随着电子科技的不断发展,智能终端朝着轻、薄、小,并且功能齐全的方向发展。所以,智能终端的有限的体积就变得寸土寸金。

第二方面,本申请实施例提供了一种指纹模块组装方法。该指纹模块包括盖板玻璃、环形装饰件、支架、指纹识别器,所述环形装饰件分为两部分,第一部分的轴向截面为竖型,第二部分的轴向截面为“L”型,所述环形装饰件的第二部分包括轴向延长部分和径向延长部分,所述环形装饰件的第二部分的径向延长部分的前表面对应第一点胶位,所述环形装饰件的第二部分的径向延长部分的后表面对应第二点胶位,所述支架包括支撑端和固定端,所述方法包括:在所述第一点胶位点胶,将所述盖板玻璃和所述环形装饰件的第二部分粘连;在所述第二点胶位点胶,将所述支架的固定端和所述环形装饰件的第二部分粘连;以使得所述环形装饰件与所述盖板玻璃和所述支架连接;将所述支架的支撑端与所述指纹识别器粘连,以固定所述指纹识别器;在所述盖板玻璃以及所述指纹识别器,与所述环形装饰件的第一部分连接处的后表面覆盖胶带,通过所述胶带粘结使得所述环形装饰件的第一部分与所述盖板玻璃、所述指纹识别器粘连在一起。
在一个可选地实现中所述环形装饰件的第一部分与所述盖板玻璃以及所述指纹识别器相连接的两侧对应第三点胶位,在所述盖板玻璃以及所述指纹识别器,与所述环形装饰件的第一部分连接处的后表面覆盖胶带包括:在所述第三点胶位点胶,粘连所述环形装饰件的第一部分与所述指纹识别器和所述盖板玻璃;在所述盖板玻璃以及所述指纹识别器,与所述环形装饰件的第一部分连接处的后表面覆盖胶带,通过所述胶带将所述第三点胶位的胶压平。
第三方面,本申请实施例提供了一种终端,该终端包括前述第一方面任意可选实现中的指纹模块。

本发明实施例涉及一种指纹模块、其组装方法及包括该指纹模块的终端。该终端可以包括手机、平板电脑、PDA(Personal Digital Assistant,个人数字助理)、POS(Point of Sales,销售终端)、车载电脑等。
图2为一种终端的俯视示意图。结合图2所示,终端100包括:盖板玻璃1、手机本体2以及指纹识别器3。图3为图2所示的终端的A部分放大图,结合图3所示,盖板玻璃1包括环形孔11,该环形孔11可以为椭圆形、圆角矩形或直边椭圆形等环形,该环形孔内11安装有环形装饰件4以及指纹识别器3,环形装饰件4置于盖板玻璃1与指纹识别器3之间,用于过渡和装饰。其中,该环形装饰件4以及指纹识别器3的形状与环形孔11相同,且环形装饰件4可放置于环形孔11内,指纹识别器3可放置于环形装饰件4内。
需要说明的是,在本申请实施例中,为了描述上的方便,以指纹识别器3为基准,指向LCM的方向称为“上”,与其相对的方向称为“下”;以LCM的表面所在的平面为基准,指向终端外部的方向称为“前”,指向终端内部的方向称为“后”,在LCM的表面所在的平面上与“上下”和“前后”垂直的方向,为“左”和“右”,其中,“上下”以及“左右”对应环形装饰件4的径向,“前后”对应环形装饰件4的轴向。例如,结合图2所示的“上”“下”“左”“右”分别对应的直线所在的平面为LCM的表面所在的平面。
应该知道的是,在本申请实施例中,“前”“后”“上”“下”“左”“右”仅是为了描述上的方便,进行区分,并不构成限定,在一些情况下,他们之间可以互换。
图4为本申请实施例提供的一种指纹模块截面的结构示意图。图5为环形装饰件的俯视图。参见图4和5所示,环形装饰件4分为两部分,第二部分41和第一部分42,第一部分42的轴向截面为竖型,第二部分41的轴向截面为“L”型,环形装饰件的第二部分41包括轴向延长部分和径向延长部分411(即,裙边);支架5包括支撑端52和固定端51,支撑端52所在的平面与固定端51所在的平面不共面,由此支撑端52和固定端51在环形装饰件4的轴线方向上(即,上下方向)形成高差;环形装饰件的第二部分的径向延长部分411置于盖板玻璃1和支架的固定端51之间,分别与盖板玻璃1和支架的固定端51连接,以固定盖板玻璃1、环形装饰件4和支架5;支架的支撑端52与指纹识别器3连接,以通过所述支架5固定指纹识别器3。由此,盖板玻璃1、指纹识别器3、环形装饰件4和支架5固定在一起,此时,环形装饰件的第一部分42的后表面与盖板玻璃1和指纹识别器3的后表面平齐;或者,当盖板玻璃1和指纹识别器3的后表面不平齐时,环形装饰件的第一部分42的后表面与盖板玻璃1和指纹识别器3中任意一个的后表面平齐;或者,
