Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de planification de ressources, une station de base et un terminal. Le procédé consiste à : recevoir une demande de planification de ressources d'un terminal, la demande comprenant la taille d'un bloc de transmission demandé comme prévu et un bloc de ressources physiques demandé comme prévu ; lorsqu'un intervalle de temps entre le temps courant et le dernier temps d'attribution de ressources se trouve à l'intérieur d'une période prédéfinie, ou lorsque la qualité de canal du terminal change à l'intérieur d'une plage prédéfinie à partir du temps courant jusqu'au dernier temps d'attribution de ressource, attribuer un bloc de ressources physiques au terminal en fonction de la situation d'un mode de codage et de modulation de la dernière attribution, de la taille du bloc de transmission demandé comme prévu et du bloc de ressources physiques demandé comme prévu, et d'un bloc de ressources physiques actuellement valide ; et lorsque l'intervalle de temps entre le temps courant et le dernier temps d'attribution de ressources dépasse la période prédéfinie, et lorsque la qualité de canal change en dehors de la plage prédéfinie, exécuter un algorithme d'autoadaptation de liaison de façon à attribuer des ressources au terminal. Selon la présente invention, lorsque la qualité de canal change à l'intérieur d'une plage prédéfinie, des informations de planification concernant la dernière autoadaptation de liaison sont multiplexées pour attribuer des ressources à un terminal, réduisant ainsi le temps nécessaire pour attribuer les ressources au terminal.
