Abstract
一种注液防护装置,其包括盖体(50)、连接组件(40)以及第一锁持组件,连接组件(40)上设置有注液口(402),盖体(50)相对连接组件(40)可活动地盖设在注液口(402)上,第一锁持组件包括设置在盖体(50)上的锁孔以及能够穿过锁孔与连接组件(40)可拆卸连接的锁持件,当锁持件的一端穿过锁孔与连接组件(40)连接时,盖体(50)的活动行程被锁持件限制,以防止活动盖体(50)而打开注液口(402)。注液防护装置,需先解除锁持件,然后才能够通过活动盖体(50)将注液口(402)打开,由于需要经过复杂的操作才能够将注液口(402)打开,避免了儿童轻易打开注液口(402)进而接触甚至误食烟液情况的发生,起到了儿童防护作用。
Description
本发明涉及模拟吸烟技术领域,特别地,涉及一种注液防护装置、雾化器及电子烟。
现有电子烟的雾化器包括壳体以及盖体,壳体内设置有储液腔,盖体盖设于储液腔的开口端,以防止储液腔内的烟液发生泄漏。通常情况下,为了能够注入烟液,盖体与壳体为可拆卸连接关系,然而,当儿童接触到此类电子烟时,可能会误打开盖体进而接触甚至误食烟液。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种具有儿童防护功能且便于注入烟液的注液防护装置;
还有必要提供一种带有该注液防护装置的雾化器;
更有必要提供一种带有该雾化器的电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所要采用的技术方案是:一种注液防护装置,所述注液防护装置包括盖体、连接组件以及第一锁持组件,所述连接组件上设置有注液口,所述盖体相对所述连接组件可活动地盖设在所述注液口上,所述第一锁持组件包括设置在所述盖体上的锁孔以及能够穿过所述锁孔与所述连接组件可拆卸连接的锁持件,当所述锁持件的一端穿过所述锁孔与所述连接组件连接时,所述盖体的活动行程被所述锁持件限制,以防止活动所述盖体而打开所述注液口。
进一步地,所述锁持件与所述锁孔配合处的外径与所述锁孔的内径相等,和/或所述锁持件的外壁上设置有抵持缘,当所述锁持件的一端穿过所述锁孔与所述连接组件连接时,所述盖体被限制在所述抵持缘和所述连接组件之间。
进一步地,所述锁孔的孔壁上凸设有限位凸起,所述锁持件的外壁上凹设有限位凹槽,或,所述锁孔的孔壁上凹设有限位凹槽,所述锁持件的外壁上凸设有限位凸起,所述限位凸起可活动地卡嵌于所述限位凹槽内,以防止所述锁持件脱离所述盖体。
进一步地,所述注液防护装置还包括活动环,所述活动环可活动地套设在所述连接组件外,以防止所述连接组件被拆卸。
进一步地,所述锁持件是一烟嘴。
进一步地,所述连接组件包括连接座,所述盖体与所述连接座可拆卸连接,或者,所述盖体可活动地设置在所述连接座上。
进一步地,所述盖体的一端与所述连接座铰接,使得所述盖体相对所述连接座可翻转。
进一步地,所述盖体的下表面上对应所述注液口凸设有密封件,当所述盖体盖设于所述
连接座上时,所述密封件卡入所述注液口内。
进一步地,所述盖体相对所述连接座可转动地设置在所述连接座上,且所述盖体的转动中心与所述连接座的中心轴相互错开。
进一步地,所述盖体相对所述连接座可滑动地设置在所述连接座上,所述连接座上设置有滑轨,所述盖体上设置有与所述滑轨配合的滑块,或,所述连接座上设置有滑块,所述盖体上设置有与所述滑块配合的滑轨。
进一步地,所述注液防护装置还包括第二锁持组件,所述第二锁持组件包括设置在所述连接组件上的第一连接部以及设置在所述盖体上的第二连接部,解除所述锁持件与所述连接组件的连接关系后,还需要移动所述盖体至所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部相分离以解除所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部的配合关系,所述注液口才能够被打开。