环形装饰件的第一部分42的后表面在盖板玻璃1或指纹识别器3中任意一个的后表面之上。
其中,环形装饰件的裙边部分的裙边411与盖板玻璃1以及支架的固定端51可通过胶7粘连。
通过本申请实施例,将环形装饰件4设置成有两部分,一部分包括裙边,另一部分不包括裙边,以此来节省了环形装饰件的裙边占用的空间,进而减少了在终端设置指纹识别器所占用的空间,且节省空间所消耗的成本低,这样节省的空间可用于放置终端的其他功能模块,提高了终端空间的利用率。
在本申请实施例中,环形装饰件4可以分为结合图4、6、7、8、9所示的上下方向的两部分,第一部分42在上;或者,环形装饰件4可以分为上下方向的两部分,第一部分在下;或者,环形装饰件4可以分为左右方向的两部分,第一部分在左或在右。
其中,支架的支撑端52和固定端51在前后方向上存在高差,使得环形装饰件的第一部分42的下方形成一个空间,该空间放置终端的其他功能模块。
例如,结合图4所示,本申请实施例还可以包括LCM6。可以将LCM6延伸至此环形装饰件的第一部分42后方的空间,以增大LCM6在终端前面所占有的面积,减少指纹识别器和LCM的可视区(Active Area,AA)61距离,提高外观设计效果。另外,环形装饰件的第一部分42与环形装饰件的第二部分41,所占的比例,可根据实际情况进行设置。例如,在需要增加环形装饰件4与盖板玻璃和支架5的粘连面积以提高牢固性时,可以增加环形装饰件的第二部分41占环形装饰件4的比例。在需要更大的空间以放置终端的其他模块时,可以增加环形装饰件的第一部分42占环形装饰件4的比例。
在本申请实施例中,支架5的形式可以包括多种,下面举例进行说明:
在支架5的一种可能的实现中,支架5可以呈结合图4所示的“Z”形,或者“工”形。
在支架5的另一种可能的实现中,结合图6所示,为了增加支架5的支撑能力,在支架的支撑端52和固定端51之间设置三角形或梯形的支撑结构。
为了使得支架5能够更牢固的支撑指纹识别器3,可以增加支架的支撑端52与指纹识别器3的接触面积,例如,支架的支撑端52与指纹识别器3的接触面积可以大于指纹识别器3后表面面积的一半。
结合图7所示,为了增加指纹识别模块的牢固性,可以在盖板玻璃1靠近环形装饰件的第一部分42的一侧的立面粘胶,在指纹识别3器靠近环形装饰件的第一部分42的一侧的立面粘胶,从而,环形装饰件的第一部分41的两侧立面分别与盖板玻璃1和指纹识别器3粘结。其中,在盖板玻璃1靠近环形装饰件的第一部分42的一侧的立面粘胶,在指纹识别器3靠近环形装饰件的第一部分42的一侧的立面粘胶的方式有多种,例如,可以直接将胶涂覆在覆盖盖板玻璃1、指纹识别器3以及环形装饰件的第一部分42连接所形成的缝隙上,或者,在盖板玻璃1和纹识别器3分别点胶,或者在环形装饰件的第一部分42的两侧面点胶等等,只要将环形装饰件的第一部分41的两侧立面分别与盖板玻璃1和指纹识别器3粘结即可。
结合图4所示,可以在盖板玻璃1以及指纹识别器3,与环形装饰件的第一部分42连接处的后表面设置胶带8,以使得胶带8覆盖盖板玻璃1、指纹识别器3以及环形装饰件的第一部分42连接所形成的缝隙,起到防水和挡光的作用。该胶带还可以使得盖板玻
璃1、指纹识别器3以及环形装饰件的无裙边部分42粘连在一起,起到连接和支撑的作用。其中,该胶带可以为聚脂薄膜,例如,迈拉(mylar)。
其中,胶带8至少通过如下方式进行粘连:
在胶带8的一种可能的粘连方式中,结合图8和9所示,盖板玻璃1以及指纹识别器3,与环形装饰件的第一部分42连接处的后表面设置有沉槽,环形装饰件的第一部分42的后表面与所述沉槽的前表面平齐,胶带8设置在沉槽内。以此可以进一步减少由于设置指纹识别功能所需要的空间。
在胶带8的另一种可能的粘连方式中,结合图7所示,盖板玻璃1以及指纹识别器3,与环形装饰件的第一部分42连接处通过点胶粘连。在点胶后使用胶带8进行贴合,将胶压平。
在胶带8的另一种可能的粘连方式中,可以直接将胶带8覆盖在盖板玻璃1以及指纹识别器3与环形装饰件的第一部分42连接处的后表面上。
