进一步的技术方案中,所述支撑板背向所述固定刀片的一侧设置有一翼板,翼板是从所述刀体的后端部向外侧延伸而成的弧形面板,翼板的顶部与所述刀体的顶面齐平;所述翼板的内表面成型有凹凸部,延伸板下部的厚度大于上部的厚度。
本发明和现有技术相比所具有的优点是:本发明结构简单,车缝臂的体积更小,进行缝制加工时更加灵活和方便。
另外,本发明的扫切式切刀具有更高的结构强度,剪切力更大,剪线动作更加顺畅、稳定和可靠,剪线更加利索。

具体实施方式
以下所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不因此而限定本发明的保护范围。
一种改进自动剪线机构的缝纫机,见图1至6所示,包括凸出在针车面板之上的车缝臂,车缝臂内设置有扫切式切刀1,车缝臂的左上部固定有一固定车缝盖3,车缝臂向外的一侧设定为左侧,车缝臂的内部分别旋转安装有旋梭传动轴5和切刀驱动轴2,切刀驱动轴2套装在旋梭传动轴5的外缘,切刀驱动轴2与旋梭传动轴5同轴安装,切刀驱动轴2与旋梭传动轴5互不干扰,各自独立旋转。车缝臂内固定在若干轴承座,切刀驱动轴2与旋梭传动轴5分别旋转安装于相应的轴承座,切刀驱动轴2的外缘还安装有固定轴和/或保护套。旋梭传动轴5的顶部设置有用于放置旋梭的旋梭座,车缝臂的右上部卡接有一能翻开或取下的活动车缝盖,固定车缝盖3和活动车缝盖左右拼合并包覆车缝臂的上部;切刀驱动轴2设置在固定车缝盖3下方偏右的位置。为了更好地展示本发明的创新结构,图中未画出车缝臂、旋梭座和活动车缝盖。
缝纫机设置有旋梭传动机构和用于驱动切刀驱动轴2定角度往复旋转切刀驱动机构,旋梭传动机构连接旋梭传动轴5,切刀驱动机构连接切刀驱动轴2,切刀驱动机构连接切刀驱动轴2的下端部。切刀驱动机构可以是电磁驱动 机构或电机驱动机构,也可以是由缝纫机的传动机构传动连接过来的驱动机构,只要实现在剪线时驱动切刀驱动轴2定角度往复旋转一次的功能即可,即在一次剪线过程中切刀驱动轴2带动扫切式切刀1在切刀活动空间沿弧形路径往复扫动一次。图中未画出旋梭传动机构和切刀驱动机构。
其中,固定车缝盖3的顶面板为有针板33,针板33的底面固定有固定刀片4;针板33的下方设置有切刀活动空间,切刀活动空间位于固定车缝盖3的侧壁和切刀驱动轴2之间;扫切式切刀1固定于切刀驱动轴2,扫切式切刀1设置于切刀活动空间,扫切式切刀1的上部设置有刀体11;在一次剪线过程中扫切式切刀1在固定车缝盖3下方的切刀活动空间来回移动一次,扫切式切刀1的刀体11与固定刀片4剪切配合。
本发明将扫切式切刀1从切刀驱动轴2的右侧改到切刀驱动轴2的左侧,进一步缩小车缝臂的体积,车缝臂的头部的体积更小,为套设在车缝臂的鞋头具有更多的转动空间,在缝纫时鞋头可以更加灵活地转动,不会受到车缝臂的干扰和阻挡,因此,可以缝制质量,提高加工效率。
针板33的底面开设有一弧形槽32,固定刀片4固定于弧形槽32中,固定刀片4位于弧形槽32的一端,在初始状态下,固定刀片4和刀体11分别位于弧形槽32的两端,在剪线时刀体11在弧形槽32内沿弧形路径向固定刀片4移动并与固定刀片4剪切配合。针板33开设有一下针孔31,下针孔31向下穿透弧形槽32,下针孔31位于弧形槽32的中部位置;在初始状态时,刀体11和固定刀片4分别位于下针孔31下方的两侧位置;在刀体11与固定刀片4剪切配合时,刀体11与固定刀片4上下重叠于弧形槽32中。
扫切式切刀1包括连结成一体的固定部12、支撑板13和刀体11,固定部12的顶部向上折弯延伸出支撑板13,支撑板13的上端部朝向内侧方向横 向折弯出刀体11;切刀驱动轴2通过螺丝锁紧固定有一夹套21,固定部12通过螺丝锁紧固定于夹套21,切刀驱动轴2来回旋转时刀体11在切刀驱动轴2外缘的圆环形区域中往复行走。使整个扫切式切刀1的体积变得更小,扫切式切刀1更加小巧,扫切式切刀1位于切刀驱动轴2外缘的环形区域中,跟随切刀驱动轴2旋转,实现剪线动作。
