Abstract
L'invention concerne un appareil intégré destiné à la pulvérisation, l'agitation et au séchage de matériaux d'électrode d'une cellule de stockage d'hydrogène, l'appareil comprenant : un corps cylindrique (5) et un couvercle supérieur (1) ; l'intérieur du corps cylindrique est séparé en une chambre de pulvérisation (14) et une chambre d'agitation et de séchage (12) par un disque de recueil (6) ; un dispositif de broyage (2) est disposé sur le couvercle supérieur ; le dispositif de broyage (2) est composé d'un réservoir de broyage (15), d'un moteur électrique de broyage (18), d'une broche de broyage (23), d'une lame rotative (19) et d'une lame fixe (22) ; un dispositif de pulvérisation (13) est disposé dans la chambre de pulvérisation ; le dispositif de pulvérisation est composé de quatre compacteurs à rouleaux (30); un dispositif d'agitation et de séchage (8) est disposé au fond de la chambre d'agitation et de séchage ; le dispositif d'agitation et de séchage est composé d'une boîte de transmission (35), d'un moteur électrique rotatif (36), d'un tuyau d'admission (37), d'un arbre rotatif (40) et d'une lame d'agitation (31) ; et un dispositif de déshumidification (7) est disposé sur la paroi latérale supérieure de la chambre d'agitation et de séchage. Les matériaux sont broyés et ensuite pulvérisés dans l'appareil au moyen du dispositif de broyage et du dispositif de pulvérisation pour aider à améliorer la qualité de pulvérisation. Ensuite, les matériaux pulvérisés sont agités et séchés par le dispositif d'agitation et de séchage, et la vitesse de séchage est augmentée par le dispositif de déshumidification, ce qui permet d'améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle. Un réservoir de filtre du dispositif de déshumidification peut filtrer et récupérer la poussière de matériau dans l'humidité pour empêcher le gaspillage de ressource.