当然,也可以在盖板玻璃1以及指纹识别器3与环形装饰件的第一部分42连接处的后表面设置沉槽,并且盖板玻璃1以及指纹识别器3与环形装饰件的第一部分42连接处通过点胶粘连,在点胶后将胶带8覆盖在沉槽内,将胶压平。
还可以是,盖板玻璃1和指纹识别器3与环形装饰件的无裙边部分42通过胶带8直接进行贴合。
应该知道的是,图2和图3所示的终端的结构并不构成对终端的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者拆分某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。仅仅尽管未示出,终端100还可以包括电池、处理器、存储器以及摄像头、蓝牙模块等,在此不再赘述。
图10为本申请实施例提供的一种指纹模块组装方法流程图。结合图10所示,指纹模块包括盖板玻璃1、环形装饰件4、支架5、指纹识别器3,环形装饰件4分为两部分,第一部分42的轴向截面为“竖”型,第二部分41的轴向截面为“L”型,环形装饰件的第二部分41包括轴向延长部分和径向延长部分411,环形装饰件的第二部分的径向延长部分411的前表面对应第一点胶位,环形装饰件的第二部分的径向延长部分411的后表面对应第二点胶位,支架5包括支撑端52和固定端51,该方法具体包括如下步骤:
S710,在第一点胶位点胶,将盖板玻璃1和环形装饰件的第二部41分粘连。
S720,在所述第二点胶位点胶,将所述支架的固定端和所述环形装饰件的第二部分粘连;以使得所述环形装饰件与所述盖板玻璃和所述支架连接。
在终端上安装指纹识别器4时,需要将环形装饰件4和盖板玻璃1以及支架5固定,具体地,环形装饰件的第二部分的径向延长部分411的上后表面的点胶位点胶,分别与盖板玻璃和支架粘连。
下面结合附图进行进一步地说明。
结合图11所示,在环形装饰件的第二部分的径向延长部分411的前表面点胶,并涂覆,通过涂覆使得胶能够更好的覆盖环形装饰件的第二部分的径向延长部分411的前表面,将盖板玻璃1的后表面与环形装饰件的第二部分的径向延长部分411的前表面粘连,当然,也可以在盖板玻璃上点胶,并涂覆将环形装饰件4粘在盖板玻璃上。
在环形装饰件的第二部分的径向延长部分411的后表面,起始位801开始点胶,并
涂覆,将环形装饰件的第二部分的径向延长部分411的后表面与支架的固定端51的前表面粘连。
S730,将支架的支撑端52与指纹识别器3粘连,以固定指纹识别器3。
其中,可以将指纹支架5余指纹识别器3预先固定好。
S740,在盖板玻璃1以及指纹识别器3,与环形装饰件的第一部分42连接处的后表面覆盖胶带8,通过胶带8粘结使得环形装饰件的第一部分42与盖板玻璃1、指纹识别器3粘连在一起。
另外,盖板玻璃1以及指纹识别器3,与环形装饰件的第一部分42连接处还可以对应第三点胶位,在盖板玻璃1以及指纹识别器3,与环形装饰件的第一部分42连接处的后表面覆盖胶带42具体,包括:
在第三点胶位点胶,粘连环形装饰件的第一部分42与指纹识别器3和盖板玻璃1;
在盖板玻璃1以及指纹识别器3,与环形装饰件的第一部分42连接处的后表面覆盖胶带8,通过胶带8将第三点胶位的胶压平。
具体地,结合图12所示,在起始点胶点901点胶,该点胶位位于环形装饰件的第一部分42的后表面。
结合图13所示,在点胶完成后,可通过胶带进行覆盖,将胶压平,以使得胶填充在盖板玻璃1以及指纹识别器3,与环形装饰件的第一部分42连接处的缝隙中,以使胶能够粘连盖板玻璃1以及指纹识别器3,与环形装饰件的第一部分42。具体地,可使用mylar在点胶后进行贴合,将胶压平。以此来实现,防水、挡光、粘连以及支撑。
专业人员应该还可以进一步意识到,结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各示例的单元及算法步骤,能够以电子硬件、计算机软件或者二者的结合来实现,为了清楚地说明硬件和软件的可互换性,在上述说明中已经按照功能一般性地描述了各示例的组成及步骤。这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。专业技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超出本发明的范围。