刀体11朝向固定刀片4的一端为前端部,刀体11的前端部成型有倾斜或弧形的斜向勾线部15,刀体11的顶面开设有一压线槽16,压线槽16的外端部向外延伸并穿透到斜向勾线部15,用于在扫向固定刀片的4的过程中勾住待剪切的线,压线槽16的内端部开设有一剪线配合孔17,剪线配合孔17穿透刀体11,剪线配合孔17的顶部边缘设置成一剪切刃口10,固定刀片4朝向刀体11的一侧的底部边缘成型有剪切部41,剪切部41与剪切刃口10剪切配合。特别设计的刀体11形状,体积更小,剪切力更大,且能提高剪线动作的稳定性和可靠性,剪线更加利索。
弧形槽32中设置有压线片6,压线片6固定于固定刀片4下方,压线片6中部向下折弯出一压线弹片61,在刀体11与固定刀片4剪切配合时压线弹片61的端部弹性抵顶于压线槽16,用于将待剪切的线压住在压线槽16的槽底,在剪线时将线压住,提高剪线稳定性,且可以使线头保持一定的余量。
斜向勾线部15朝向切刀驱动轴2的一侧为内侧部、连接于支撑板13的一侧为外侧部,斜向勾线部15的内侧部成型为一尖部,斜向勾线部15的外侧部成型有一弧形挡线部18,尖部凸出在前。弧形挡线部18的上下两端分别穿透刀体11的上下两面,弧形挡线部18第一侧与斜向勾线部15相切、第二侧与支撑板13相切;剪切部41凸出在刀体11的底部边缘,剪切部41朝向刀体11的端面为垂直平面,剪切部41的底面为弧形面,具有自动磨刃功能, 使剪切部41长期保持锋利状态。
支撑板13为弧形面板,弧形面板具有弧形凹面,支撑板13的弧形凹面朝向切刀驱动轴2,刀体11位于支撑板13的弧形凹面的顶部。支撑板13背向固定刀片4的一侧设置有一翼板19,翼板19是从刀体11的后端部向外侧延伸而成的弧形面板,翼板19的顶部与刀体11的顶面齐平;翼板19的内表面成型有凹凸部,延伸板下部的厚度大于上部的厚度。特别设计的翼板19能够有效提高扫切式切刀1的结构强度,同时避免扫切式切刀1在扫动过程及剪线过程中出现抖动或晃动,提高剪线过程的稳定性和可靠性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种改进自动剪线机构的缝纫机,包括凸出在针车面板之上的车缝臂,车缝臂的左上部固定有一固定车缝盖(3),车缝臂向外的一侧设定为左侧,车缝臂的内部分别旋转安装有旋梭传动轴(5)和切刀驱动轴(2),切刀驱动轴(2)套装在旋梭传动轴(5)的外缘,旋梭传动轴(5)的顶部设置有用于放置旋梭的旋梭座,其特征在于:包括一扫切式切刀(1),
    固定车缝盖(3)的顶面板为有针板(33),针板(33)的底面固定有固定刀片(4);
    针板(33)的下方设置有切刀活动空间,切刀活动空间位于固定车缝盖(3)的侧壁和切刀驱动轴(2)之间;
    扫切式切刀(1)固定于切刀驱动轴(2),扫切式切刀(1)设置于切刀活动空间,扫切式切刀(1)的上部设置有刀体(11);
    在一次剪线过程中扫切式切刀(1)在固定车缝盖(3)下方的切刀活动空间来回移动一次,扫切式切刀(1)的刀体(11)与固定刀片(4)剪切配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种改进自动剪线机构的缝纫机,其特征在于:所述缝纫机设置有旋梭传动机构和用于驱动所述切刀驱动轴(2)定角度往复旋转切刀驱动机构,旋梭传动机构连接所述旋梭传动轴(5),切刀驱动机构连接切刀驱动轴(2),在一次剪线过程中切刀驱动轴(2)带动扫切式切刀(1)在所述切刀活动空间沿弧形路径往复扫动一次;
    所述针板(33)的底面开设有一弧形槽(32),所述固定刀片(4)固定于弧形槽(32)中,固定刀片(4)位于弧形槽(32)的一端,在初始状态下,固定刀片(4)和刀体(11)分别位于弧形槽(32)的两端,在剪线时刀体(11)在弧形槽(32)内沿弧形路径向固定刀片(4)移动并与固定刀片(4)剪切 配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种改进自动剪线机构的缝纫机,其特征在于:所述针板(33)开设有一下针孔(31),下针孔(31)向下穿透所述弧形槽(32),下针孔(31)位于弧形槽(32)的中部位置;
