请参照图3、图4所示,所述上盖11为两端贯穿的中空结构,所述上盖11包括抽吸部113、设置在所述抽吸部113下端的第一台阶111以及沿所述上盖11的轴向向下凸出设置在所述第一台阶111上的第一突起112,所述第一突起112的直径小于所述第一台阶111的直径,所述第一突起112远离所述第一台阶111的一端设有第二开口114,所述第一突起112的内壁上设有内螺纹18以及第一凹槽15,且,所述内螺纹18位于所述第二开口114和所述第一凹槽15之间。所述锁止件14设置在所述第一凹槽15内。所述第一突起112远离所述第一台阶111的一端的端面上设有第二限位槽115。
所述通气管12的纵截面大致成倒置的“T”字型,所述通气管12包括第二台阶121以及沿所述通气管12的轴向向上凸出设置在所述第二台阶121上的第二突起122,所述第二突起122的直径小于所述第二台阶121的直径,所述第二突起122远离所述第二台阶121的一端的外侧壁上沿远离所述第二台阶121的方向依次设有外螺纹19以及第二凹槽16。本实施方式中,所述第二凹槽16为所述锁止槽。所述第二突起122在所述外螺纹19远离所述第二凹槽16的一侧缩颈形成第三台阶124。
安装所述上盖11时,所述第二突起122的外螺纹19穿过所述第二开口114后旋入所述第一突起112的内螺纹18内,直至所述第三台阶124抵靠至所述第二限位槽115内,所述储液管13的上端抵靠至所述第一台阶111上,所述储液管13的下端抵靠至所述第二台阶121上,所述储液管13套设于所述第二突起122外,所述第一凹槽15与所述第二凹槽16齐平,所述锁止件14卡入所述第二凹槽16内。
本实施方式中,为使得所述储液管13的安装更可靠,所述第二台阶121和所述第二突起122之间还设置有连接部125,所述连接部125的直径与所述储液管13的内径相当,如此,所述储液管13的下端可套设在所述连接部125外,可避免在所述上盖11安装到位前,所述储液管13任意晃动。
以上两中具体的实施方式中,所述上盖11的抽吸部113、第一台阶111以及第一突起112一体成型设置。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,所述上盖11可以只包括第一台阶111以及第一突起112,在第一台阶111远离第一突起112的一端设置有安装孔,当用户需要抽吸烟雾时,可以在安装孔内安装一连通件以作为吸食部。
以上两种具体的实施方式中,所述第一凹槽15为所述上盖11上攻制其上的外(内)螺纹时的退刀槽,从而简便所述上盖11的制作工艺;同理,所述第二凹槽16为所述通气管12上攻制其上的内(外)螺纹时的退刀槽,也是简便所述通气管12的制作工艺。
以上两种具体的实施方式中,所述锁止件14是一具有弹性的圆环。在第一种实施方式中,所述第一突起112远离所述第一台阶111的一端可穿过所述圆环,并且所述圆环在弹力的作用下卡入所述第一凹槽15内。在第二种实施方式种,所述第二突起122远离所述第二台阶121的一端可穿过所述圆环,并且所述圆环在弹力的作用下卡入所述第二凹槽16内。为了给所述圆环提供形变空间,两种具体的实施方式中,所述圆环上均还开设有缺口,从而可以防止所述第一突起112或者所述第二突起122穿过所述圆环时,所述圆环被撑裂。为了便于所述第一突起112穿过所述圆环,在第一种实施方式中,所述第一突起112远离所述第一台阶111的一端设置成锥形。同样地,在第二种实施方式中,所述第二突起122远离所述第二台阶121的一端设置成锥形。
可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,所述锁止件14还可以是其他结构。例如,所述锁止件14包括弹簧和钢珠。在第一种实施方式中,所述弹簧的一端设置在所述第二凹槽16内,所述弹簧的另一端连接所述钢珠,由此,所述钢珠可在所述弹簧的弹力作用下,供所述第一突起112远离所述第一台阶111的一端穿过后卡入所述第一凹槽15内。在第二种实施方式中,所述弹簧的一端设置在所述第一凹槽15内,所述弹簧的另一端连接所述钢珠,由此,所述钢珠可在所述弹簧的弹力作用下,供所述第二突起122远离所述第二台阶121的一端穿过后卡入所述第二凹槽16内。又例如,所述锁止件14由记忆合金材料制成,在高温下呈收缩状态,在常温下呈伸展状态。将所述锁止件14加热至收缩状态后,安装在所述第二凹槽16内(第一种实施方式),或者安装在所述第一凹槽15内(第二种实施方式),所述上盖11的下端与所述通气管12的上端螺纹连接到位时,所述第一凹槽15和所述第二凹槽16齐平连 通,待所述锁止件14冷却至常温,所述锁止件14呈伸展状态,由此,卡入所述第一凹槽15内(第一种实施方式),或者卡入所述第二凹槽16内(第二种实施方式)。
本实用新型还公开一种电子烟,所述电子烟包括如上所述的雾化器。
