Abstract
La présente invention concerne une feuille de plastique et son procédé de fabrication. La feuille de plastique comprend au moins un substrat et une couche d'encre photosensible disposée sur la surface d'un ou des deux côtés du substrat. La couche d'encre photosensible recouvre localement ou complètement la surface du substrat. Une identification d'échelle de gris est formée dans la couche d'encre photosensible. L'identification d'échelle de gris est une image formée après la modification de l'aspect d'une partie d'un matériau photoactif dans la couche d'encre photosensible. La surface de l'identification d'échelle de gris est lisse et elle présente une différence d'échelle de gris à partir d'une région périphérique. Pendant la fabrication de l'identification d'échelle de gris, l'aspect d'un ingrédient photoactif dans la couche d'encre photosensible est modifié à l'aide d'une machine laser de faible puissance. L'encre photosensible n'est ni brûlée, ni gravée et elle ne tombe pas, de sorte que la feuille de plastique et un emballage fabriqué à partir de la feuille de plastique ont un aspect lisse.
