Abstract
La présente invention concerne un ensemble sonde médicale pour une utilisation chirurgicale et/ou diagnostique et un instrument chirurgical mini-invasif ayant un ensemble sonde. L'ensemble sonde comprend une tête de sonde rigide, une source de lumière et une fibre optique fonctionnellement connectée pour recevoir la lumière provenant de la source de lumière et est couplée à la tête de sonde pour délivrer de la lumière à la tête de sonde. La source de lumière comprend une diode laser. La tête de sonde a une longueur et une dimension de tête de sonde maximale perpendiculaire à la longueur de sonde de 2 mm maximum environ et comprend un agencement de collimation de faisceau et un élément optique diffractif (EOD). L'agencement de collimation de faisceau délivre un faisceau dilaté et collimaté à l'EOD. L'EOD est conçu pour structurer et émettre un faisceau lumineux structuré avec une distribution d'intensité lumineuse formant un motif lumineux dans un plan d'image.