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令处理器完成,所述的程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中,所述存储介质是非短暂性(英文:non-transitory)介质,例如随机存取存储器,只读存储器,快闪存储器,硬盘,固态硬盘,磁带(英文:magnetic tape),软盘(英文:floppy disk),光盘(英文:optical disc)及其任意组合。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (10)
- 一种指纹模块,其特征在于,包括:盖板玻璃、环形装饰件、支架、指纹识别器;所述盖板玻璃包括环形孔,所述环形孔内安装有所述环形装饰件以及所述指纹识别器,所述环形装饰件置于所述盖板玻璃与所述指纹识别器之间;所述环形装饰件分为两部分,第一部分的轴向截面为“竖”型,第二部分的轴向截面为“L”型,所述环形装饰件的第二部分包括轴向延长部分和径向延长部分;所述支架包括支撑端和固定端,所述支撑端所在的平面与所述固定端所在的平面不共面;所述环形装饰件的第二部分的径向延长部分置于所述盖板玻璃和所述支架的固定端之间,分别与所述盖板玻璃和所述支架的固定端连接;所述支架的支撑端与所述指纹识别器连接,以固定所述指纹识别器。
- 根据权利要求1所述的指纹模块,其特征在于,所述支架为“Z”形或“工”形。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的指纹模块,其特征在于,所述盖板玻璃靠近所述环形装饰件的第一部分的一侧的立面粘胶,所述指纹识别器靠近所述环形装饰件的第一部分的一侧的立面粘胶,从而所述环形装饰件的第一部分的两侧立面分别与所述盖板玻璃、所述指纹识别器粘结。
- 根据权利1-3任意一项所述的指纹模块,其特征在于,所述盖板玻璃以及所述指纹识别器,与所述环形装饰件的第一部分连接处的后表面设置胶带,以使得所述胶带覆盖所述盖板玻璃、所述指纹识别器以及所述环形装饰件的第一部分连接所形成的缝隙。
- 根据权利要求4所述的指纹模块,其特征在于,所述盖板玻璃以及所述指纹识别器,与所述环形装饰件的第一部分连接处的后表面设置有沉槽,所述胶带设置在所述沉槽内。
- 根据权利要求3-5任意一项所述的指纹模块,所述胶带为聚脂薄膜。
- 根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的指纹模块,其特征在于,所述终端还包括显示模组,所述环形装饰件的第一部分靠近所述显示模组。
- 一种指纹模块组装方法,其特征在于,所述指纹模块包括盖板玻璃、环形装饰件、支架、指纹识别器,所述环形装饰件分为两部分,第一部分的轴向截面为竖型,第二部分的轴向截面为“L”型,所述环形装饰件的第二部分包括轴向延长部分和径向延长部分,所述环形装饰件的第二部分的径向延长部分的前表面对应第一点胶位,所述环形装饰件的第二部分的径向延长部分的后表面对应第二点胶位,所述支架包括支撑端和固定端,所述方法包括:在所述第一点胶位点胶,将所述盖板玻璃和所述环形装饰件的第二部分粘连;在所述第二点胶位点胶,将所述支架的固定端和所述环形装饰件的第二部分粘连;以使得所述环形装饰件与所述盖板玻璃和所述支架连接;将所述支架的支撑端与所述指纹识别器粘连,以固定所述指纹识别器;在所述盖板玻璃以及所述指纹识别器,与所述环形装饰件的第一部分连接处的后表面覆盖胶带,通过所述胶带粘结使得所述环形装饰件的第一部分与所述盖板玻璃、所述指纹识别器粘连在一起。
- 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述环形装饰件的第一部分与所述盖 板玻璃以及所述指纹识别器相连接的两侧对应第三点胶位,在所述盖板玻璃以及所述指纹识别器,与所述环形装饰件的第一部分连接处的后表面覆盖胶带包括:在所述第三点胶位点胶,粘连所述环形装饰件的第一部分与所述指纹识别器和所述盖板玻璃;在所述盖板玻璃以及所述指纹识别器,与所述环形装饰件的第一部分连接处的后表面覆盖胶带,通过所述胶带将所述第三点胶位的胶压平。
- 一种终端,包括如权利要求1-7任意一项所述的指纹模块。
