本发明属于电子烟技术领域,尤其涉及一种电子烟雾化器及电子烟。
目前,市面上的传统电子烟雾化器一般采用底部进气,雾化区域设在在储油杯里,这种储油雾化器的进气方式从底部进去将雾化烟雾带走,底部进气的方式,会造成烟油和冷液流出,给使用者造成不便。另外,从底部进去将雾化烟雾带走的方式,就会造成使用者吸走雾化烟雾的同时,将烟油也同时吸入;另外,雾化烟雾从底部经过一段距离才能到达使用者嘴里,这个过程会造成冷液的问题。除此之外,现有的电子烟雾化器拆装复杂,不方便维护。
发明内容
针对以上技术问题,本发明公开了一种电子烟雾化器及电子烟,采用了一种新的进气及出气方式,不易抽到烟油,且每次雾化出的烟雾都可以带走,根本不存在冷液现象;而且不会出现烟油和冷液流出的问题,结构拆装更加方便。
对此,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种电子烟雾化器,其包括储油组件、雾化芯组件、气流组件与吸嘴组件;
所述储油组件包括雾化器底座、烟油管和正极接触柱,所述烟油管与雾化器底座连接,所述正极接触柱穿过雾化器底座伸入到烟油管内,所述正极接触柱与所述雾化器底座密封连接;

所述储油组件1包括雾化器底座11、烟油管12和正极接触柱13,所述烟油管12与雾化器底座11连接,所述正极接触柱13穿过雾化器底座11伸入到烟油管12内,所述正极接触柱13与所述雾化器底座11密封连接;
所述雾化芯组件2包括雾化管21、雾化芯连接座22、阻液垫片23、导油棉24、雾化盖28、雾化底盖25、发热丝26和绝缘圈27,所述雾化管21的管壁上设有供烟油进入的烟油进入孔211;所述雾化管21的上端与雾化芯连接座22的下端连接,所述雾化芯连接座22的上端与雾化盖28连接,所述发热丝26包括螺旋状发热丝段261和引脚段262,所述发热丝26位于雾化管21内,所述导油棉24设在发热丝26的外侧并位于雾化管21内,所述螺旋状发热丝段261位于雾化管21的上端、并位于雾化芯连接座22内,所述引脚段262朝下,所述阻液垫片23位于螺旋状发热丝段261的下方;所述雾化盖28的中部设有开口,所述雾化盖28的开口上端大、底部小,为倒锥台形;所述雾化芯组件2插入到烟油管12中,所述引脚段262与正极接触柱13电连接,所述雾化管21与雾化器底座11连接;所述雾化管21的下端与雾化底盖25连接,所述雾化底盖25设有容纳绝缘圈27的容纳孔,所述绝缘圈27嵌在雾化底盖25内,所述绝缘圈27与正极接触柱13连接。
所述气流组件3包括气流环31和气流调节件32,所述气流环31表面设有进气口,所述气流调节件32位于所述气流环31的上方;所述气流组件3位于储油组件1的上方;
所述吸嘴组件4包括吸嘴41和吸嘴座42,所述吸嘴41与吸嘴座42连接,所述吸嘴座42与位于其下方的气流调节件32连接,所述吸嘴座42的内壁设有斜向下延伸的气流阻挡件43,所述气流阻挡件43设有出气口44,所述出气口44位于所述雾化盖28的开口的上方,所述气流阻挡件43为倒锥台形,所述气流阻挡件43与水平面的夹角为39.5度。即使所述气流阻挡件43的倒锥台形的
斜面夹角为101度。所述气流阻挡件43位于雾化盖28的上方,且与所述雾化盖28之间留有间隙。
如图1~图7所示,所述储油组件1还包括连接管17和上固定座18,所述连接管17的下端与雾化器底座11连接,所述连接管17的上端与上固定座18通过螺纹连接,所述雾化芯连接座22穿过上固定座18,并与上固定座18通过螺纹连接;所述上固定座18的上端与气流环31连接;所述连接管17位于所述烟油管12内、并位于所述雾化芯组件2的外侧;所述连接管17的管壁设有供烟油进入的镂空孔171。所述储油组件1还包括至少两个阻液圈,所述雾化器底座11通过第一阻液圈14与烟油管12连接,所述烟油管12通过第二阻液圈15与上固定座18连接,所述正极接触柱13与所述雾化器底座11通过密封圈16连接。
如图1~图7所示,安装时,将密封圈16装到雾化器底座11及正极接触柱13之间,再把阻液圈、烟油管12装到雾化器底座11上,使第一阻液圈14位于烟油管12和雾化器底座11之间,将连接管17安装在雾化器底座11上并位于烟油管12内,将第二阻液圈15安装在上固定座18与烟油管12之间,所述连接管17的上端与上固定座18通过螺纹连接,这样就使得烟油管12的上下开口都处于封闭状态,不会出现烟油溢出的问题。对于雾化芯组件2的安装方法为:将雾化芯连接座22与雾化管21组装在一起,将发热丝26引脚穿入组液垫片再用导油棉24把发热丝26包好,再将已包好发热丝26装到雾化管21内,把雾化盖28压紧在雾化芯连接座22上,底部雾化底盖25与雾化管21装好,并装好绝缘圈27,然后将组装好的雾化芯组件2直接放入到连接管17中,并使发热丝26穿过绝缘圈27与正极接触柱13电连接,将上固定座18与连接管17、雾化芯连接座22穿过上固定座18,并通过螺纹与上固定座18扭紧固定;然后装上气流组件3与吸嘴组件4。在传统的吸嘴座42内部与吸嘴41连接的地方一般为平整的平面,从图6可以看出吸嘴座42内部的倒锥形体的斜面的角度为101度。