进一步地,所述连接组件上设置平移槽,所述盖体上设置有转动轴,移动所述盖体时,所述转动轴沿所述平移槽移动,当移动所述盖体至所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部相分离时,所述盖体能够绕所述转动轴相对所述连接组件翻转而打开所述注液口。
进一步地,所述连接组件包括连接座以及盖设于所述连接座上方的压盖,所述注液口设置在所述连接座上,所述压盖一侧的边缘向内凹陷形成一端开口的缺口,所述注液口收容并显露于所述缺口内。
进一步地,所述缺口包括位于所述注液口一侧的连接壁及连接于所述连接壁相对两端并朝同一方向延伸形成的两条侧壁,所述连接壁靠近所述连接座的表面朝背离所述缺口的方向凹陷形成凹槽,所述平移槽由两条所述侧壁与所述连接壁连接的一端上靠近所述连接座的表面向相背离的方向凹陷形成,所述平移槽与所述缺口及所述凹槽连通。
进一步地,所述盖体包括活动件,所述转动轴设置在所述活动件一端的相对两侧,所述活动件上与所述转动轴相对的一端的两侧向外延伸形成盖合部,所述压盖远离所述连接壁一端的底部设有与所述缺口连通的锁定槽,所述盖合部形成所述第二连接部,所述锁定槽形成所述第一连接部,移动所述活动件至所述盖合部卡入所述锁定槽内时,所述活动件靠近所述转动轴的一端限位于所述凹槽内,移动所述活动件至所述盖合部与所述锁定槽相分离时,所述活动件靠近所述转动轴的一端移出所述凹槽外,所述活动件能够被翻转。
进一步地,所述连接组件包括内衬件及止挡件,所述注液口设置在所述内衬件上,所述内衬件上还设置有卡嵌槽,所述止挡件卡嵌于所述卡嵌槽内,所述平移槽沿所述止挡件的长度方向设置在所述止挡件的一端,所述盖体包括锁止件,所述转动轴设置在所述锁止件的一端。
进一步地,所述连接组件还包括扣合件,所述扣合件设置在所述卡嵌槽内且位于所述止
挡件远离所述平移槽的一端的下方,所述止挡件远离所述平移槽的一端开设有插口,所述扣合件和所述插口形成所述第一连接部,所述锁止件远离所述转动轴的一端设置有卡爪,所述卡爪形成所述第二连接部,移动所述锁止件至所述卡爪与所述扣合件相分离且所述卡爪与所述插口相对准时,所述锁止件能够被翻转。
进一步地,所述卡爪上设置有卡槽,所述扣合件上对应所述卡槽设置有凸起,当所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部相配合时,所述凸起卡入所述卡槽内,或者,所述扣合件及所述卡爪上均设置有磁性件,当所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部相配合时,所述扣合件和所述卡爪通过磁性件相互吸合。
进一步地,所述连接组件还包括弹性件,所述锁止件移动时,所述弹性件始终抵持所述锁止件设置有所述转动轴的一端。
一种雾化器,所述雾化器包括前述任一项所述的注液防护装置。
进一步地,所述雾化器还包括壳体、底座组件和雾化头,所述连接组件设于所述壳体的一端,所述底座组件相对所述连接组件设于所述壳体的另一端,所述壳体内形成有与所述注液口连通的储液腔,所述雾化头收容于所述储液腔内。
一种电子烟,所述电子烟包括前述任一项所述的雾化器。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的注液防护装置,当锁持件的一端穿过锁孔与连接组件连接时,盖体的活动行程被锁持件限制,以防止活动盖体而打开注液口。需要注液时,需先解除锁持件,然后才能够通过活动盖体将注液口打开,由于需要经过复杂的操作才能够将注液口打开,避免了儿童轻易打开注液口进而接触甚至误食烟液情况的发生,起到了儿童防护作用。本发明还提供了一种带有该注液防护装置的雾化器及带有该雾化器的电子烟。

实施例一
