下假睫毛饰件,其包括一对磁极方向相反的所述第二柔性磁条和第二假睫毛,所述第二假睫毛一端固定在所述第二柔性磁条上侧,另一端向上延伸至等于或长于真睫毛长度;且
所述的上假睫毛饰件和下假睫毛饰件在使用时,将两片上假睫毛饰件通过磁力吸合连接于人眼上眼皮的真睫毛上下两侧,将两片下假睫毛饰件通过磁力吸合连接于人眼的下眼皮的真睫毛上下两侧。
所述第一柔性磁条是与人的上眼皮形状相对应的弧形片状或棒状体,第二柔性磁条是与人的下眼皮形状相对应的弧形片状或棒状体。
所述片状的第一柔性磁条和第二柔性磁条的横截面为矩形,其边角处由圆弧过渡。
所述棒状的第一柔性磁条和第二柔性磁条的横截面为圆形或椭圆形,其中,横截面为圆形的第一柔性磁条和第二柔性磁条的外表面上沿轴向设有两个对称的切面,该切面与圆柱面相交处由圆弧过渡。
所述的第一假睫毛或第二假睫毛固定于所述横截面为圆形的第一柔性磁条或第二柔性磁条的其中一个切面上,所述的第一假睫毛或第二假睫毛固定于所述横截面为椭圆形的第一柔性磁条或第二柔性磁条的长边所在的平面上。
所述第一柔性磁条和第二柔性磁条为长度略小于上眼皮和下眼皮长度的条形片状或棒状体,片状的第一柔性磁条和第二柔性磁条宽度为0.5~2mm,其厚度为0.05~0.5mm,棒状的第一柔性磁条和第二柔性磁条中,横截面为圆形的第一柔性磁条和第二柔性磁条的直径为0.05~2mm,横截面为椭圆形的第一柔性磁条和第二柔性磁条的长轴的尺寸为0.05~2mm。
所述上假睫毛饰件的第一假睫毛的一端通过热压或粘接固定于第一柔性磁条中,下假睫毛饰件的第二假睫毛通过热压或粘接固定于第二柔性磁条中。
所述第一柔性磁条和第二柔性磁条由合成橡胶粉末、磁体粉末及助剂按1~10:75~98:1~10的重量比混合均匀,然后压延或注塑成型,或注塑后再压延而成型,其中,所述磁体粉末为钕铁硼磁粉末、钐铁氮粉末或钐钴粉末中的一种,助剂为硅烷偶联剂。
混合均匀的合成橡胶粉末、磁体粉末及助剂可在无磁场状态下压延或注塑,或注塑后再压延,形成各向同性的第一柔性磁条和第二柔性磁条。
混合均匀的合成橡胶粉末、磁体粉末及助剂在压延或注塑,或注塑后再压延过程中通过强磁场取向,形成各向异性的第一柔性磁条和第二柔性磁条。
本发明的贡献在于,其有效解决了现有技术中存在的问题。本发明将多级充磁的柔性磁条为载体和连接体,将假睫毛固定于柔性磁条上,形成一个可以快速佩戴和拆卸的睫毛饰件。该睫毛饰件通过磁力吸合方式与眼皮连接,因而避免了因使用粘接剂而对眼部造成的不适或痛感。由于本发明的睫毛饰件为磁性连接,因而只要将两片睫毛饰件置于真睫毛两侧,即可完成连接。拆卸时,将两片睫毛饰件轻轻移开即可取下,因此佩戴和拆卸方便快捷。同时,由于本发明的睫毛饰件为磁性连接,佩戴和拆卸均不会对睫毛饰件有任何损伤,因此可以反复使用。还由于本发明的睫毛饰件由柔性磁条为载体制成,使其可随眼皮的活动而变形,因而与眼睛的适配 性好,使得使用者不会有任何异物感或不适感。本发明还具有结构简单,使用成本低,易于实施等特点。

【具体实施方式】
下列实施例是对本发明的进一步解释和说明,对本发明不构成任何限制。
参阅图1~图6,本发明的以多极充磁的柔性磁条为载体的睫毛饰件包括第一柔性磁条10、第二柔性磁条20、上假睫毛饰件100、下假睫毛饰件200、第一假睫毛30及第二假睫毛40,其中,第一假睫毛30为与上眼睫毛相匹配的假睫毛,第二假睫毛40为与下眼睫毛相匹配的假睫毛,该第一假睫毛30及第二假睫毛40可由人毛发,动物毛发,人造纤维、植物纤维等制成,其应与人的真睫毛50有尽可能高的近似度。
