Patent ch ina CN 1 01 1 80004 of Kato Osamu et al of March 27, 2006 was located, which reveals a flexible fabric sheath configured with segments to integrate a cavity that allows to maintain a relatively isolated operating enclosure, which Being flexible, it lacks the stiffness characteristics of the present invention that derive in the various benefits of the operating room which includes internal structures that allow the storage of operating material inside without risk of spills or accidents due to the flexibility of the structure, It allows the integration of rigid mechanical devices to generate sterility conditions within the space without detriment to the qualities of the invention and integrates a rigid contact structure with the operating area that also maintains the sterility of the enclosure. This cover does not generate the sterility conditions itself, but maintains them after a pre-cleaning procedure, it is not clarified in the document how such procedure is performed so that the invention can be considered as a modification even Surgical field to which a sealing system has been added when placing it on the body after cleaning the area to be treated. Among the main differences with our invention are the following: the proposed material can be broken by being in contact with sharp elements such as some surgical instruments, this is not possible in our invention since the material is rigid, just thinking of a common manipulation in the area of ophthalmology. In addition, the aforementioned invention does not have a system for maintaining the sterile environment once the seal is opened, which compromises the procedures on the space to be treated that will invariably be exposed to the non-sterile external environment. In the case of our invention, the aseptic conditions are maintained at all times by generating pre-treatment of the air in the compartment and subsequent replacements, even during the procedure the entry of air with positive pressure and free of particles is ensured. pathogens

In the patent document referred to CN 101 180004, the workspace for the doctor is limited, but not in our invention that considers the space necessary for performing procedures in the area of ophthalmology, the limitation of space alters the techniques in which specialist physicians are trained so that in the case of the aforementioned document a retraining of medical personnel would be necessary for performing new maneuvers, in the case of our invention the doctor does not need a new training . The solution presented in the invention of this section, being focused on the generality of procedures, would have to be cut or altered in some way to be used on the eye area, with an extra time in the procedure, this does not happen in our invention

Document CN 102962851 B of Su Rongjun et al. From December 1, 2012, which includes a box with gloves capable of creating several internal environments, consisting of a transparent box, interfaces, a lamp or UV lamp and a ventilation duct where the gloves are operatively attached to the box by means of special connection ports that allow the generation of a vacuum inside also including a drying device and a decrease in multistage oxygen concentration which uses a combination of agents for said purpose; where the agents can be changed allowing the function of drying and oxygen reduction to be replaced by filtration, absorption, sterilization or disinfection functions, thereby allowing the interior of the present box to be a sterile environment, or not free of dust or one full of inert gas. As we can see, the aforementioned device comprises a configuration of a device that presents greater similarities to the Proposed invention, but in this way the functional configuration can be considered different since the device mentioned in the document comprises a mechanism to generate vacuum (that is to say a negative pressure differential inside the enclosure) unlike the configuration of the A proposed invention that generates a positive pressure differential that, from a construction point of view, comprises a different construction approach. This device's main function is to provide biosecurity conditions necessary for the management of cell culture and tissues, as well as microbiological samples in general. Particularly, it allows the injection of gases and the creation of vacuum in the chamber, these conditions are excessive to those required in a surgical procedure and much more in any non-surgical ophthalmologic procedure. The creation of vacuum implies an undesirable condition during surgical procedures, such a situation would cause damage and possible death of the tissue of the area to be treated, in our invention the necessary conditions are maintained through the recirculation and replacement of a mixture of air with pressure positive, which was previously treated to prevent the entry of particles and pathogens. Said invention is not designed to be placed on the body of a patient, it lacks the ergonomic design necessary for this use and much less has the space and form suitable for performing surgical procedures, this would place a significant risk on integrity of the patient and the effectiveness of the procedure performed by the doctor.