请参阅图1和图2,本发明实施例一提供了一种电子烟,该电子烟包括雾化器100以及与雾化器100电性连接的电源装置(图未示出)。其中,雾化器100包括壳体10、收容于壳体10内的雾化头20、连接于壳体10一端的底座组件30、相对底座组件30连接于壳体10另一端的连接组件40以及盖设于连接组件40上的盖体50,电源装置可拆卸地安装在底座组件30上且与雾化头20电性连接,壳体10内存储有烟液,且可供给雾化头20,雾化头20在电源装置的电驱动作用下加热烟液产生烟雾,以供用户使用。
壳体10大致呈两端具有开口的中空筒状结构,壳体10内设置有用于存储烟液的储液腔101,本实施方式中,壳体10的内腔即为储液腔101。壳体10由透明或者半透明材料制成,使得用户能够透过壳体10观察储液腔101内烟液的剩余量,方便用户及时注入烟液,本实施方式中,壳体10由玻璃制成。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,壳体10外还可以再套设由硬质材料(如不锈钢)制成的防护套,以用于保护壳体10。
底座组件30包括安装在壳体10下端的底座31、装设于底座31上的第一电极32和电极
套33以及可转动地套设于底座31外部的调气环34。
请再次参阅图2,底座31大致呈上端具有开口的中空筒状结构,底座31的底部中心处向下延伸形成与底座31的内腔连通的连接管311,第一电极32安装在连接管311内,电极套33套设于第一电极32的上端,且与雾化头20电性连接。具体地,电源装置与底座31的连接管311螺纹连接,使得第一电极32与电源装置电性连接,进而实现电源装置向雾化头20提供电能的目的。本实施方式中,第一电极32与连接管311之间夹设有第一绝缘件35,电极套33与连接管311之间夹设有第二绝缘件36,从而实现电性隔离的目的。第一绝缘件35和第二绝缘件36由绝缘材料制成,可以理解地,第一绝缘件35和第二绝缘件36包括但不限于硅胶或橡胶。
调气环34大致呈两端贯通的筒状结构,底座31的周壁上设置有与底座31的内腔连通的进气孔(图未示出),调气环34的周壁上对应进气孔设置有与外界连通的调气孔(图未示出)。当转动调气环34时,可以调节调气孔与进气孔的连通面积,方便使用者根据需要调节进气量的大小。
雾化头20包括收容于储液腔101内的雾化套管21、收容于雾化套管21内的发热组件(图未示出)以及安装在在雾化套管21的底部的第二电极22。其中,雾化套管21的上下两端贯通,其内形成有雾化腔201,雾化套管21上设置有连通储液腔101与雾化腔201的进液孔202。发热组件设于雾化腔201内,发热组件包括相互接触的发热件(图未示出)和导液件(图未示出),导液件用于经由进液孔202吸取储液腔101内的烟液,发热件用于加热导液件上的烟液,使其生成烟雾。其中,发热件可为发热丝,导液件可为导液棉;且两者的设置方式可为导液棉包裹于发热丝外,或者发热丝绕设于导液棉外亦可。另外,第二电极22的下端与电极套33接触并电性连接,第二电极22的上端与发热件电性连接,从而实现电源装置向发热件提供电能。
请再次参阅图1,连接组件40安装在壳体10的上端,盖体50可相对连接组件40于锁定位置和解锁位置之间移动。连接组件40包括与雾化腔201连通的出烟口401和与储液腔101连通的注液口402,盖体50上开设有通孔501。其中,当盖体50相对连接组件40位于锁定位置时,盖体50盖设在连接组件40上且无法相对连接组件40翻转,通孔501与出烟口401连通,注液口402被封闭;当盖体50在外力作用下相对连接组件40由锁定位置平移至解锁位置时,盖体50可相对连接组件40翻转并打开,注液口402被外露。
如此,电子烟使用时,盖体50上的通孔501与出烟口401连通,以便于雾化腔201内雾化生成的烟雾由通孔501流出,以供用户吸食。此时,注液口402被封闭,而无法进行注液操作。而在需要进行注液操作时,盖体50通过平推的方式由锁定位置平移至解锁位置后相对
连接组件40翻转打开,使得注液口402被外露,用户可进行注液操作。
具体地,请同时参阅图3和图4,本实施方式中,连接组件40包括连接座411、收容于连接座411内的内衬件414以及卡嵌于内衬件414上的止挡件415。
