Abstract

This accessory comprises on the one hand a C-shaped rigid holder (1) comprising two free ends (5, 7) each provided with at least one cut-out (11, 13) for retaining a ribbon (19), opening at or near each free end (5, 7), and on the other hand at least one ribbon (19) forming a closed loop, surrounding said C-shaped holder (1) and passing through said retaining cut-outs (11, 13).

Description

 Interchangeable ribbon accessory

The present patent application relates to an interchangeable ribbon accessory, such as a bracelet, a cuff a neck, a ring, earrings ...

 Various fashion items or clothing accessories are known from the prior art including parts that can be changed to provide a greater variety of patterns, colors, assortments, etc.

 The present invention relates to an accessory belonging to this category, that is to say comprising a support on which one can place different ribbons according to the patterns and / or the colors that one wishes to wear to the arm, to ankle, around the neck, or on a finger.

 More specifically, the present invention relates to an accessory comprising on the one hand a rigid C-shaped support having two free ends each provided with a notch for holding a ribbon, opening out at or near each free end, and on the other hand at least one ribbon forming a closed loop, surrounding said C-support and passing inside said holding indentations.

 Thanks to the holding notches, it is very easy to fix the ribbon on its support, or to remove it.

 As long as the loop formed by the ribbon is sufficiently large or elastic, it can be made to cross the hand, head, ankle or finger of a user, while leaving the support in place on his arm, his head, his neck, his foot or his finger.

 According to optional features of the accessory according to the invention: said notch has a T-shape;

 said notch has a hook shape;

 said support has at least one groove adapted to receive said tape: such a groove makes it possible to ensure the good maintenance of the tape on the support;

 said support is perforated: this allows a saving of material; or else to create a set;

 said support is of metal; or any other rigid, semi rigid material; said ribbon is inextensible;

 the accessory according to the invention is selected from the group comprising a bracelet, a cuff, a choker and a ring, earrings.

 The present invention also relates to the rigid support C-shaped having two free ends each provided with at least one notch adapted to maintain at least one ribbon.

 Other characteristics and advantages of the present invention will emerge in the light of the description which follows, and on examining the appended figures, in which:

 Figures 1 and 2 are perspective views from two different angles of a bracelet holder according to the invention; Figure 3 is a detail view of the area III of Figure 1;

In all of these figures, identical or similar references designate members or sets of identical or similar members. Referring now to Figures 1 and 2, on which it can be seen that the support 1 of a bracelet according to the invention is substantially in the form of a metal band C-shaped, able to grip the front -arm of a person who wishes to wear the bracelet.

 This support can be formed of copper, silver, gold, plated or solid, and any alloy of these metals or other metals commonly used in the field of jewelery.

 Alternatively, this support could be made of other materials, having the necessary rigidity: plastics, composite materials, ceramics, paper mache, etc.

 The support 1 may be perforated, if one wants to save material: it is possible to practice several windows in this support.

 Preferably, the support 1 has on its outer face, that is to say on its convex face intended to remain visible when worn by a person, a groove 3 extending from one to the other of its two free ends 5, 7.

 At each free end 5, 7, the support 1 comprises a notch 11, 13 open on this free end, this notch being particularly visible in FIG.

 In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, this indentation 11, 13 has a T-shaped shape whose foot 15 opens onto the free end 5, 7.

 Alternatively, and as shown in Figure 4, this notch could be in the form of a simple hook, open on the side of the support 1.

 More generally, any form of indentation could be suitable, the essential thing being that this indentation allows the introduction of a ribbon having the shape of a closed loop in the groove 3 of the support 1, without it it is necessary to open this loop.

 FIG. 5 shows such a ribbon 19 whose width corresponds to that of the groove 3.

 In the example shown, this ribbon forms a closed loop by a decorative accessory such as a sequin 21 provided with a slot through which the ribbon, the free ends of this ribbon is then tied after crossing this sequin.

Alternatively (and not shown), this ribbon could be simply tied without decorative accessory, or sewn on itself, or even fixed on itself by any suitable means such as a snap fastener or two additional parts of Velcro ^® tape.

 This ribbon can be formed in a fabric, or any other material such as leather, silicone ..., not extensible, or on the contrary in an elastic fabric.

 The method of use of the bracelet according to the invention clearly results from the examination of FIGS. 6 to 8: when this bracelet is worn, the ribbon 19 is positioned inside the groove 3, and passes into the two notches 11 , 13, allowing it to remain inside the groove 3.

 When the user wishes to change the ribbon, for example to match it with another garment, it takes this ribbon of the notches 11, 13 and the throat 3, and replaces it with the new ribbon that it comes to dispose of. inside this gorge and these indentations.

 Note that this change operation can be carried out according to whether the support is placed on the arm of a user or not: when this support is on the arm, it is sufficient that the loop formed by the tape is sufficiently large to be able to cross the user's hand.

 As can be understood from the foregoing, a bracelet according to the invention makes it possible to change the ribbon 19 mounted on the support 1 in an extremely simple and fast manner, which makes this bracelet both practical, original and adaptable to the tastes of the person wearing it.

 On the variant shown in Figure 9, we can see two bracelets according to the invention carried on the arm of a user, these two bracelets having in this case a crenellated pattern 23 on their edge.

 FIGS. 10 to 14 show a bracelet of greater width, also called "cuff", comprising a support 1 provided with a single groove 3 intended to receive a single ribbon 19.

 In Figures 15 to 18, there is shown such a sleeve, comprising a support 1 provided with three grooves 3a, 3b, 3c for receiving three ribbons 19a, 19b, 19c may have different colors and / or textures; each groove ends with a notch 11, 13 open on a free end 5, 7 of this support, and allowing the establishment of the corresponding ribbon without the need to open the loop formed by the ribbon.

Figures 19 to 23, there is shown a neck intended to be positioned on the neck of a user, comprising a support 1 intended to surround a portion of the neck, and a ribbon 19 long enough to be able to go around the the wearer's neck. FIGS. 24 to 27 show a ring comprising a support 1 having a groove 3 capable of receiving a small ribbon 19, this ribbon being able to be elastic and closed by a pellet 25 holding the 2 ends of this ribbon by example by pinching, or by any other means of attachment.

 1. Accessory comprising on the one hand a rigid C-shaped support (1) having two free ends (5, 7) each provided with at least one notch (11, 13) for holding a ribbon (19), opening at or near each free end (5, 7), and on the other hand at least one ribbon (19) forming a closed loop, surrounding said support C (1) and passing inside said holding indentations (11, 13).  2. Accessory according to claim 1, wherein said notch (11, 13) has a T-shape.  3. Accessory according to claim 1, wherein said notch (11, 13) has a hook shape.  4. Accessory according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said support (1) has a groove (3) adapted to receive said ribbon (19).  5. Accessory according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said support (1) is perforated.  6. Bracelet according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said support (1) is metal.  7. Accessory according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said ribbon (19) is inextensible.  8. Accessory according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein said ribbon (19) is elastic.  9. Accessory according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said ribbon (19) has two ends stitched one on the other.  10. Accessory according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein said ribbon (19) has two ends knotted to one another.  11. Accessory according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein said ribbon (19) has two ends interconnected by an accessory (21, 25).  12. Accessory according to any one of the preceding claims, comprising several ribbons. 13.
