Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de support de réparation d'ascenseur permettant de maintenir un fonctionnement d'ascenseur lors d'un dysfonctionnement qui ne peut pas être traité uniquement à l'aide des fonctions d'un dispositif de commande. Le système de support de réparation d'ascenseur comprend : un dispositif de commande (7) qui actionne un ascenseur (1) ; et un dispositif de support de réparation (10) connecté électriquement au dispositif de commande (7). Le dispositif de support de réparation (10) comporte : une base de données d'opérations de réparation (14) comportant des opérations de réparation pré-stockées, dont chacune est associée à un signal de dysfonctionnement pour l'ascenseur (1) ; et une unité d'exécution d'opérations (15) qui, en cas d'émission d'un signal de dysfonctionnement par le dispositif de commande (7), amène le dispositif de commande (7) à exécuter une opération de réparation stockée dans la base de données d'opérations de réparation (14) et associée audit signal de dysfonctionnement.
