Description

Water tank and water tank drainage method

The present invention relates to a water tank and a water tank drainage method.

Underdrain drainage is widely used as a drainage method for farmland. Minamata is also known as a facility for adjusting the water level of farmland. For example, FIG. 9 of Japanese Patent No. 4745103 (Patent Document 1) discloses an example of a horizontal pipe type horizontal water tank.

In the vertical tube type horizontal water tank shown in FIG. 9, a valve rod having a valve attached to the lower end is disposed in the protective tube, and the upper end of the valve rod protrudes upward from the upper end of the protective tube. An outlet tube is attached to one of the T-shaped tubes arranged at the lower end of the protective tube, and a mouth tube (not shown) is attached to the other. From spring to autumn, the valve stem is lowered to bring the valve into contact with the valve seat to stop the water. During autumn harvest, the valve stem is raised to open the valve to drain. Further, it is disclosed that the valve rod is raised during the winter season to keep the valve open.

FIG. 3 of Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2015-196954 (Patent Document 2) discloses an example of a groundwater level adjusting water tank. In the groundwater level adjustment water tank of FIG. 3, it is described that the inner cylinder is pulled upward from the drain outlet. At this time, the inner cylinder can be easily pulled up by grasping the portion of the first opening at the upper end as a handle. The inner cylinder pulled out from the drain outlet locks the second opening to a locking portion provided on the inner peripheral surface of the outer cylinder. Thereby, the inner cylinder pulled out from the drain port can be locked to the outer cylinder while being accommodated in the outer cylinder. After the end of flushing, an example is described in which the inner cylinder is removed from the locking portion and the lower end is inserted into the drain.

FIG. 3 of Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-65038 (Patent Document 3) discloses an example of a groundwater level adjusting water tank. According to the groundwater level adjustment water tank of FIG. 3, the water level adjustment extracted from the water level adjustment port during drainage by forming the handle on the upper end of the connecting member so that it can be hooked on the hanger provided on the back of the lid. It can be stored in the water level adjustment jar with the pipe hooked on the hanging tool. This eliminates the need to remove the water level adjustment pipe from the water level adjustment tank and store it separately when draining, so that even if the length of the lower pipe, etc. differs depending on the installation position of the water level adjustment pipe, In addition to the reliable use of the water level adjusting pipe, there is no problem of transporting or storing the water level adjusting pipe when draining groundwater.

However, the water tank described in Patent Document 1 describes a configuration in which the valve rod is raised during winter to open the valve. However, the valve rod falls due to the weight of snow, and the water is stopped. There is a risk that. At the time of water stoppage from spring to autumn, the valve stem protrudes upward from the protective tube, and there is a risk of damaging the valve stem by catching a foot or the like. Furthermore, if the valve stem protrudes from the protective tube, there is a risk that it will become an obstacle when mowing or the like.

The water tank described in Patent Document 2 is provided with a locking portion for locking the second opening to the inner peripheral surface of the outer cylinder, but the inner side of the outer cylinder is filled with a set groundwater level. Therefore, it is necessary to set a locking portion at a position higher than the shore or to attach a packing or the like to take measures against water stoppage. When the locking part is set at a position higher than the shore, the lid is attached further upward, and as a result, the outer cylinder becomes a construction position that protrudes from the shore. If it jumps out greatly, it will become an obstacle when mowing the grass like the water tank of Patent Document 1, and if it pops out small, it will be difficult to notice and cause stumbling.

In the water tank described in Patent Document 3, the lid becomes heavy when the lid is opened and closed while the inner cylinder is hooked on the hanging tool formed on the back surface of the lid. A relatively large protrusion, hole or the like that can be gripped on the lid must be formed on the lid. When a handle is formed on the lid, it is difficult to notice because the pop-out is small, and this may cause a trip. When a hole is formed in the lid, dust or the like easily enters the water level adjusting tub.

In still another embodiment of the water tank according to the present invention, the protective tube has a multiple tube structure including an inner tube and an outer tube disposed outside the inner tube, and the position of the outer tube is adjusted. Thus, the length of the protective tube can be adjusted so as not to protrude from the shore.

In another aspect of the present invention, a protection tube that can be embedded so as not to protrude from the shore, a stopper tube provided inside, a core portion extending inside the protection tube, a lower end of the core portion It is possible to expand and contract along the extending direction of the plug part and the core part, and one end is joined to the plug part and the other end is fixed at a desired position of the core part to adjust the water level. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The following embodiments exemplify apparatuses and methods for embodying the technical idea of the present invention, and the technical idea of the present invention specifies the structure, arrangement, etc. of components as follows. Not what you want.

FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing an example of a state in which a water tank 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention is installed. The water tank 10 is embedded so as not to protrude from the top edge 1a of the bank 1. In the example shown in FIG. 1, an example is described in which the water tank 10 is embedded in the vicinity of the center of the bank 1 in the direction perpendicular to the upper surface (top end 1 a) of the bank 1. However, the buried position of the water tank 10 is not limited to the example shown in FIG. 1, and it is needless to say that the position shown in FIG. 1 is not limited as long as the function of the water tank 10 can be exhibited.

For example, the water tank 10 may be arranged shifted to the slope 1b side of the shore 1. Further, the shoreline 1 means a long and narrow land portion on which a water ridge 10 raised higher than the field 11 used for cultivation can be installed, and farm roads are also included in the shoreline 1.

The water tank 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a protective tube 101, a water level adjusting unit 105 disposed in the protective tube 101, and a holding tube 106 disposed inside the water level adjusting unit 105.

The protective tube 101 is made of a synthetic resin such as vinyl chloride. The protective tube 101 is provided with a T-shaped tube 110. A culvert water pipe 114 extending into the ground below the farm 11 is connected to the T-shaped pipe 110. The underdrain distribution pipe 114 can include a non-porous drain pipe 114a and a perforated drain pipe 114b.

The perforated drainage pipe 114b penetrates underground from the surface of the earth, and allows water that has penetrated into the pipe through the pipe hole to flow into the water tank 10. In addition, the supply water replenished from the water side of the perforated drainage pipe 114b can be flowed into the water tank 10. The water that has flowed into the water tank 10 can fill the inside of the perforated drainage pipe 114b with water by a water level adjusting unit 105 described later. Thereby, water can be supplied toward the farm field 11 above the drain pipe 114b. On the other hand, a horizontal pipe 115 is connected to the lower end of the protective pipe 101 via a mass 111, and water is discharged to the outside of the field 11 via the horizontal pipe 115.

As shown in FIG. 2 (a), an adapter 112 is disposed inside the lower end of the protective tube 101. The adapter 112 is a structure for opening or closing the water tank 10 by seating or releasing the plug 104 of the water level adjusting unit 105 shown in FIG. A T-shaped tube 110 is joined to the upper portion of the adapter 112. A mass 111 is joined to the lower portion of the adapter 112.

A plug seat 113 having a concave shape matching the outer shape of the plug portion 104 is provided in the adapter 112 so that the plug portion 104 provided in the water level adjusting unit 105 described later can be seated. When the plug portion 104 is accommodated in the plug seat 113, the plug portion 104 is closed in the protective tube 101 (see FIG. 3A), so that the direct connection from the underdrain distribution pipe 114 to the horizontal pipe 115 is achieved. The flowing water is adjusted according to the set height of the water level adjusting unit 105, thereby adjusting the water level of the field 11.

As shown in FIG. 2A, the protective tube 101 has a multiple tube structure including an inner tube 116 and an outer tube 117 disposed outside the inner tube 116 so as to cover a part of the inner tube 116. ing. The outer tube 117 can slide up and down along the inner tube 116, whereby the length of the protective tube 101 can be adjusted. Specifically, the length of the protective tube 101 is adjusted by fixing the outer tube 117 to the inner tube 116 at a predetermined position using a screw 118 or the like provided at the end of the outer tube 117. . Thereby, as shown in FIG. 1, the entire length of the protective tube 101 can be adjusted so as not to protrude from the shore 1.

As shown in FIG. 2 (b), the water level adjustment unit 105 has a length that can be always held inside the protective tube 101, and is an instrument for adjusting the water level on the field 11. is there. The water level adjustment unit 105 includes a central core part 102 extending inside the protective tube 101, a plug part 104 joined to the lower end of the central core part 102, and a bellows part 103 having one end joined to the plug part 104. Can be provided.

As shown in FIGS. 2B and 2C, the bellows portion 103 is joined to be stretchable along the extending direction of the core portion 102. As a method for joining the bellows portion 103 to the plug portion 104, the bellows portion 103 may be directly bonded to the plug portion 104, fitted, or tightened with a fastener such as a band, or using a collar. Also good. The inner diameter of the bellows portion 103 is larger than that of the center core portion 102, and the material thereof is not limited to rubber or synthetic resin as long as it has water resistance and water stoppage.

The other end (upper end) of the bellows portion 103 is fixed to the core portion 102 using a screw 118 or the like at a desired height position of the core portion 102 and can be held at a predetermined position.

For example, as shown in FIG. 3B, the water level on the field 11 can be adjusted to the maximum water depth 12 (see FIG. 1) during rice cultivation by extending and fixing the bellows portion 103 upward. When it is desired to lower the water level, the bellows portion 103 is contracted downward and the bellows portion 103 is fixed to the core portion 102 with screws 118 or the like as shown in FIG. The water level can be adjusted as low as the water level for underground irrigation 13 (see FIG. 1) during field cultivation.