本实用新型的雾化器,在完成一次注液后,储液管13的两端分别由上盖11和通气管12进行封闭,上盖11的下端与通气管12的上端由螺纹进行连接,并且,在上盖11与通气管12螺纹连接到位后,锁止件14卡入锁止槽内,导致上盖11与通气管12之间的螺纹连接不可拆卸。因此,本实用新型的雾化器一次注液后便不可拆卸,是不可重复注液的雾化器,从而避免现有技术中因重复注液而带来的诸类问题。
本实用新型的电子烟,因具有本实用新型所述的雾化器,因此,具有同样的有益效果。
只要不违背本实用新型创造的思想,对本实用新型的各种不同实施例进行任意组合,均应当视为本实用新型公开的内容;在本实用新型的技术构思范围内,对技术方案进行多种简单的变型及不同实施例进行的不违背本实用新型创造的思想的任意组合,均应在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器包括上盖(11)、通气管(12)、储液管(13)锁止件(14)以及锁止槽,所述储液管(13)套设于所述通气管(12)外,且,所述储液管(13)的下端抵靠于所述通气管(12)上,所述上盖(11)和所述通气管(12)中的一个上设有所述锁止件(14),所述上盖(11)和所述通气管(12)中的另一个上对应设有所述锁止槽,所述上盖(11)与所述通气管(12)连接到位时,所述储液管(13)的上端抵靠于所述上盖(11)上,所述锁止件(14)卡入所述锁止槽内,以锁定所述上盖(11)和所述通气管(12)之间的连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述上盖(11)包括第一台阶(111)以及沿所述上盖(11)的轴向向下凸出设置在所述第一台阶(111)上的第一突起(112),所述通气管(12)包括第二台阶(121)以及沿所述通气管(12)的轴向向上凸出设置在所述第二台阶(121)上的第二突起(122),当所述上盖(11)与所述通气管(12)安装到位时,所述储液管(13)套设于所述第二突起(122)外,且,所述储液管(13)的上端抵靠至所述第一台阶(111)上,所述储液管(13)的下端抵靠至所述第二台阶(121)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一突起(112)的外侧壁上沿远离所述第一台阶(111)的方向依次设有外螺纹(19)以及第一凹槽(15),所述第二突起(122)远离所述第二台阶(121)的一端设有第一开口(123),所述第二突起(122)远离所述第二台阶(121)的一端的内壁上设有内螺纹(18)以及第二凹槽(16),且,所述内螺纹(18)位于所述第一开口(123)和所述第二凹槽(16)之间,所述锁止槽为所述第一凹槽(15),所述锁止件(14)设置在所述第二凹槽(16)内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一台阶(111)上环绕所述第一突起(112)设有第一限位槽(17),当所述上盖(11)与所述通气管(12)安装到位时,所述第二突起(122)远离所述第二台阶(121)的一端抵靠至所述第一限位槽(17)内。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一突起(112)远离所述第一台阶(111)的一端设有第二开口(114),所述第一突起(112)的内壁上设有内螺纹(18)以及第一凹槽(15),且,所述内螺纹(18)位于所述第二开口(114)和所述第一凹槽(15)之间,所述第二突起(122)远离所述第二台阶(121)的一端的外侧壁上沿远离所述第二台阶(121)的方向依次设有外螺纹(19)以及第二凹槽(16),所述锁止槽为所述第二凹槽(16),所述锁止件(14)设置在所述第一凹槽(15)内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一突起(112)远离所述第一台阶(111)的一端的端面上设有第二限位槽(115),所述第二突起(122)在所述外螺纹(19)远离所述第二凹槽(16)的一侧缩颈形成第三台阶(124),当所述上盖(11)与所述通气管 (12)安装到位时,所述第三台阶(124)抵靠至所述第二限位槽(115)内。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述锁止件(14)是一具有弹性的圆环,所述圆环上开设有缺口。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述锁止件(14)包括弹簧以及与所述弹簧的一端连接的钢珠。
  9. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述锁止件(14)由记忆合金材料制成。
  10. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的雾化器。