连接座411大体呈上端具有开口的中空筒状结构,连接座411设置于壳体10远离底座组件30的一端,且连接座411的底面上设置有贯穿其底面的中空的连接柱4111。连接柱4111位于连接座411底面下侧的一端与雾化套管21螺纹连接,用于将连接组件40与雾化头20固定并允许雾化腔201内的烟雾流通,连接柱4111远离雾化头20的一端收容于连接座411内,出烟口401由连接柱4111远离雾化头20的一端的端口形成。
内衬件414大体呈圆柱状结构,内衬件414的中心处设置有贯通内衬件414相对两端面的穿孔4142,内衬件414固定收容于连接座411内,且当内衬件414收容于连接座411内时,连接柱4111收容于连接座411的一端贯穿穿孔4142。内衬件414面向盖体50的表面沿内衬件414的径向凹设有卡嵌槽4144,卡嵌槽4144用于卡嵌止挡件415,以固定止挡件415。卡嵌槽4144大体呈长条状,且卡嵌槽4144的两端贯通内衬件414的周壁,卡嵌槽4144的宽度大于穿孔4142的外径,且卡嵌槽4144与穿孔4142相连通。请参阅图5,卡嵌槽4144一端的槽底凸设有第一凸台4145,卡嵌槽4144相对的两个槽壁上靠近第一凸台4145均凸设有第二凸台4146,两个第二凸台4146的下方均凹设有缺槽4147,每个缺槽4147均贯通对应的第二凸台4146上沿卡嵌槽4144长度方向设置的两个侧壁,第一凸台4145的顶面以及缺槽4147的顶壁之间的空间构成一插槽(图未标)。
本实施方式中,注液口402有两个且设置在卡嵌槽4144的相对两侧。注液口402贯通内衬件414的相对两端面,可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,注液口402至少有一个,注液口402设置的位置可以不受限制,只需实现注液即可。本实施方式中,连接座411上开设有与注液口402连通的过孔(图未标),注液口402通过所述过孔与储液腔101连通。
连接组件40还包括扣合件420,扣合件420大致呈片状结构,且与插槽紧密配合。安装扣合件420时,只需沿插槽的开口端将扣合件420插入插槽内即可。本实施方式中,扣合件420面向盖体50的表面凸设有两个凸起4181,凸起4181由弹性材料制成,当凸起4181受到外力作用时,能够发生变形,当解除外力时,凸起4181又能够复位。
止挡件415大体呈长条状,止挡件415远离盖体50的表面对应第二凸台4146凹设有对位槽4151,止挡件415对应连接柱4111设置有插孔4152,且插孔4152贯通止挡件415的上下两表面。请参阅图6,当止挡件415卡嵌于卡嵌槽4144内时,连接柱4111插入插孔4152内,对位槽4151的底壁搭接在第二凸台4146上,由此,止挡件415与扣合件420之间形成一空腔4153,显然,空腔4153属于对位槽4151的一部分。本实施方式中,止挡件415面向
盖体50的表面开设有与空腔4153连通的插口4154。可以理解地,插口4154、扣合件420以及凸起4181共同构成第一连接部422。
止挡件415相对插口4154的一端设置有限位槽4155,限位槽4155沿止挡件415的长度方向设置,且贯穿止挡件415的上下两表面。限位槽4155的相对两侧壁上沿止挡件415的长度方向开设有平移槽4156,平移槽4156大体呈腰圆形。
本具体实施方式中,连接组件40还包括夹设于内衬件414与止挡件415之间的弹性件419。弹性件419包括夹持部4191以及与夹持部4191连接的抵持部4192,夹持部4191大体呈方形结构,抵持部4192大体呈长条状结构,夹持部4191夹设在内衬件414与止挡件415之间,抵持部4192连接在夹持部4191远离插口4152的一侧,且沿远离卡嵌槽4144底壁的方向倾斜设置。抵持部4192具有弹性,下压抵持部4192,抵持部4192远离夹持部4191的一端能够向下移动,且当解除压力时,抵持部4192能够复位。本实施方式中,夹持部4191与抵持部4192为一体成型的不锈钢弹片,可以理解地,其他如弹簧等弹性部件同样适用。