    在初始状态时,所述刀体(11)和所述固定刀片(4)分别位于下针孔(31)下方的两侧位置;在刀体(11)与固定刀片(4)剪切配合时,刀体(11)与固定刀片(4)上下重叠于弧形槽(32)中;
    所述车缝臂的右上部卡接有一能翻开或取下的活动车缝盖,固定车缝盖(3)和活动车缝盖左右拼合并包覆车缝臂的上部;切刀驱动轴(2)设置在固定车缝盖(3)下方偏右的位置。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3之一所述的一种改进自动剪线机构的缝纫机,其特征在于:所述扫切式切刀(1)包括连结成一体的固定部(12)、支撑板(13)和所述刀体(11),固定部(12)的顶部向上折弯延伸出所述支撑板(13),支撑板(13)的上端部朝向内侧方向横向折弯出所述刀体(11);
    所述切刀驱动轴(2)固定有夹套(21),固定部(12)固定于夹套(21),切刀驱动轴(2)来回旋转时刀体(11)在切刀驱动轴(2)外缘的圆环形区域中往复行走。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种改进自动剪线机构的缝纫机,其特征在于:所述刀体(11)朝向固定刀片(4)的一端为前端部,刀体(11)的前端部成型有倾斜或弧形的斜向勾线部(15),刀体(11)的顶面开设有一压线槽(16),压线槽(16)的外端部向外延伸并穿透到斜向勾线部(15),用于在扫向固定刀片的(4)的过程中勾住待剪切的线,压线槽(16)的内端部开设有一剪线配合孔(17),剪线配合孔(17)穿透刀体(11),剪线配合孔(17)的顶部 边缘设置成一剪切刃口(10),所述固定刀片(4)朝向所述刀体(11)的一侧的底部边缘成型有剪切部(41),剪切部(41)与剪切刃口(10)剪切配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种改进自动剪线机构的缝纫机,其特征在于:所述弧形槽(32)中设置有压线片(6),压线片(6)固定于所述固定刀片(4)下方,压线片(6)中部向下折弯出一压线弹片(61),在所述刀体(11)与固定刀片(4)剪切配合时压线弹片(61)的端部弹性抵顶于所述压线槽(16),用于将待剪切的线压住在压线槽(16)的槽底。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种改进自动剪线机构的缝纫机,其特征在于:所述斜向勾线部(15)朝向所述切刀驱动轴(2)的一侧为内侧部、连接于所述支撑板(13)的一侧为外侧部,斜向勾线部(15)的内侧部成型为一尖部,斜向勾线部(15)的外侧部成型有一弧形挡线部(18),尖部凸出在前。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种改进自动剪线机构的缝纫机,其特征在于:所述弧形挡线部(18)的上下两端分别穿透所述刀体(11)的上下两面,弧形挡线部(18)第一侧与斜向勾线部(15)相切、第二侧与所述支撑板(13)相切;所述剪切部(41)凸出在刀体(11)的底部边缘,剪切部(41)朝向刀体(11)的端面为垂直平面,剪切部(41)的底面为弧形面。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种改进自动剪线机构的缝纫机,其特征在于:所述支撑板(13)为弧形面板,弧形面板具有弧形凹面,支撑板(13)的弧形凹面朝向所述切刀驱动轴(2),刀体(11)位于支撑板(13)的弧形凹面的顶部。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的一种改进自动剪线机构的缝纫机,其特征在于:所述支撑板(13)背向所述固定刀片(4)的一侧设置有一翼板(19),翼板(19)是从所述刀体(11)的后端部向外侧延伸而成的弧形面板,翼板(19) 的顶部与所述刀体(11)的顶面齐平;所述翼板(19)的内表面成型有凹凸部,延伸板下部的厚度大于上部的厚度。
