Cette invention concerne un lave-vaisselle (1) comprenant une cuve de lavage (2) dans laquelle sont disposés les articles à laver, une chambre (3) ménagée dans la partie inférieure de la cuve de lavage (2), et dans laquelle est recueillie l'eau de la cuve de lavage (2) pendant le lavage, un conduit (4) raccordé à la chambre (3) permettant d'acheminer l'eau vers la chambre (3) et un microfiltre de forme cylindrique creuse (5) disposé au centre de la chambre (3), retenant les saletés transportées par l'eau passant de la chambre (3) à la conduite de circulation ou d'évacuation de l'eau.
