Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a strength training belt.
Currently, a pressurized muscle strength training method capable of efficiently strengthening muscles by applying a load caused by blood flow inhibition to the muscles has been proposed and put into practical use (for example, see Patent Document 1). In such a strength training method, a strength training belt is used in which a specific portion of a user's limb (arm or leg) is tightened with a belt to apply pressure to the muscle.
In order to carry out the pressurized muscle strength training method using such a muscle strength training belt, it is indispensable to apply an accurate pressing force at a certain accurate position with respect to a specific portion of the muscle to be strengthened. For this reason, in recent years, the pressure applied to the muscles by the belt is obtained as the gas pressure in the pressure-receiving bag, which is transmitted to the pressure-sensitive element by the transmission means, and the transmitted pressure is measured by the pressure-sensitive element. A muscle training belt equipped with a pressure measuring device has been proposed (see Patent Document 2).
However, a muscle strength training belt equipped with a conventional pressure measuring device has a tube (hollow elastic) that includes a pressure receiving bag in which the internal gas pressure changes according to the pressure applied, and a measurement tank in which a pressure sensitive element is accommodated. Since it is necessary to make a communication connection via a tube), the entire device becomes large and bulky, and training may be hindered by the tube.
In the conventional strength training belt, the pressure receiving bag is connected to the measurement tank disposed at the end of the belt through the tube, and the length of the tube is limited. There is a restriction that it must be arranged in the vicinity of the end. When the pressure receiving bag is arranged in the vicinity of the end of the belt in this way, a gap may be formed between the pressure receiving bag and the user's arm (or leg). There is a problem that the applied pressure cannot be accurately detected by the pressure receiving bag.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and provides a muscle training belt capable of accurately measuring the pressure applied to the muscle by the belt without the need for a pressure-receiving bag or a tube. With the goal.
In order to achieve the above object, the strength training belt according to the present invention applies a predetermined pressure to a specific portion of the user's limbs to restrict the muscle flow without stopping the user's muscle blood flow. When such a configuration is adopted, the pressurizing force applied to the specific portion based on the amount of gas in the gas bag in a state where the loop shape formed by winding the belt-shaped member around the specific portion is maintained by the pressurization measuring device. Can be measured. The pressure measuring device has a pressure-sensitive element arranged on the side of the belt-shaped member facing the muscle, and the pressure is calculated by the calculation unit based on the electric signal output from the pressure-sensitive element. The applied pressure can be accurately measured without the need for a pressure receiving bag or a tube. In addition, a plurality of pressure sensitive elements are provided, and the average value of the applied pressure can be calculated based on a plurality of electric signals output from the plurality of pressure sensitive elements. Compared with the case where the measurement is performed, the possibility of measurement errors can be reduced, and the measurement accuracy of the applied pressure can be improved.
In the muscular strength training belt according to the present invention, a belt-like member having elasticity can be employed.
If such a configuration is adopted, the belt-like member has elasticity, so that the belt can be expanded and contracted according to the expansion and contraction of the user's muscle accompanying exercise, and the applied pressure can be stably applied. Become.
In the muscle training belt according to the present invention, a gas bag having a specific length corresponding to the peripheral length of the specific portion can be employed.
When such a configuration is adopted, a gas bag having a specific length corresponding to the peripheral length of the specific portion is used, so that a pressure can be applied to the entire periphery of the specific portion.
The strength training belt according to the present invention can include a buckle connected to one end of the belt-like member. In such a case, the surface fastener provided on the surface of the belt-shaped member is adopted as the shape maintaining member, the other end of the belt-shaped member is passed through the buckle, the belt-shaped member is folded back, and the surface fasteners are joined together to form a loop shape. Can be maintained.
By adopting such a configuration, the other end of the belt-like member (the end opposite to the end to which the buckle is connected) is passed through the buckle, and the surface fasteners provided on the belt-like member are joined together to form a loop shape. The pressure applied based on the amount of gas in the gas bag can be applied to the specific portion in a state that is reliably maintained. By adopting a method of folding and fixing the belt in this way, the belt is attached to a specific part of the user without being bulky.
In the inside of the belt-shaped member of the strength training belt according to the present invention, a plurality of small plate-like pieces can be arranged at predetermined intervals along the length direction of the belt-shaped member outside the gas bag.
By adopting such a configuration, it is possible to prevent the gas bag from expanding to the outside (the side far from the specific portion when the belt is fixed to the specific portion of the user) by the plurality of plate-shaped small pieces. Therefore, the gas bag can be inflated inside (the side close to the specific portion when the belt is fixed to the specific portion of the user), and the applied pressure can be efficiently applied to the specific portion of the user.
In the belt-like member of the strength training belt according to the present invention, a non-stretchable tape can be attached to the outer surface of the plate-like piece, and both end portions of the tape can be attached to both width-wise end portions of the belt-like member. .
If such a configuration is adopted, the movement of the plate-shaped piece itself to the outside is prevented due to the presence of the tape, so that the expansion of the gas bag to the outside can be more effectively prevented. Moreover, since the tape is non-stretchable, the gas bag can be prevented from expanding in the width direction. In addition, since a tape will be arrange | positioned at predetermined intervals along the length direction of a strip | belt member with a plate-shaped piece, at least the part located between tapes among strip | belt-shaped members is the length direction of a strip | belt-shaped member. It can be expanded and contracted. Therefore, expansion and contraction of the belt-shaped member is not hindered by the presence of the tape.
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a strength training belt capable of accurately measuring the pressure applied to the muscle by the belt without requiring a pressure receiving bag or a tube.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
First, the configuration of a strength training belt (hereinafter simply referred to as “belt”) 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
The
A plurality of belts 1 (for example, four so that pressure can be applied to both hands and both feet of a person (user) who performs pressure muscle training) can be employed. Note that the number of
The length and width of the
As shown in FIG. 1 and the like, a
The
The length of the
The
For example, when the
Inside the belt-
Further, a
As shown in FIG. 2, a pressure
The
As shown in FIG. 6, the
The
The
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the
Moreover, the
Moreover, the
Next, a method of using the
First, the user wraps the belt-
Next, the user attaches the
Subsequently, the user visually recognizes the
After that, the user performs a light exercise while maintaining the loop shape of the belt 1 (while maintaining a constant pressure applied to the muscle by the belt 1). In this way, by maintaining the applied pressure actually applied to the specific part constant, the blood flow flowing through the muscle can be inhibited constantly and appropriately, and the muscle can be safely strengthened (exercise process) : S6).
In the
Further, in the
In addition, in the
Further, in the
Moreover, in the
