Abstract

L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés permettant de surveiller un sujet individuel et de faciliter un programme de mouvement du sujet individuel. Selon un aspect de l'invention, un système comprend, mais ne se limite pas à : un substrat déformable ; un ensemble capteur configuré pour générer un ou plusieurs signaux de détection sur la base de la détection d'un mouvement de la partie corporelle et/ou d'au moins un paramètre physiologique de la partie corporelle pendant un programme de mouvement exécuté par l'individu ; un processeur configuré pour recevoir le ou les signaux de détection, le processeur comprenant un montage de circuits configuré pour identifier un état physiologique, comprenant un état de douleur de l'individu, sur la base du mouvement de la partie corporelle et/ou du paramètre physiologique, et pour comparer l'état de douleur et/ou le ou les mouvements et/ou le paramètre physiologique de la partie corporelle ; un effecteur couplé pour un fonctionnement au processeur et à des valeurs de seuil cible ; et un communicateur configuré pour exécuter au moins un mouvement prédéterminé de la partie corporelle correspondant à un programme de mouvement et éventuellement pour générer des signaux de communication en réponse à une instruction envoyée par le processeur, les signaux de communication étant associés à la comparaison entre l'état de douleur et/ou le mouvement et/ou le paramètre physiologique et des valeurs de seuil cible.
