Abstract

Vending machine or automat and method of arrangement of wine containers inside and of selling wine from that, relates to the service sphere and intends to stimulate sales of wine on draught, provide for tasting and choice of wine brand, lessen needed commercial square and increase convenience. Vending machine or automat comprises a few changeable containers with several brands of wine, and control devices for dosed dispensing of wine in an open-top container while retail trade. In order to arrange four or more containers with total capacity more than 100 liters of wine, racks are installed inside the body for placing containers one above another, in single or adjacent columns, but the control device includes special button intended for choice of wine brand, also for choice of free wine tasting dose discharge mode. The method of arrangement of wine containers and of selling wine provides for placing. containers one above another in single or adjacent columns, at that containers with the same brand are arranged in one column, and possibility to choose a brand of wine for dosed dispensing, also offering of free up to 120ml tasting dose to customers, and possibility to choose a discharge mode of it.

VENDING MACHINE OR AUTOMAT AND METHOD OF ARRANGEMENT OF WINE CONTAINERS INSIDE AND OF SELLING WINE FROM THAT

TECHNICAL FIELD AND ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECT / TECHNICAL RESULT

The claimed inventions, united with common invention idea, concern to electric vending machines, semiautomatic (which served by operator/seller) or automatic (which are equipped with payment receiver devise), and methods of wine bottling, and can be used for automatic selling of wine round day and night. By means of easy placing of vending machines in markets, shops, close to them, or in streets and squares, it is possible to provide consumers with wine shops maximally close to their houses and blocks.

Technical result and advantageous effect of suggested vending machine or automat for wine on draught selling and method of it, consist, on the one hand, in the possibility to place inside that several brands of wine with big total volume (for consumers convenience and choice), having minimum of occupied commercial area and, on the other hand - in the possibility of free tasting for consumers, which contribute conjointly the sales, that in its turn have beneficial efficiency for producers and retailers.

As the result there is beneficial commercial and social efficiency for wide sphere of the process - from wine producers to consumers. BACKGROUND ART

From the background art there are known many vending machines, devices and methods which relate to selling of beverages, including retail sales of wine on draught, also in an open-top containers (for example: RU2492789C2; RU2431 199C2; RU18168U1 ; RU2001 10321 1A; RU25735U1 ; US2014353998A 1 DEI 92008005413A1 ; KR20100094266A; CN104867242A; RU158267U1 ). Neither single nor combined together the inventions shown above are able to solve the task and problem, connected with selling with such special product as a wine using automatic devices, and which has many special features, for example:

1. Wine on draught is a living product, its purchase as rule is connected with special emotions (unlike strong alcohol beverages, for example). It is natural that a consumer wishes to have a choice of brands of wine, otherwise he can not be satisfied. The possibility of choice is especially important when a consumer purchases a wine together with party - they need to share their opinions and take decision - that is something like a ritual mini-show. The choice is better to do after preliminary tasting and not theoretically, moreover living wine can be oxidized (turns to a vinegar), if not be kept under right conditions. The known devices and methods for automatic bottling do not give such possibility (tasting and choice).

2. The mentioned tasting must be free, that creates positive emotion, which can,. stimulate sales - as a result the consumer practically in all cases makes a choice and purchases wine (of course, if it is not oxidized). The known devices and methods do not provide this.

3. At that, owners of vending machines need to place inside several brands and utmost amount/volume of wine in order to have to come and refill machines rarely. At that, the owner of vending machine usually is not an owner of the shop and he has to rent a correspondent area for this purposes, when agreement is not simple, especially in conditions of competition with deliverers of another goods. That is the decisive matter is a minimum of needed area for the vending machine and maximum of volume and brands of wine placed inside, the known devices and methods are not intended to solve these tasks.

There is also known " The machine for wine bottling and empty bottles selling" (Russian patent of utility model RU121382U1), which is most close to the invention application with distinctive signs and is chosen as a prototype.

But the prototype is not intended for commercial stimulating by means of possibility of tasting and choice of wine and besides to lessen needed necessary commercial area. AIM OF THE INVENTION (technical/advantageous effect)

The claimed inventions, which are united with common invention idea, intended to lessen commercial area occupied by vending machine, to increase simplicity of functioning and to stimulate sales, by means of possibility of tasting and choice of wine.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION

The aimed target is achieved in the claimed vending machine or automat and method of arrangement of wine containers inside and of selling wine from that due to the presence of essencial distinguishing features (given in claims),

More particularly:

1. The known vending machine or automat, comprising a few changeable containers or vessels with one or several brands of wine, placed inside the body of vending machine or automat, and devices including a control one, possibly with displays, for dosed dispensing of wine in an open-top container while retail trade, has the following distinguishing features:

