Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de forage avancé qui comprend un cône à filetage extérieur et un cylindre, le cylindre présentant un filetage à gauche et le cône un filetage à droite. Le cylindre comporte deux moteurs reliés ensemble sur un roulement à billes, et se font face verticalement. Un premier moteur fait tourner le cône vers la droite, et le second entraîne le cylindre en rotation vers la gauche. Le dispositif est apte à creuser des puits de manière autonome, sans recourir à de longs tubes reliés au trépan, comme il est d'usage actuellement. La rotation du cône fileté permet de créer une distance utile, et celui-ci joue le rôle d'un taraud pour le dispositif. La différence de filetage à gauche et à droite entre le cône et le cylindre produit un couple et une résistance au couple de rotation résultant de la force des couches de la roche et au frottement.
