[0001] 技术领域 本发明涉及一种面膜， 特别涉及一种水果面膜及其制备方法。
[0002] 背景技术 随着社会的发展,人们追求的越来越丰富,尤其对自己的面部肌肤比 较看重,于是出现了面膜这个东西,面膜几乎成了每个爱美女性的必须品。
[0003] 现在市场上的面膜种类很多， 其中很多都含有化学工业物质， 并且多数含有少 量有害物质， 可能会伤害皮肤。 人们都想找一款真正对皮肤好的面膜。
[0004] 发明内容 本发明无毒无害、 制作简单、 抵抗肌肤衰老。

[0006] 香蕉营养高、 热量低， 含有称为"智慧之盐"的磷， 又有丰富的蛋白质、 糖、 钾
、 维生素 A和 C， 同吋膳食纤维也多， 是相当好的营养食品。
