Description

近年来,为了给UE(User Equipment,用户设备)提供更好的通信服务,移动通信技术发展迅速。当前的通信系统中,为使UE能够与基站进行通信,基站需要将系统信息传输至UE,系统信息包括UE与基站进行通信所需的多项信息,如,用于选择基站、接入基站以及重选基站的信息。
在传输系统信息时,基站可以采用广播的方式进行,使得基站覆盖范围内的UE均可以接收到该基站的系统信息,进而,UE可以根据该系统信息与基站进行通信。
在实现本公开的过程中,发明人发现相关技术至少存在以下问题:

在步骤201中,当基站需要传输系统信息时,确定待传输的系统信息的信息类型,该信息类型用于指示触发系统信息的网络设备。
该步骤中,网络设备是指基站或者UE。第一系统信息是指由基站触发的系统信息,第二系统信息是指由UE触发的系统信息。本公开实施例对第一系统信息和第二系统信息包括的具体信息不做限定。例如,第一系统信息包括用于选择基站、接入基站、通知紧急事件或获取第二系统信息的信息,第二系统信息包括除第一系统信息之外的系统信息。其中,用于选择基站的信息可以为工作带宽,用于接入基站的信息如系统帧号,用于通知紧急事件的信息如地震预警信息,用于获取第二系统信息的信息如第二系统信息的调度信息,第二系统信息可以包括用于重选基站的信息和不同接入技术互操作信息,用于重选基站的信息如相邻基站的信息,不同接入技术互操作信息如5G(5th-Generation,第五代移动通信技术)网络转换至LTE(Long Term Evolution,长期演进)网络的信息。
本公开实施例对需要传输系统信息的时机不做限定。例如,对于第一系统信息,通常可以在基站上配置第一系统信息的传输周期,因此,当到达该传输
周期时,基站需要传输该传输周期对应的系统信息,或者,当基站接收到运营人员触发的紧急事件通知指令时,基站需要传输该紧急事件通知指令对应的系统信息。又例如,对于第二系统信息,当基站接收到UE发送的对系统信息的传输请求时,需要传输该系统信息传输请求所请求的系统信息。
因此,当基站需要传输系统信息时,可以判断触发该系统信息的网络设备,如果该系统信息由基站触发,则可以确定该系统信息为第一系统信息,如果该系统信息由UE触发,则可以确定该系统信息为第二系统信息。
在步骤202中,当系统信息为第一系统信息时,基站采用广播的方式将系统信息传输至基站覆盖范围内的用户设备UE。
该步骤中,以系统信息为工作带宽为例,当到达工作带宽的传输周期时,基站可以获取已配置的工作带宽,将工作带宽加载到自身的工作频率上,得到承载工作带宽的载波,将该载波以广播的方式传输至基站覆盖范围内的各个UE。
其中,广播的方式是指全方向的传输方式。本公开实施例对广播的方式不做具体限定。例如,基站可以通过全向天线以全向辐射的方式将该载波传输至覆盖范围内的UE。又例如,基站可以通过天线阵列该对载波进行多次波束赋形,使得多个波束可以覆盖以该基站为中心的各个方向,从而将系统信息传输至基站覆盖范围内的UE,波束赋形是指通过调整天线阵列中每个阵元的加权系数产生具有指向性的波束的技术。而且,考虑到5G网络将采用高频传输技术,增加了路径损耗,而波束赋形时的波瓣较窄,能量更为集中,即使在高频传输的情况下,也能保证距离该基站较远的UE能够接收到系统信息。
在步骤203中,当系统信息为第二系统信息时,基站采用单播或广播的方式将系统信息传输至UE。
其中,单播的方式是指定向的传输方式。本公开实施例对单播的方式不做限定。例如,基站根据该UE发送的对系统信息的传输请求,确定该UE的位置信息,根据该UE的位置信息对承载系统信息的载波进行波束赋形,形成指向该UE的波束,从而将系统信息定向地传输至该UE。
当然,基站可以设置接收该传输请求的指定时间,并通知UE该指定时间,使得UE在需要系统信息时可以在指定时间发送传输请求,且基站在指定时间接收到UE的传输请求。本公开实施例对指定时间的确定方式和通知UE该指定时间的方式不做限定。例如,基站将每一帧中的子帧号为5的子帧确定为指
定时间,并将该指定时间的信息作为第一系统信息以广播的方式传输至覆盖范围内的UE。而且,对于不同的指定系统信息,可以分别设置对应的指定时间,使得基站可以统一处理请求同一系统信息的传输请求。例如,基站将子帧号为5的子帧确定为指定时间1,将子帧号为6的子帧确定为指定时间2,指定时间1用于接收对重选基站信息的传输请求,指定时间2用于接收对不同接入技术互操作信息的传输请求。
在通过波束赋形进行传输的情况下(如,5G网络),为了确保在传输系统信息时占用更少的传输资源,基站可以对传输系统信息的方式进行判断,判断过程以步骤(1)-(3)进行说明:
(1)、当基站接收到多个UE对指定系统信息的传输请求时,确定第一信息量和第二信息量,第一信息量是指采用单播的方式将指定系统信息传输至多个UE的信息量,第二信息量是指采用广播的方式将指定系统信息传输至多个UE的信息量。
