Abstract

Selon l'invention, une orthèse pour colonne vertébrale comprend une structure support (2) formée de diverses pièces, une attelle (1), des sangles supérieures (14) et des sangles inférieures (15). L'attelle (1) comprend un système de liaison (5) conçu pour lier deux pièces principales (3, 4). Le système de liaison (5) comprend des éléments d'ancrage (6) et des orifices (7, 8) situés sur des parties latérales (9, 10) face auxdites pièces principales. La liaison des pièces principales comprend les éléments d'ancrage (6) qui sont introduits à travers des paires des orifices (7, 8) des deux pièces principales (3, 4) de l'attelle (1), lorsque lesdites paires d'orifices (7, 8) sont situées face à face avec la superposition des parties latérales (9, 10) des deux pièces principales. Ce système de liaison permet de régler la longueur de l'attelle.