本实施例的雾化器气流进气及出气方式,与传统的储油雾化器的进气方式从底部进去将雾化烟雾带走有很大的不同,本发明的从上端进气,从上图7中的箭头可见,气流从气流环31进入再从吸嘴座42与雾化芯形成的夹角处冲进去,再将雾化烟雾带走,这种新型气流方式可以看出,雾化区域上端,烟油从下到上,这样不易抽到烟油,而且雾化区域离吸嘴41比较近,这样每次雾化出的烟雾都可以带走根本不存在冷夜现象。经实验证明假如吸嘴座42与雾化芯组件2不形成夹角或吸嘴座42内部做成平整的不是锥形的是不可能带烟雾的。
实施例2
一种电子烟,其包括实施例1所述的电子烟雾化器。

Claims (10)
- 一种电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:其包括储油组件、雾化芯组件、气流组件与吸嘴组件;所述储油组件包括雾化器底座、烟油管和正极接触柱,所述烟油管与雾化器底座连接,所述正极接触柱穿过雾化器底座伸入到烟油管内,所述正极接触柱与所述雾化器底座密封连接;所述雾化芯组件包括雾化管、雾化芯连接座、阻液垫片、导油棉、雾化盖和发热丝,所述雾化管的管壁上设有供烟油进入的烟油进入孔;所述雾化管的上端与雾化芯连接座的下端连接,所述雾化芯连接座的上端与雾化盖连接,所述发热丝包括螺旋状发热丝段和引脚段,所述发热丝位于雾化管内,所述导油棉设在发热丝的外侧并位于雾化管内,所述螺旋状发热丝段位于雾化管的上端,所述引脚段朝下,所述阻液垫片位于螺旋状发热丝段的下方;所述雾化盖的中部设有开口,所述雾化盖的开口上端大、底部小;所述雾化芯组件插入到烟油管中,所述引脚段与正极接触柱电连接,所述雾化管与雾化器底座连接;所述气流组件包括气流环和气流调节件,所述气流环表面设有进气口,所述气流调节件位于所述气流环的上方;所述气流组件位于储油组件的上方;所述吸嘴组件包括吸嘴和吸嘴座,所述吸嘴与吸嘴座连接,所述吸嘴座与位于其下方的气流调节件连接,所述吸嘴座的内壁设有斜向下延伸的气流阻挡件,所述气流阻挡件设有出气口,所述出气口位于所述雾化盖的开口的上方,所述气流阻挡件与水平面的夹角为锐角;所述气流阻挡件位于雾化盖的上方、且与所述雾化盖之间留有间隙,使从气流环进入的外界空气从气流阻挡件与雾化盖之间的间隙进入到雾化器内部,将位于雾化盖附近的雾化烟雾一起从吸嘴中被吸走。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化盖的开口为倒锥台形,所述螺旋状发热丝段位于雾化芯连接座内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述气流阻挡件为倒锥台形,所述气流阻挡件与水平面的夹角为30~60度。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述气流阻挡件与水平面的夹角为35~45度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述储油组件还包括连接 管和上固定座,所述连接管的下端与雾化器底座连接,所述连接管的上端、雾化芯连接座分别与上固定座连接,所述上固定座的上端与气流环连接;所述连接管位于所述烟油管内、并位于所述雾化芯组件的外侧;所述连接管的管壁设有供烟油进入的镂空孔。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化芯连接座与上固定座通过螺纹连接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接管的上端和下端均设有外螺纹结构,所述雾化器底座和上固定座分别设有内螺纹,所述连接管的上端和下端分别与雾化器底座、上固定座通过螺纹连接。
- 根据权利要求1~7任意一项所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述储油组件还包括至少两个阻液圈,所述雾化器底座通过第一阻液圈与烟油管连接,所述烟油管通过第二阻液圈与上固定座连接,所述正极接触柱与所述雾化器底座通过密封圈连接。
- 根据权利要求1~7任意一项所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化芯组件还包括绝缘圈和雾化底盖,所述雾化管的下端与雾化底盖连接,所述雾化底盖设有容纳绝缘圈的容纳孔,所述绝缘圈嵌在雾化底盖内,所述绝缘圈与正极接触柱连接。
- 一种电子烟,其特征在于:其包括权利要求1-9中任一项所述的电子烟雾化器。
