Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'inspection de panneau d'affichage incurvé. La présente invention comprend : un boîtier; une partie berceau contenue à l'intérieur du boîtier pour pouvoir se déplacer vers l'avant/vers l'arrière/vers la gauche/vers la droite sur un plan, un panneau d'affichage incurvé étant disposé sur la partie supérieure de la partie berceau; une partie caméra capable de tourner tout en imageant le panneau d'affichage dans une position prédéterminée lorsque la partie berceau se déplace; et une partie de commande qui transmet/reçoit électriquement des signaux avec la partie berceau ou la partie caméra. La partie formant berceau peut en outre comprendre une partie de support de surface incurvée qui entre sélectivement en contact avec la surface incurvée du panneau d'affichage incurvé et supporte le panneau d'affichage incurvé. La présente invention peut confirmer si un film a été correctement fixé dans une position prédéterminée sur un panneau d'affichage incurvé, ce qui permet d'identifier un produit défectueux. Par conséquent, le rapport défectueux de produits expédiés peut être réduit, et la fiabilité des produits expédiés peut être améliorée.