- in the vending machine or automat intended for placing of 4 or more containers or vessels, with total capacity more than 100 liters, inside the body of vending machine or automat racks, shelves and/or sliders are installed for placing containers one above another, in single or adjacent columns, and the control device includes special button, buttons, sensor or similar means, intended for choice of brand of wine for dosed dispensing, also for choice of wine tasting dose discharge mode;

- the control device includes special button, buttons, sensor or similar means, intended for dispensing up to 120ml tasting dose of wine without payment by cash, tokens or electronic payment;

- in the case of availability of more than single brand of wine inside, the control device includes a timer, intended to blockade discharge of one and the same brand of wine for tasting more often than once in 2 minutes;

- for filling vessel having volume more than 2 liters, a folding prop for placing such vessel on and a flexible pipe not less than lm length with faucet are installed; - it is provided with special compartment with separate door for placing folding prop and pipe with faucet inside;

2. The method of arrangement of wine containers inside the vending machine or the automat and of selling wine from that, which provides for placing a few changeable containers or vessels with determined total capacity more than 100 liters of a single or several wine brands in vending machine or automat, and controlled measured dispensing of wine while retail selling from that,

has the following distinguishing features:

- containers and vessels in the quantity more than 4 are placed one above another, in single or adjacent columns, on racks, shelves and/or sliders installed inside the body, at that containers with the same brand are arranged in one column, but control device provides for possibility to choose a brand of wine for dosed dispensing and a mode of wine tasting dose discharge;

- control device of vending machine or automat provides for possibility of dispensing up to 120ml tasting dose of wine, including automatical mode, and an easily accessible for a consumer special button, buttons, sensor or similar means intended for that;

- the tasting dose of wine up to 120 ml is discharged for free;

- the free tasting dose of wine up to 120 ml is poured in disposable paper or plastic caps supplied by vending machine itself;

- in the case of availability of more than single brand of wine inside, the control device provides for blockage of automatic discharge of tasting dose of the same wine brand more often than once in 2 minutes;

- additionally provides an audio or a screened question for a consumer like: "Haven't you really tried it yet? It is free!" or "Have you already tasted it?" There is cause and effect relationship between distinguishing features and achieved results, which condition the solution of set task (to achieve the aim of the invention) and beneficial effect. In accordance with information accessible for the applicant, the claimed combination of essential features are not known from the background art and do not follow clearly from it, consequently the claimed inventions possess novelty and invention level. EMBODYMENTS OF THE INVENTION (Industrial applicability)

The applicant has already created a few models of mentioned vending machine in his enterprise which were tested and their efficiency is confirmed. The vending machine or automat is represented as drafts, where are shown:

Draft 1 - The vending machine in close state;

Draft 2 - The vending machine with open frontal and left doors, with removed prop;

Draft 3 - The vending machine with open frontal and right doors and open prop;

Draft 4 - The vending machine with removed doors.

In accordance with claimed invention, vending machine consists of a body (1), which is made as frame of profiled metal pipes and sheet material, and on the outside there is installed a prop (3) for a vessel (2) with volume more than 21, above that is placed an outcome device (4) and a few doors. Frontal door (5) covers compartment for folding prop (6) for placing vessels with volume more than 21 and flexible pipe with faucet (7), where placed also buttons (8) to control discharge of a wine of the definite brand and volume (for example 3, 5, and 10 litres). Left and right side lower doors (9) cover compartment for wine cooling and compressing-forcing devices (10). Left and right upper doors (11) cover compartment (13) for changeable wine containers (12). In compartment (13) are placed with through way shelves/sliders (14), where is possible to place changeable wine containers one above another from left and right side. As it is shown on draft (4) it is possible inside that concrete vending machine to place 16 containers (15), 201 each, in 4 columns. With placing of containers (15) as columns dimensions of an vending machine are lessened and consequently needed occupied commercial area. It is possible to place even 4 brands of wine, 801 each in different columns with pipes for connection with each other. Changeable containers are a prism shape rigid plastic boxes (15) with cover (16), where are placed bags made of polyethylene (17) with wine. That is known system "Bag in Box", which is intended for convenient filling in wine storages and from devices in wine plants and for transportation and hermetical keeping. Boxes (15) with cover (16) are made of darkened plastic, to avoid influence of the sun during transportation and keeping. Bags (17) are equipped with vessels (18), which after placing of bags in vending machine are connected with wine pipes system (19). Mentioned wine pipe (wine-line) system connects bags (17) with cooling and compressive-forcing device, also with outcome device (4) and hose with faucet(7). On the shelf (3) for vessels to 21 (2) are. placed control buttons (20) for filling, for example volumes 1 , 1 ,5, and 21, and above that on discharging device (4) are placed control buttons for choice of brand of wine (21) and tasting dose (22) dispensing into a glass. To provide dosed dispensing from containers into top-open vessels while retail trade, the vending machine is connected with electric system and includes inner control devises (are not shown on drafts), among them - timer of tasting dose interval, electric connection devise, measurers of wine stream (expense) etc., which are placed in frontal panel (23). Vending machine or automat can be also be equipped with device and display (24) for paying with cash or credit cards; with corresponding communication means and device (is not shown on drafts) of sound signal (or/and information providing).

