- Roughening of the lower layer (10) of the inner lining (5) contacting the polyurethane injected in the insulation volume (7) improves adherence of the polyurethane to the plastic material and enables homogeneous distribution of the polyurethane in the insulation volume (7).
- the chemical foaming agent also enables reducing the weight of the lower layer (10) and therefore of the inner lining (5), and less raw materials are used compared to the state of the art.

Abstract
La présente invention concerne un réfrigérateur (1) comprenant un corps (2), au moins une porte (3), au moins un compartiment réfrigérateur/congélateur (4) dans lequel les produits alimentaires et les boissons sont placés, une doublure intérieure (5) formée en matière plastique par extrusion et formant les surfaces intérieures du corps (2) et les portes (3) faisant face aux compartiments (4), une paroi extérieure (6) formant le côté extérieur du corps (2) et les portes (3), et un volume d'isolation (7) prévu entre la doublure intérieure (5) et la paroi extérieure (6), dans lequel est injecté du polyuréthane (PU).
