Abstract
본 발명은, 유도 가열을 이용하여 파우치형 케이스의 외주변을 열융착하여 밀봉 잉여부를 형성시키기 위한 전지셀 제조장치로서, 전지셀을 고정 장착하기 위한 거치대; 밀봉 잉여부가 형성될 파우치형 케이스의 외주변에 유도 전류를 생성시킬 수 있도록, 외주변에 대응하는 위치에서 전기 도선(導線)이 적어도 1회 이상 권회(捲回)되어 형성된 적어도 1개 이상의 유도 가열 코일; 상기 유도 가열 코일에 교류 전류를 공급하기 위한 전원공급부; 및 밀봉 잉여부가 형성될 파우치형 케이스의 외주변을 양측에서 압착하기 위한 적어도 2개 이상의 압착부재들; 을 포함하고, 상기 유도 가열 코일에 발생된 자기장에 의해, 파우치형 케이스의 외주변이 밀봉 잉여부를 형성하기 위한 열융착이 가능한 온도까지 유도 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀 제조장치를 제공한다.
