Description
本实用新型属于绿化排水技术领域,具体涉及一种加强型集水排水装置。
现有的集水排水装置普遍应用于地下集水排水操作,由于你不占用地表面积,而且可以对地下水进行再次回收利用,从而深受广大用户的青睐。但是目前的集水排水装置由于强度不够高,普遍只适应安装在地表以下2-3米的距离,从而无法对地表以下深度的地下水采集和利用,从而限制了集水装置的应用范围。
实用新型内容
实用新型目的:本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有技术中的不足,提供一种通过对原有加强筋结构进行改进,从而增强了排水装置的整体强度,使得排水装置更适合安装在更深的土层中的加强型集水排水装置。
技术方案:本实用新型所述的一种加强型集水排水装置,包括排水槽本体,所述排水槽本体上间隔设有若干加强筋,所述加强筋两侧分别设有侧部加强筋,所述侧部加强筋设置在水平方向或垂直方向或同时设置在两个方向上,所述排水槽本体的上部设有透气观察口,所述排水槽本体的侧部设有排水口,所述排水槽本体的底部设有底板,所述排水槽本体的端部设有固定和延伸排水槽的插接式卡槽结构,所述排水槽本体上还设有进行蓄水的蓄水口。
进一步的,所述侧部加强筋设置在排水槽本体上表面或者延伸到排水槽本体的侧边。
进一步的,所述侧部加强筋设有多根,且相互之间平行设置或非平行设置。
进一步的,水平方向的侧部加强筋与加强筋的夹角为30-90°,垂直方向的侧部加强筋与加强筋的夹角为15-60°。
进一步的,所述加强筋的高度范围为15-45cm,厚度为2-4mm,所述侧部加强筋的厚度为3-8mm,宽度为10-50mm。
进一步的,所述排水槽本体、加强筋和侧部加强筋均采用高密度聚乙烯材料制成。
进一步的,该集水排水装置安装地表以下3-10m处。
有益效果:本实用新型结构紧凑、设计合理,通过对原有加强筋结构进行改进,从而增强了排水装置的整体强度,使得排水装置更适合安装在更深的土层中,从而扩展了应用前景。

如图1到图3所示的一种加强型集水排水装置,包括排水槽本体1,所述排水槽本体1上间隔设有若干加强筋2,所述加强筋2两侧分别设有侧部加强筋8,所述侧部加强筋8设置在水平方向(如图2所示)或垂直方向(如图1所示)或同时设置在两个方向上,所述排水槽本体1的上部设有透气观察口3,所述排水槽本体1的侧部设有排水口4,所述排水槽本体1的底部设有底板5,所述排水槽本体1的端部设有固定和延伸排水槽的插接式卡槽结构6,所述排水槽本体1上还设有进行蓄水的蓄水口7。
为了全方位增强本实用新型的整体强度,以及提高抗压以及抗拉伸性能,所述侧部加强筋8设置在排水槽本体1上表面或者延伸到排水槽本体1的侧边。所述侧部加强筋8设有多根,且相互之间平行设置或非平行设置。水平方向的侧部加强筋8与加强筋2的夹角为30-90°,垂直方向的侧部加强筋8与加强筋2的夹角为15-60°。所述加强筋2的高度范围为15-45cm,厚度为2-4mm,所述侧部加强筋8的厚度为3-8mm,宽度为10-50mm。所述排水槽本体1、加强筋2和侧部加强筋8均采用高密度聚乙烯材料制成。
排水槽本体1的宽度范围为4-20cm,高度范围为10-30cm,可大大提高蓄水能力,适用于各类场合使用。所述透气观察口3的直径范围为150-200cm。所述排水口4的直径范围为75-150cm。所述底板5采用塑料或金属制成,且厚度为5-15mm。所述插接式卡槽结构6的内径与另一个与之相连接的卡槽的外径相匹配。所述蓄水口7设置在虹吸排水槽本体1的上部、侧部或两部位同时设置。
本集水排水装置在进行整体管路铺设时,需将如上所述的排水槽结构进行卡槽对接即可,由于排水槽端部设置的不同,相互连接的两个卡槽的内、外径相互匹配,使得在进行对接安装时,只要稍稍用力将两端部对接即可,从而大大提高了安装效率。排水槽相互之间通过连接卡槽卡接固定延伸布置,可以按照要求布置在地表以下3-10m位置处,而排水槽的水平部分管件可以与排水板进行连接,这样排水板上收集到的污水就通过蓄水口流到排水槽中,排水槽进行污水的集中收集,最后污水统一从排水口排出,依次经过沉淀池和集水池的处理收集,最终集水池中的水可以有效的进行回收再利用,再次进行灌溉,从而大大节约了水资源的使用。

- 一种加强型集水排水装置,其特征在于:包括排水槽本体(1),所述排水槽本体(1)上间隔设有若干加强筋(2),所述加强筋(2)两侧分别设有侧部加强筋(8),所述侧部加强筋(8)设置在水平方向或垂直方向或同时设置在两个方向上,所述排水槽本体(1)的上部设有透气观察口(3),所述排水槽本体(1)的侧部设有排水口(4),所述排水槽本体(1)的底部设有底板(5),所述排水槽本体(1)的端部设有固定和延伸排水槽的插接式卡槽结构(6),所述排水槽本体(1)上还设有进行蓄水的蓄水口(7)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种加强型集水排水装置,其特征在于:所述侧部加强筋(8)设置在排水槽本体(1)上表面或者延伸到排水槽本体(1)的侧边。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种加强型集水排水装置,其特征在于:所述侧部加强筋(8)设有多根,且相互之间平行设置或非平行设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种加强型集水排水装置,其特征在于:水平方向的侧部加强筋(8)与加强筋(2)的夹角为30-90°,垂直方向的侧部加强筋(8)与加强筋(2)的夹角为15-60°。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种加强型集水排水装置,其特征在于:所述加强筋(2)的高度范围为15-45cm,厚度为2-4mm,所述侧部加强筋(8)的厚度为3-8mm,宽度为10-50mm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种加强型集水排水装置,其特征在于:所述排水槽本体(1)、加强筋(2)和侧部加强筋(8)均采用高密度聚乙烯材料制成。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种加强型集水排水装置,其特征在于:该集水排水装置安装地表以下3-10m处。