The method of functioning of vending machine or automat, placing of wine containers and selling of wine is the following:

From storages of wine plants polyethylene bags (17) are filled with various brands of wine, place them into changeable containers (15), with cover (16), keeping faucet (18) outside and transported to commercial object (shops and others), where is installed vending machine or automat which has corresponding data of capacity of wine whole volume more than 100 litres. Empty containers are taken from vending machine and new ones are put on shelves (14), placing one above another in 4 columns side by side. At the same time one and same brand of wine is placed in one column, connect with wine pipe system (19) and open faucets. The vending machine connected with electric system is ready for bottling/selling. For that, an operator at the vending machine suggests to a consumer free wine tasting, automatic devise realizes a suggestion as audio information or visually on display (24). The consumer chooses brand of wine by means buttons (20), and by means of free tasting button (22) pours 100ml of wine into a single glass. Discharge of wine, cooled to necessary temperature, is provided with cooling and compressive-forcing devise, installed in the vending machine, which takes out wine from bags (17). A consumer can taste all brands of wine turn by turn. Dispensing of wine is done by consumer into vessel (which has a consumer himself or suggested by seller at the vending machine), after payment, points with buttons (21 ) necessary volume and with buttons (20) chosen brand.

In case of vessels with volume more than 21, consumer uses folding prop (6), flexible pipe with faucet (7) and buttons (8).

Claims

1. A vending machine or an automat, comprising a few changeable containers or vessels with one or several brands of wine, placed inside the body of vending machine or automat, and devices including a control one, possibly with displays, for dosed dispensing of wine in an open-top container while retail trade, characterized by, that in the vending machine or automat intended for placing of 4 or more containers or vessels, with total capacity more than 100 liters, inside the body of vending machine or automat racks, shelves and/or sliders are installed for placing containers one above another, in single or adjacent columns, and the control device includes special button, buttons, sensor or similar means, intended for choice of brand of wine for dosed dispensing, also for choice of wine tasting dose discharge mode;

2. The vending machine or the automat according to the claim 1 is characterized by, that control device includes special button, buttons, sensor or similar means, intended for dispensing up to 120ml tasting dose of wine without payment by cash, tokens or electronic payment;

3. The vending machine or the automat according to claim 1 is characterized by, that in the case of availability of more than single brand of wine inside, the control device includes a timer, intended to blockade discharge of one and the same brand of wine for tasting more often than once in 2 minutes;

4. The vending machine or the automat according to claim 1 is characterized by, that for filling vessel having more than 2 liters volume, a folding prop for placing such vessel on and a flexible pipe not less than lm length with faucet are installed;

5. The vending machine or the automat according to claim 1 and claim 4 is characterized by, that it is provided with special compartment with separate door for placing folding prop and pipe with faucet inside;

6. A method of arrangement of wine containers inside the vending machine or the automat and of selling wine from that, which provides for placing a few changeable containers or vessels with determined total capacity more than 100 liters of a single or several wine brands in vending machine or automat, and controlled measured dispensing of wine while retail selling from that, is characterized by, that containers and vessels in the quantity more than 4 are placed one above another, in single or adjacent columns, on racks, shelves and/or sliders installed inside the body, at that containers with the same brand are arranged in one column, but control device provides for possibility to choose a brand of wine for dosed dispensing and a mode of wine tasting dose discharge;

7. The method according to the claim 6 of selling wine from vending machine or automat is characterized by, that control device of vending machine or automat provides for possibility of dispensing up to 120ml tasting dose of wine, including automatical mode, and an easily accessible for a consumer special button, buttons, sensor or similar means intended for that;

8. The method according to the claims 6 and 7 is characterized by, that the tasting dose of wine up to 120 ml is discharged for free;

9. The method according to the claims 6, 7 and 8 is characterized by, that the free tasting dose of wine up to 120 ml is poured in disposable paper or plastic caps supplied by vending machine itself;

10. The method according to the claims 6, 7 and 8 is characterized by, that in the case of availability of more than single brand of wine inside, the control device provides for blockage of automatic discharge of tasting dose of the same wine brand more often than once in 2 minutes;
