Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a beauty device, more specifically, to a device for projecting color on the part of the body on which it is located.
  • changing hair color arose in order to hide the gray hairs of older individuals who wanted to look younger. Although at present, it is used for the same purpose, it is also used by young people to be in fashion. At present, there are a number of techniques involving the use of chemicals or any other method using rinses, aerosols, gels or foams. The problem with these methods is that some tend to be very invasive and destructive, weakening the root and the hair itself. Other problems lie in the application time of the dyeing method, the duration of the coloring and the most significant one linked to the frequency of the treatment.
  • the present invention relates to a device which is in contact with hair or similar, preferably in the form of a daily use device, for example a headband and which is capable of emitting a signal which allows the wavelengths absorbed and reflected by a body (in our case, hair or similar) to be controlled to give the impression of a color change to the human eye or any other system that captures signals in the visible spectrum. Therefore, one aspect of the present invention relates to a device for simulating a change of hair color characterized in that it comprises:
  • the device of the invention is characterized by having the shape of a headband adjustable to the part of the body where it is placed, preferably on the head and the detection and emission systems are located on the internal face of the headband.

  • Fig. 3 is a view of the internal face of the device of the invention.
  • Fig. 1 shows the front view of a device, in the shape of a headband (1 ), with a preliminary overview of each one of the elements forming said device, that is to say, the emission and hair color detection systems (2).
  • Fig. 2 shows a transverse view of the headband (1 ) and the hair color detection systems (21 ) for adjusting the system and absorbing the color which the hair irradiates in this case.
  • the emission systems (22) are responsible for emitting a wavelength with the color which the user wishes to be perceived.
  • Fig. 3 shows the internal face of the headband (1 ) with one possible positional arrangement of the signal detectors and emitters (wavelength or color) required for the simulated color change process described to be carried out.
