Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un appareil permettant de rapporter des informations de position d'un terminal, et un procédé et un appareil permettant d'effectuer une transmission de liaison descendante. Le procédé consiste : à déterminer qu'une resélection de cellule se produit sur un équipement utilisateur ; lorsqu'il est déterminé que l'équipement utilisateur est un équipement utilisateur dans un état inactif, à envoyer des informations de notification à une station de base de nouvelle génération, de façon à informer la station de base de nouvelle génération de l'existence d'une cellule pour laquelle l'équipement d'utilisateur est resélectionné ; et la cellule déterminée selon les informations de notification réalise une transmission de liaison descendante pour l'équipement utilisateur. Au moyen de la présente invention, la station de base de nouvelle génération peut connaître la cellule où se trouve l'équipement utilisateur dans un état inactif, et une transmission opportune et efficace peut être mise en œuvre en fonction de la condition dans laquelle la cellule contient des données qui doivent être transmises sur l'équipement utilisateur. Lorsque la position du terminal est efficacement gérée grâce à la présente invention, des surdébits de signalisation sur un côté réseau et un côté terminal sont réduits, et il peut être garanti que le terminal est économe en énergie.