如图7、图8、图9A、图9B所示,所述第一柔性磁条10是与人的上眼皮形状相对应的柔性条状体,其可随上眼皮的活动而产生相应变形。本实施例中,第一柔性磁条10的两条长边是与人的上眼皮形状相对应的向上凸起的弧形,其可以是片状体,也可以是棒状体。在图8所示的实施例中,该第一柔性磁条10A呈片状,该片状的第一柔性磁条10A为横截面呈长方形的薄片,本实施例中,该片状的第一柔性磁条10A的宽度为1mm,其厚度为0.1mm。为使用安全,其四个交角处由圆弧过渡。在图9A、图9B所示的另一实施例中,该第一柔性磁条10B呈棒状,该棒状的第一柔性磁条10B可以是图9A所示的横截面为圆形的棒状体,该横截面为圆形的第一柔性磁条10B的外表面上沿轴向设有两个对称的切面10B1,以增大与另一柔性磁条的连接面,该切面10B1与圆柱面相交处由圆弧过渡,以保证使用安全。所述棒状的第一柔性磁条10B也可以是图9B所示的横截面为椭圆形的棒状体。本实施例中,该棒状的第一柔性磁条10B中,横截面为圆形的第一柔性磁条10B的直径为1mm,横截面为椭圆形的第一柔性磁条10B的长轴的尺寸为0.1mm。
如图10、图11、图12A、图12B所示,所述的第二柔性磁条20是与人的下眼皮形状相对应的柔性条状体,该第二柔性磁条20可随上眼皮的活动而产生相应变形。本实施例中,该第二柔性磁条20的两条长边是与人下眼皮形状相对应的下凹的弧形,其可以是片状体20A,也可以是棒状体20B,其中,在图11所示的实施例中,该第二柔性磁条20A呈片状,片状的第二 柔性磁条20A为横截面呈长方形的薄片,本实施例中,该片状的第二柔性磁条20A的宽度为1mm,其厚度为0.1mm。为使用安全,其四个交角处由圆弧过渡。在图12A、图12B所示的另一实施例中,该第二柔性磁条20B呈棒状,该棒状的第一柔性磁条20B可以是图12A所示的横截面为圆形的棒状体,该横截面为圆形的第二柔性磁条20B的外表面上沿轴向设有两个对称的切面20B1,以增大与另一柔性磁条的连接面,该切面20B1与圆柱面相交处由圆弧过渡,以保证使用安全。所述棒状的第二柔性磁条20B也可以是图12B所示的横截面为椭圆形的棒状体。该棒状的第二柔性磁条20B中,横截面为圆形的第二柔性磁条20B的直径为1mm,横截面为椭圆形的第二柔性磁条20B的长轴的尺寸为0.1mm。
如图7~图12所示,所述的第一柔性磁条10、第二柔性磁条20为磁性复合材料,其由合成橡胶粉末、磁体粉末及助剂按5:92:3的重量比在搅拌器中混合均匀,然后经压延或注塑成型,也可在注塑后再压延而成型。本实施例中,所述合成橡胶粉末可以是公知的合成橡胶,如丁腈橡胶、乙丙橡胶、氯丁橡胶、顺丁橡胶,聚氨酯橡胶、丁苯橡胶、丁基橡胶、硅橡胶、热塑性类橡胶等制成的粉末。所述磁体粉末为钕铁硼磁粉末,助剂为硅烷偶联剂。
本实施例中,上述混合均匀的合成橡胶粉末、磁体粉末及助剂可在无磁场状态下压延或注塑,或注塑后再压延,形成各向同性的第一柔性磁条10和第二柔性磁条20。在其它的实施例中,该混合均匀的合成橡胶粉末、磁体粉末及助剂在压延或注塑,或注塑后再压延过程中通过强磁场取向,形成各向异性的第一柔性磁条10和第二柔性磁条20。
如图7、图10所示,所制成的第一柔性磁条10、第二柔性磁条20可进行充磁处理而形成多磁极结构。所述第一柔性磁条10、第二柔性磁条20由充磁机进行多级充磁,使得在第一柔性磁条10和第二柔性磁条20上形成沿磁条的长度方向排列的多对磁极11,很显然,也可使多对磁极11沿磁 条的宽度方向排列,磁极间的间距可以是等距的,也可以是不等距的。由于第一柔性磁条10、第二柔性磁条20的整个磁条上设有多对磁极,使得由其制备的上假睫毛饰件100、下假睫毛饰件200在使用时具有在长度方向上多点的可靠连接。