As shown in FIG. 2 (d), the holding tube 106 has an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the middle core portion 102 so as to be accommodated in the cylindrical middle core portion 102, and is a rod-shaped or hollow cylinder. It has a shape-like appearance. The holding tube 106 can be formed of a synthetic resin material such as vinyl chloride, which is excellent in water resistance and corrosion resistance, stainless steel, or the like.

The holding tube 106 is longer than the core portion 102 and has a length that does not interfere with the protective tube 101 and the lid 100 when the lid 100 of the protective tube 101 is closed. By being formed longer than the middle core portion 102, the middle core portion 102 can be suspended from the holding tube 106 in the protective tube 101 as shown in FIG. Since the holding tube 106 has such a length that does not interfere with the protective tube 101 and the lid 100, the holding tube 106 can be always accommodated in the protective tube 101 even when the holding tube 106 is not used. It is possible to prevent parts from being lost due to the adjustment work of the water tank 10 that occurs during water level adjustment or drainage work.

As shown in FIG. 2 (d), the holding tube 106 includes a first hole 108 at the upper end. The first hole 108 is a hole penetrating in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical or rod-like holding tube 106, and the central portion 102 of the water level adjusting unit 105 is placed at a desired position via the first hole 108. It can be fixed with. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2C, a second hole 109 that overlaps the first hole 108 is also formed at the upper end portion of the center core portion 102.

When draining the water in the water tank 10, for example, as shown in FIG. 5 (d), the first hole 108 provided in the holding tube 106 and the second hole 109 provided in the center core portion 102 are aligned. The pins of the fixing member 120 are inserted between the aligned first hole 108 and second hole 109 to fix each other.

As a result, as shown in FIG. 3A or FIG. 3B, the water level adjusting unit 105 is suspended from the holding tube 106 in a state where the lower end of the holding tube 106 is in contact with the bottom surface of the mass 111 (hanging). (Lower state). At this time, since the holding tube 106 is formed longer than the central core portion 102, the plug portion 104 joined to the lower end of the water level adjusting portion 105 is lifted further upward than the state of being seated on the plug seat 113, It is held at a position disengaging from the stopper seat 113 (see FIG. 4).

The fixing member 120 is not particularly limited as long as the core portion 102 and the holding tube 106 can be fixed, but it is preferable to use a shaft lock pin that can be easily detached and has a function as a handle. The shaft lock pin is made of a highly strong material having excellent corrosion resistance such as stainless steel so that the water level adjusting unit 105 and the holding tube 106 can be fixed for a long period of time.

When the fixing member 120 is not used at the time of wastewater treatment according to this embodiment, the fixing member 120 is held in a state of being inserted into the first hole 108 of the holding tube 106 and is always accommodated in the protective tube 101. The fixing member 120 can be made difficult to lose, and the drainage operation can be performed reliably and smoothly.

As described above, according to the water tank 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the plug 104 is arranged from the plug seat 113 by being disposed inside the center core 102 and suspending the water level adjusting unit 105 in the protective tube 101. By providing the holding tube 106 that can be held at the position where it is removed, the plug portion 104 of the water level adjusting unit 105 can be stably held at a position where it is removed from the plug seat 113 inside the protective tube 101. Thereby, since it is not necessary to make an outer cylinder etc. protrude from the shore 1 at the time of drainage, it can suppress that it becomes the obstacle of the walk and running of the shore.

Furthermore, according to the water tank 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the holding pipe 106 is self-supporting in the protective pipe 101, and the water level adjusting unit 105 is hung on the holding pipe 106, so that the lid as in Patent Document 2 is used. For example, it is not necessary to suspend the water level adjustment unit 105. For this reason, since it is not necessary to reinforce the lid 100 or form a large groove for pulling the lid 100 strongly, the apparatus configuration can be simplified.

Further, when the wastewater treatment is not performed, the fixing member 120 is stored in the protective tube 101 while being attached to the holding tube 106, and when the wastewater treatment is performed, the fixing member 120 is detached from the holding tube 106 and held. Since it is only necessary to connect the pipe 106 and the core portion 102 anew, the fixing member 120 can be prevented from being lost and the water tank 10 can be adjusted smoothly.

Next, a drainage method using the water tank 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 5 (a) to 5 (d).

For example, from the state in which the water level adjusting unit 105 is accommodated in the protective tube 101 as shown in FIG. 1, the lid 100 is first removed, and the water level adjusting unit 105 and the holding tube 106 are taken out.
