Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de coupe de fil d'une machine d'enroulement de stator. Le dispositif est pourvu d'une plaque de montage (1), une tige de coupe verticale (10) et un vérin pneumatique d'entraînement (11) étant placés à demeure sur la plaque de montage (1), une extrémité mobile du vérin pneumatique d'entraînement (11) étant fixée avec une tige de traction verticale (12), une extrémité inférieure de la tige de traction (12) étant munie d'un ensemble de serrage (120), la tige de traction (12) et la tige de coupe (10) étant disposées côte à côte, une crémaillère (121) étant placée sur une surface de la tige de traction, la tige de coupe (10) étant pourvue d'une roue rotative (100) correspondant à la crémaillère (121) et d'une roue entraînée (102) qui est entraînée par une courroie (101) de la roue rotative (100), la courroie (101) étant enfilée sur la roue rotative (100) et la roue entraînée (102) après avoir été enroulée en forme de 8, et un disque rotatif de coupe (103) étant relié de façon coaxiale à la roue entraînée (102). Dans le procédé de coupe de fil, le vérin pneumatique d'entraînement (11) entraîne la tige de traction (12) de façon à se déplacer vers le bas, l'ensemble de serrage (120) tire un fil émaillé, puis le vérin pneumatique d'entraînement (11) entraîne la tige de traction (12) de façon à se déplacer vers le haut.