如图1~图3所示,所述上假睫毛饰件100包括一对第一柔性磁条10和一对第一假睫毛30,其中,两个第一柔性磁条10的磁极方向相反,假如一个第一柔性磁条10上的多个磁极排列为S-N、S-N、S-N、……,则另一个第一柔性磁条10上的多个磁极排列为N-S、N-S、N-S、……,使得两个第一柔性磁条10在连接时不同磁极相吸。所述第一假睫毛30可由人毛发,动物毛发,人造纤维、植物纤维等制成,其应与人的真睫毛50形状及颜色有尽可能高的近似度。该第一假睫毛30的一端固定在所述第一柔性磁条10下侧,另一端向下延伸至等于或长于真睫毛50长度。具体地,对于片状的第一柔性磁条10A,该第一假睫毛30的一端通过热压或粘接固定在所述第一柔性磁条10A的下侧,本实施例中,第一假睫毛30通过热压固定在所述第一柔性磁条10A上。对于横截面为圆形的棒状第一柔性磁条10B,所述第一假睫毛30通过热压固定在的横截面为圆形的第一柔性磁条10B的其中一个切面10B1上。对于横截面为椭圆形的棒状第一柔性磁条10B,所述第一假睫毛30通过热压固定在该横截面为椭圆形的第一柔性磁条10B的其中一个长边所在的平面10B2上。
如图4~6所示,所述下假睫毛饰件200包括一对第二柔性磁条20和一对第二假睫毛40,其中,两个第二柔性磁条20的磁极方向相反,假如一个第二柔性磁条20上的多个磁极排列为S-N、S-N、S-N、……,则另一个第二柔性磁条20上的多个磁极排列为N-S、N-S、N-S、……,使得两个第二柔性磁条20在连接时不同磁极相吸。所述第二假睫毛40可由人毛发,动物毛发,人造纤维、植物纤维等制成,其应与人的真睫毛50形状及颜色有尽可能高的近似度。该第二假睫毛40的一端固定在所述第二柔性磁条20 上侧,另一端向上延伸至等于或长于真睫毛50长度。具体地,对于片状的第二柔性磁条20A,该第二假睫毛40的一端通过热压或粘接固定在所述第二柔性磁条20A的上侧,本实施例中,第二假睫毛40通过热压固定在所述第二柔性磁条20A上。对于横截面为圆形的棒状第二柔性磁条20B,所述第二假睫毛40通过热压固定在横截面为圆形的第二柔性磁条20B的其中一个切面20B1上。对于横截面为椭圆形的棒状第二柔性磁条20B,所述第二假睫毛40通过热压固定在该横截面为椭圆形的第二柔性磁条20B的其中一个长边所在的平面20B2上。
如图13、图14所示,所述的上假睫毛饰件100和下假睫毛饰件200在使用时,可用专用睫毛夹或手工将两片上假睫毛饰件100通过磁力吸合连接于人眼上眼皮的真睫毛50上下两侧,将两片下假睫毛饰件200通过磁力吸合连接于人眼的下眼皮的真睫毛50上下两侧,形成具有美化效果和富于美感的睫毛饰件。
籍此,本发明通过可弯曲,可变形的柔性磁条为载体,将假睫毛复合于该磁性载体上,形成了佩戴和拆卸方便快捷,使用安全,具有美化效果和富于美感的睫毛饰件。
尽管通过以上实施例对本发明进行了揭示,但是本发明的范围并不局限于此,在不偏离本发明构思的条件下,以上各构件可用所属技术领域人员了解的相似或等同元件来替换。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种以多极充磁的柔性磁条为载体的睫毛饰件,其特征在于,该睫毛饰件包括:
    一个适配上睫毛的经多极充磁的第一柔性磁条(10),该第一柔性磁条(10)上形成有沿磁条的长度方向或宽度方向等距或不等距排列的多对磁极(11),且该第一柔性磁条(10)可随上眼皮的活动而产生相应变形;
    一个适配下睫毛的经多极充磁的第二柔性磁条(20),该第二柔性磁条(20)上形成有沿磁条的长度方向或宽度方向等距或不等距排列的多对磁极(21),该第二柔性磁条(20)可随上眼皮的活动而产生相应变形;
    上假睫毛饰件(100),其包括一对磁极方向相反的所述第一柔性磁条(10)和第一假睫毛(30),所述第一假睫毛(30)一端固定在所述第一柔性磁条(10)下侧,另一端向下延伸至等于或长于真睫毛(50)长度;
    下假睫毛饰件(200),其包括一对磁极方向相反的所述第二柔性磁条(20)和第二假睫毛(40),所述第二假睫毛(40)一端固定在所述第二柔性磁条(20)上侧,另一端向上延伸至等于或长于真睫毛(50)长度;且