该步骤(1)中,指定系统信息是指任一个第二系统信息。当基站接收到多个UE(至少两个UE)对同一指定系统信息的传输请求时,说明多个UE均需要该指定系统信息,此时,基站既可以采用广播的方式将指定系统信息传输至多个UE,也可以采用单播的方式进行传输,为了选择一种更为节省传输资源的传输方式,基站可以确定第一信息量和第二信息量,以信息量直观地反映传输时占用的传输资源。本公开实施例对确定第一信息量和第二信息量的具体方式不做限定。例如,基站采用以下确定方式:
基站确定多个UE的数量,将多个UE的数量与目标信息量相乘,得到第一信息量;确定广播指定系统信息所需的波束数量,将波束数量与目标信息量相乘,得到第二信息量;其中,目标信息量是指以一个波束承载指定系统信息的信息量。
该确定方式中,基站可以统计对指定系统信息的传输请求的数量,将该数量作为多个UE的数量,并将该数量与目标信息量相乘,从而得到第一信息量;而且,基站可以通过波束的辐射角度,确定辐射全方向(360度)所需的波束数量,将波束数量与目标信息量相乘,得到第二信息量。需要说明的是,每种指定系统信息对应的目标信息量可能有所不同。另外,本公开实施例对波束的辐射角度不做限定具体限定,但理应小于360度。
以目标信息量为4比特、多个UE的数量为100、波束的辐射角度为30度
为例进行说明,第一信息量为400比特,第二信息量为48比特。
在基站确定第一信息量和第二信息量之后,可以比较第一信息量和第二信息量的大小,如果第一信息量小于第二信息量,则执行步骤(2),如果第一信息量不小于第二信息量,则执行步骤(3)。
(2)、如果第一信息量小于第二信息量,基站执行采用单播的方式将指定系统信息传输至多个UE的步骤。
该步骤中,如果第一信息量小于第二信息量,说明采用单播的方式传输指定系统信息更节省传输资源,因此,基站采用单播的方式进行传输。
(3)、如果第一信息量不小于第二信息量,基站采用广播的方式将指定系统信息传输至多个UE。
该步骤中,如果第一信息量不小于第二信息量,说明采用广播的方式更节省传输资源,因此采用广播的方式进行传输。
需要说明的是,当第一信息量等于第二信息量时,基站既采用单播的方式进行传输,也可以采用广播的方式进行传输。
事实上,在判断传输系统信息的方式时,为了节省基站的运算资源,基站也可以直接将多个UE的数量与波束数量进行比较,如果多个UE的数量小于波束数量,基站执行采用单播的方式将指定系统信息传输至多个UE的步骤,如果多个UE的数量不小于波束数量,基站采用广播的方式将指定系统信息传输至多个UE。
本公开实施例通过在需要传输系统信息时,确定该系统信息的信息类型,当系统信息为第一系统信息时,以广播的方式进行传输,从而将该系统信息传输至基站覆盖范围内的UE,当系统信息为第二系统信息时,以单播或广播的方式进行传输,从而将该系统信息传输至触发该系统信息的UE,因此能够按照UE的需求传输系统信息。
另外,当接收到多个UE对指定系统信息的传输请求时,可以确定在采用单播的方式传输时的第一信息量、采用广播的方式传输时的第二信息量,根据第一信息量和第二信息量的大小,采用信息量较小的传输方式将指定系统信息传输至多个UE,从而尽可能节省传输资源。
另外,提供了确定第一信息量和第二信息量的具体方式,通过确定多个UE的数量和广播第一系统信息所需的波束数量,将多个UE的数量与目标信息量相乘,得到第一信息量,将波束数量与目标信息量相乘,得到第二信息量,
从而提供了准确地确定第一信息量和第二信息量的方式。
另外,提供了第一系统信息和第二系统信息具体包括的信息,该第一系统信息可以包括用于选择基站、接入基站、通知紧急事件或获取第二系统信息的信息,使得基站可以将UE与该基站进行通信时所需的基本信息传输至覆盖范围内的各个UE,并且在紧急事件发生时及时通知各个UE;第二系统信息包括除第一系统信息之外的系统信息,如,重选基站的信息和不同接入技术互操作信息,由于第二系统信息在某种特定通信场景中才使用,如,重选基站或者转换网络的场景,使得基站可以在UE需要该系统信息时才将该系统信息传输至触发系统信息的UE。
图3是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种传输系统信息的装置框图,如图3所示,该装置包括第一确定模块301和传输模块302。

- 一种基站,其特征在于,所述基站包括:发射机、接收机、存储器以及分别与所述发射机、所述接收机和所述存储器连接的处理器;其中,所述处理器被配置为:当需要传输系统信息时,确定待传输的系统信息的信息类型,所述信息类型用于指示触发所述系统信息的网络设备;当所述系统信息为第一系统信息时,采用广播的方式将所述系统信息传输至基站覆盖范围内的用户设备UE,所述第一系统信息是指由所述基站触发的系统信息;当所述系统信息为第二系统信息时,采用单播或广播的方式将所述系统信息传输至所述UE,所述第二系统信息是指由所述UE触发的系统信息。
