively have a rail shape, and the identification engagement portions 35 and 45 of the switch attachment portions 30 and 40 correspond to the identification portions 16 corresponding thereto. , 26 to guide the switches 10, 20 in the mounting directions A, B while positioning the mounting positions of the switches 10, 20 on the corresponding switch mounting portions 30, 40. Thereby, the positioning accuracy with respect to the corresponding switch attachment parts 30 and 40 of each switch 10 and 20 can further be raised.

Further, the plurality of types of switches 10 and 20 have the same appearance shape except for the identification units 16 and 26. When such a plurality of types of switches 10 and 20 are used, erroneous attachment to the corresponding switch mounting portions 30 and 40 of the respective switches 10 and 20 is likely to occur, thereby enhancing the usefulness of the present disclosure.

In addition, the positioning parts 15 and 25 should just be rail-shaped, and it does not restrict the case where it has uneven | corrugated shape. Further, the positioning guide portions 34, 44 are configured to be able to position the mounting positions of the switches 10, 20 while engaging the positioning portions 15, 25 to guide the switches 10, 20 in one direction. However, the present invention is not limited to the case in which the concavo-convex shape corresponding to the positioning portions 15 and 25 is provided.

The identification parts 16 and 26 should just be arrange | positioned in a different position for every kind of switch 10, 20, and it does not restrict to the case where it has rail shape. Further, the identification engaging portions 35, 45 are disposed at different positions for each type of the switches 10, 20, and only the switches 10, 20 whose types match the respective switch mounting portions 30, 40 can be attached. The switches 10 and 20 may not be attached if they do not match each other, and while engaging the corresponding identification parts 16 and 26 to guide the respective switches 10 and 20 in the mounting directions A and B, each switch The present invention is not limited to the positioning of the mounting positions of the 10, 20 corresponding switch mounting portions 30, 40.

The plurality of types of switches 10 and 20 are not limited to the case where they have the same external shape except for the identification units 16 and 26. The switches 10 and 20 may have different appearances from each other.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the switch mounting portion has a pair of identification portions and identification engagement portions corresponding to the product characteristics of the switches 10 and 20 attached to the switch mounting portions 30 and 40, respectively. It may be provided.

For example, it is assumed that the product characteristics of the switch 10 include NO type, NC type, the presence or absence of a resistance circuit, and the presence or absence of a waterproof function. When the switch 10 attached to the switch mounting portion 30 is of the NO type, a pair of identification portion 161 and identification engagement portion 351 is provided, and in the case of the NC type, the pair of identification portion 162 and identification engagement portion 352 If there is a resistance circuit inside, one set of identification part 163 and identification engagement part 354 is provided, and if it has a waterproof function, one set of identification part 164 and identification engagement part 354 is provided.

That is, in the switch mounting structure shown in FIG. 6, the switch mounted on the switch mounting portion 30 is an NC type and has a waterproof function. Further, in the switch mounting structure shown in FIG. 7, the switch mounted on the switch mounting portion 30 is of the NO type, and has a resistance circuit inside.

In this manner, by providing a corresponding set of identification parts and identification engagement parts for each product characteristic of the switches 10 and 20 attached to the switch attachment parts 30 and 40, it is possible to Product characteristics can be easily identified.

The identification portion and the identification engagement portion of each set are located on one side of the switch 10 and the switch attachment portion 30 in the lateral direction as viewed from the attachment direction A of the switch 10 (through direction in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7). It may be provided, and it is not limited to the case where the switch 10 and the switch mounting portion 30 are provided on both sides in the short direction.

The switch mounting structure of the present disclosure is not limited to the above embodiment, and can be applied to, for example, the switch 110 and the switch mounting portions 130 and 140 shown in FIGS. 8 and 9. In FIG. 8, the switch attached to the switch attachment portion 140 is omitted.

As shown in FIG. 9, the switch 110 is provided with the movable member 12 at one end (i.e., the right end in FIG. 9) of the operation surface 13 when viewed from the mounting direction (i.e., the paper penetrating direction in FIG. 9). An operation lever 17 for operating the movable member 12 is provided at the other end of the operation surface 13 (i.e., the left end in FIG. 9). Further, the switch 110 has the rail-shaped positioning portions 15 at both ends of the bottom surface of the surface of the housing 11 facing the operation surface 13 when viewed from the mounting direction (that is, the paper surface penetrating direction of FIGS. 8 and 9). doing.

Thus, the present disclosure is applicable to switches of various configurations.