    所述的上假睫毛饰件(100)和下假睫毛饰件(200)在使用时,将两片上假睫毛饰件(100)通过磁力吸合连接于人眼上眼皮的真睫毛(50)上下两侧,将两片下假睫毛饰件(200)通过磁力吸合连接于人眼的下眼皮的真睫毛(50)上下两侧。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的以多极充磁的柔性磁条为载体的睫毛饰件,其特征在于,所述第一柔性磁条(10)是与人的上眼皮形状相对应的弧形片状或棒状体,第二柔性磁条(20)是与人的下眼皮形状相对应的弧形片状或棒状体。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的以多极充磁的柔性磁条为载体的睫毛饰件,其特征在于,所述片状的第一柔性磁条(10A)和第二柔性磁条(20A)的横 截面为矩形,其边角处由圆弧过渡。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的以多极充磁的柔性磁条为载体的睫毛饰件,其特征在于,所述棒状的第一柔性磁条(10B)和第二柔性磁条(20B)的横截面为圆形或椭圆形,其中,横截面为圆形的第一柔性磁条(10B)和第二柔性磁条(20B)的外表面上沿轴向设有两个对称的切面(10B1、20B1),该切面(10B1、20B1)与圆柱面相交处由圆弧过渡。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的以多极充磁的柔性磁条为载体的睫毛饰件,其特征在于,所述的第一假睫毛(30)或第二假睫毛(40)固定于所述横截面为圆形的第一柔性磁条(10B)或第二柔性磁条(20B)的其中一个切面(10B1、20B1)上,所述的第一假睫毛(30)或第二假睫毛(40)固定于所述横截面为椭圆形的第一柔性磁条(10B)或第二柔性磁条(20B)的长边所在的平面(10B2、20B2)上。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的以多极充磁的柔性磁条为载体的睫毛饰件,其特征在于,所述第一柔性磁条(10)和第二柔性磁条(20)为长度略小于上眼皮和下眼皮长度的条形片状或棒状体,片状的第一柔性磁条(10A)和第二柔性磁条(20A)宽度为0.5~2mm,其厚度为0.05~0.5mm,棒状的第一柔性磁条(10B)和第二柔性磁条(20B)中,横截面为圆形的第一柔性磁条(10B)和第二柔性磁条(20B)的直径为0.05~2mm,横截面为椭圆形的第一柔性磁条(10B)和第二柔性磁条(20B)的长轴的尺寸为0.05~2mm。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的以多极充磁的柔性磁条为载体的睫毛饰件,其特征在于,所述上假睫毛饰件(100)的第一假睫毛(30)的一端通过热压或粘接固定于第一柔性磁条(10)中,下假睫毛饰件(200)的第二假睫毛(40)通过热压或粘接固定于第二柔性磁条(20)中。
  8. 如权利要求1至7中任一条所述的以多极充磁的柔性磁条为载体的睫毛饰件,其特征在于,所述第一柔性磁条(10)和第二柔性磁条(20)由合成橡胶粉末、磁体粉末及助剂按1~10:75~98:1~10的重量比混合 均匀,然后压延或注塑成型,或注塑后再压延而成型,其中,所述磁体粉末为钕铁硼磁粉末、钐铁氮粉末或钐钴粉末中的一种,助剂为硅烷偶联剂。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的以多极充磁的柔性磁条为载体的睫毛饰件,其特征在于,混合均匀的合成橡胶粉末、磁体粉末及助剂可在无磁场状态下压延或注塑,或注塑后再压延,形成各向同性的第一柔性磁条(10)和第二柔性磁条(20)。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的以多极充磁的柔性磁条为载体的睫毛饰件,其特征在于,混合均匀的合成橡胶粉末、磁体粉末及助剂在压延或注塑,或注塑后再压延过程中通过强磁场取向,形成各向异性的第一柔性磁条(10)和第二柔性磁条(20)。