请再次参阅图3和图4,盖体50包括活动件433以及设于活动件433下方的锁止件434。
具体地,活动件433大致呈圆盘状结构,通孔501开设在活动件433的中心处且通孔501的孔壁沿远离连接组件40的方向延伸形成插接部4331。
锁止件434大致呈腰圆形板状结构,锁止件434固定安装在活动件433远离插接部4331的表面上,且当盖体50处于锁定位置时,锁止件434能够封堵在注液口402上,从而关闭注液口402。锁止件434上对应通孔501设置有对位孔4341,锁止件434与活动件433连接时,对位孔4341与通孔501相连通。本实施方式中,锁止件434插接在活动件433上,可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,锁止件434还可以通过卡接或胶连接等方式与活动件433连接,或锁止件434与活动件433一体成型设置,在此不作限制。
请再次参阅图1,为了提升锁止件434关闭注液口402的密封性,注液口402的外周设置有密封垫45。
锁止件434背离活动件433的表面上靠近止挡件415的插口4154向下凸设有第一连接件4342,第一连接件4342远离锁止件434的一端向外侧延伸形成卡爪4343,卡爪4343背离锁止件434的表面凹设有与凸起4181配合的卡槽4344,且卡爪4343能够经由插口4154插入至空腔4153内,锁止件434平移时,卡爪4343能够在锁止件434的带动下于空腔4153内移动,从而使得凸起4181卡入至卡槽4344内,或者使得凸起4181与卡槽4344相分离。可以理解地,第一连接件4342、卡爪4343以及卡槽4344共同构成第二连接部421。当盖体50处于锁定位置时,第一连接部422与第二连接部421卡接,此时,凸起4181卡入卡槽4344内,插口4154的周缘抵持卡爪4343,从而限制了锁止件434相对连接组件40翻转的动作。本实
施方式中,凸起4181由弹性材料制成,凸起4181发生形变而卡入卡槽4344内。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,卡爪4343由弹性材料制成,卡爪4343发生变形从而使得凸起4181卡入卡槽4344内。
当然,还可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,第一连接部422及第二连接部421均设置有如磁铁等磁性件,当盖体50处于锁定位置时,第一连接部422与第二连接部421磁性连接。具体地,所述第二连接部421包括卡爪4343,所述卡爪4343本身为磁性件或者其上设置有磁性件,所述第一连接部422包括扣合件420及凸起4181,所述凸起4181上设置有如磁铁等磁性件,当卡爪4343移动到位后,卡爪4343上的磁性件与凸起4181的磁性件相互吸合,从而将锁止件434锁止,使得盖体50与连接组件40之间密封更牢固。盖体50处于解锁位置时,第一连接部422与第二连接部421相脱离,插口4154的周缘不再抵持卡爪4343,从而使得盖体50可翻转。可以理解的,在其它实施方式中,所述第一连接部422和第二连接部421可采用其它形状、结构及连接方式,例如第一连接部422和第二连接部421都包括卡爪,第二连接部421的卡爪与本实施方式中的形状相同,第一连接部422的卡爪与卡爪3434倒置后的形状相同,如此,两者的卡爪可相互卡合。
可以理解地,第一连接部422和第二连接部421共同构成第二锁持组件,当移动盖体50至第一连接部422和第二连接部421相配合时,盖体50被锁定;当移动盖体50至第一连接部422和第二连接部421相分离时,盖体50被解锁。
锁止件434背离活动件433的表面上靠近止挡件415的限位槽4155凸设有第二连接件4345,第二连接件4345呈“L”形结构,第二连接件4345与限位槽4155相配合且能够于限位槽4155内滑动,第二连接件4345沿滑动方向延伸的一端的侧壁上设置有转轴孔4347。本实施方式中,盖体50还包括转动轴436,转动轴436安装在转轴孔4347内且可滑动地卡嵌于平移槽4156内,且当转动轴436移动至平移槽4156远离插口4154的一端时,翻转盖体50,能够使得盖体50以转动轴436为转动中心相对连接组件40转动。需要说明的是,转动轴436处在平移槽4156中的任意位置时,弹性件419的抵持部4191均弹性抵持在第二连接件4345上。
请同时参阅图7和图8,当用户需要注液时,先朝向远离插口4154的方向平推盖体50,使得锁止件434在活动件433的带动下移动,第一连接部422与第二连接部421解锁,例如,卡爪4343上的卡槽4344与凸起4181脱离,当卡爪4343与插口4154对位时,此时,转动轴436刚好移动至平移槽4156远离插口4154的一端,盖体50处于解锁位置,然后翻转盖体50,从而将注液口402外露打开,用户方可进行注液操作;请参阅图6,当用户注液完毕,需要关闭注液口402时,先翻转盖体50,使得卡爪4343经由插口4154收容在空腔4153内,此
时盖体50处于解锁位置,再朝向凸起4181平推盖体50,使得卡槽4344与凸起4181相互卡合,插口4154的周缘抵持卡爪4343,从而限制了锁止件43相对连接组件40翻转的动作,即,盖体50无法相对连接组件40翻转,此时,盖体50处于锁定位置,第一连接部422与第二连接部421锁定,盖体50盖设于连接组件40上,注液口402被关闭,用户可进行抽吸,而无法进行注液操作。
需要说明的是,本实施方式中,当盖体50处于锁定位置时,一方面由于弹性件419对于第二连接件4345的抵持作用,另一方面由于卡槽4344与凸起4181的卡合作用,使得盖体50始终保持在锁定位置,避免了盖体50因锁定力度较小而随意向解锁位置滑动的情况发生。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,卡槽4344与凸起4181的卡合结构以及弹性件419二者中只保留其中一个即可,同样能够避免盖体50随意滑动的情况发生。
本实施方式中,雾化器100还包括第一锁持组件,可以理解地,连接组件40、盖体50、第一锁持组件和第二锁持组件共同构成注液防护装置。所述第一锁持组件包括设置在盖体50上的锁孔以及能够穿过锁孔与连接组件40可拆卸连接的锁持件。当所述锁持件的一端穿过所述锁孔与连接组件40连接时,盖体50的活动行程被所述锁持件限制,从而可以防止活动盖体50而打开注液口402。
请再次参阅图2和图9,本实施方式中,所述锁孔是设置在盖体50的活动件433上的通孔501,所述锁持件是穿过通孔501后与连接组件40连接的烟嘴60。具体地,烟嘴60大致呈两端具有开口的中空筒状结构,烟嘴60的一端穿过通孔501后插入至止挡件415的插孔4152内。本实施方式中,通孔501的孔壁上凸设有限位凸起5011,烟嘴60的外周壁上凹设有限位凹槽601,限位凸起5011可活动地卡嵌于限位凹槽601内,从而避免烟嘴60与盖体50分离而导致丢失烟嘴60的情况发生。具体的,当向外拔出烟嘴60至限位凸起5011与限位凹槽601的一端相抵持时,烟嘴60的一端与插孔4152分离,并收容于通孔501内,此时,连接组件40与盖体50的锁止关系被解除,进而能够相对连接组件40推动盖体50,再翻转盖体50,使注液口402被露出,用户可进行注液操作。当向内插入烟嘴60至限位凸起5011与限位凹槽601的另一端抵持时,烟嘴60插入插孔4152内,从而将连接组件40与盖体50锁止,用户可通过烟嘴60进行吸食操作但不可进行注液操作。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,限位凸起5011还可以凸设在烟嘴60的外壁上,限位凹槽601对应凹设在通孔501的孔壁上,同样能够起到防止烟嘴60丢失的作用。
请再次参阅图2,本实施方式中,所述注液防护装置还包括可转动地套设于连接组件40外部的活动环403,且连接组件40隐藏于活动环403内。具体的,活动环403可转动地套设在连接座411的外部,用户难以通过握持活动环403使得连接组件40相对壳体10旋转而取
下连接组件40,进而防止了连接组件40被拆卸,从而防止了儿童任意拆卸连接组件40后接触储液腔101内烟液情况的发生。在一个具体的实施方式中,活动环403完全遮蔽连接座411的外周面,使得用户难以对连接座411施力。只有当盖体50相对连接组件40处于翻转位置时才能够较好地对盖体50施力从而将连接组件40取下,进而实现更换雾化头20等操作。
可以理解地,用户注液时,需先解锁盖体50与连接组件40之间的第一锁持组件,使得锁持件与锁孔分离,然后再解锁盖体50与连接组件40之间的第二锁持组件,使得第一连接部422与第二连接部421分离,才能够通过翻转盖体50进而打开连接组件40上的注液口402,才可进行注液操作。而在完成注液操作之后,锁持过程与解锁过程相反,此处不再赘述。
可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,可以仅设置第一锁持组件和第二锁持组件中的任意一个。
本发明实施例一提供的雾化器100,需先通过解除锁持件对连接组件40和盖体50之间的锁止关系,才能够通过平推和翻转相结合的操作使盖体50打开注液口402,进行注液操作,因此,注液口402的打开过程较为繁琐,注液防护装置具有儿童防护功能。
本发明实施例一提供的电子烟,因其具有上述雾化器100全部的技术特征,故具有与上述雾化器100相同的技术效果。
实施例二
请参阅图10和图11,本发明实施例二提供了一种电子烟,该电子烟包括雾化器200以及与雾化器200电性连接的电源装置(图未示出)。相比较于实施例一中的电子烟,区别就在于:雾化器200中的连接组件40及盖体50的结构不同、配合方式不同,壳体10、雾化头20以及底座组件30与实施例一相同,此处不再赘述。
请参阅图12和图13,本实施例中,连接组件40包括连接座411以及盖设于连接座411上方的压盖416。出烟口401和注液口402沿连接座411的径向自连接座411的中心向外依次开设于连接座411上。连接座411设置于壳体10远离底座组件30的一端,且连接座411远离压盖416的表面向下凸出形成有中空的连接柱4111。连接柱4111插设于雾化套管21远离底座组件30的一端,用于将连接组件40与雾化头20固定并允许雾化腔201内的烟雾流通。此外,连接组件40还包括设于连接座411和储液管20之间的密封圈418,用于防止烟液泄漏。
压盖416一侧的边缘向内凹陷形成一端开口的U字型缺口4161,出烟口401和注液口402均收容并显露于缺口4161内。具体地,缺口4161包括位于出烟口401远离注液口403一侧的连接壁4162及连接于连接壁4162相对两端并朝同一方向延伸形成的两条侧壁4164。连接壁4162靠近连接座411的表面向远离出烟口401的方向继续凹陷形成凹槽4166,从而使得
压盖416与连接座411之间形成具有一定高度的收容间隙。同时,两条侧壁4164与连接壁4162连接的一端上靠近连接座411的表面向相背离的方向凹陷形成平移槽4165,且平移槽4165与缺口4161和凹槽4166连通。此时,两个平移槽4165和凹槽4166连通形成包围于缺口4161外且开口方向与缺口4161开口方向相同的U形槽。
盖体50的一端收容并限位于凹槽4166内时,盖体50处于锁定位置,盖体50不可相对连接组件40翻转。当沿着平移槽4165滑动盖体50至盖体50的该端移出凹槽4166外时,盖体50处于解锁位置,盖体50可被翻转。
具体地,盖体50包括活动件433和凸出设置于活动件433的一端相对两侧的转动轴436。其中,活动件433大体呈长方形板状,其形状与缺口4161的形状相匹配。通孔501贯穿设置于活动件433上且其孔壁凸出于活动件433远离连接座411的表面。当盖体50位于锁定位置时,转动轴436卡嵌于凹槽4166内,且通孔501的孔壁与凹槽4166的槽壁相抵接,从而阻止盖体50绕转动轴436发生翻转。当盖体50在外力作用下由锁定位置向解锁位置移动时,转动轴436移出凹槽4166至平移槽4165内,使得通孔501的孔壁与凹槽4166的槽壁之间让位形成供活动件433可绕转动轴436相对压盖416翻转的转动空间。此时,可通过翻转盖体50,将其相对连接组件40打开,使得注液口402外露,以便于用户进行注液操作。且盖体50还可在注液完成后相对盖合于连接组件40上,再由解锁位置平推返回锁定位置。活动件433在锁定位置时无法被直接翻转,而需要进行平推解除活动件433与压盖416之间的干涉作用,才能实现活动件433的翻转,防止盖体50在电子烟使用过程中被打开,且同时具有儿童防护功能。
盖体50还包括设置于活动件433上与转动轴436相对的一端的盖合部432,盖合部432相对活动件433向两侧延伸,且盖合部432的宽度大于缺口4161的宽度。在本具体实施例中,盖合部432为相对活动件433向两侧延伸展开的扇形。同时,压盖416远离连接壁4162一端的底部设有与缺口4161连通的锁定槽4163,且锁定槽4163的宽度大于缺口4161的宽度,即,锁定槽4163和缺口4161形成上窄下宽的阶梯槽。如此,当盖体50相对连接组件40被推入位于锁定位置时,盖合部432收容于锁定槽4163内且抵挡于锁定槽4163的槽底壁上,以防止盖体50被继续推入,另一方面,盖合部432的上表面与锁定槽4163的上槽壁相互抵持,可以进一步防止盖体50相对连接组件40翻转。而在盖体50相对连接组件40被推出位于解锁位置时,盖合部432通过锁定槽4163的开口移出锁定槽4163外,使得盖体50可相对连接组件40被翻转。
可以理解地,锁定槽4163形成第一连接部,盖合部432形成第二连接部,第一连接部与第二连接部共同构成第二锁持组件,当移动盖体50至盖合部432收容于锁定槽4163内时,
盖体50被锁定;当移动盖体50至盖合部432与锁定槽416相分离时,盖体50被解锁。
在一个具体的实施方式中,注液口402为包围于部分出烟口401外周的圆弧形开口,在与扇形的盖合部432的形状相适配的同时,增大了注液口402的大小,方便注液操作。
本实施例中,为了保证压盖416与盖体50之间的密封性,连接座411上位于出烟口401和注液口402的周围开设有密封槽4143,连接组件40还包括密封垫45,密封垫45收容于密封槽4143内且密封包围于出烟口401和注液口402的外周。
请进一步参阅图14,本实施例中,连接组件40还包括销钉417,销钉417由连接座411下方穿过并固定于压盖416上,以实现连接座411与压盖416的固定关系。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,压盖416与连接座411的固定方式可以根据需要而定,或者两者一体成型,此处不作限制。
另外,为了防止儿童在拿到雾化器200时,任意打开注液口402,进而接触到储液腔101内的烟液,除了第二锁持组件外,雾化器200还可包括第一锁持组件,所述第一锁持组件与实施例一中的结构及其配合关系相同,此处不再赘述。
可以理解地,连接组件40、盖体50、第一锁持组件以及第二锁持组件共同构成注液防护装置,当锁持件的一端穿过锁孔与连接组件40连接时,盖体50的活动行程被所述锁持件限制,从而可以防止活动盖体50而打开注液口402。
可以理解地,用户注液时,需先解除盖体50与连接组件40之间的第一锁持组件,使得锁持件与锁孔分离,然后再解除盖体50与连接组件40之间的第二锁持组件,使得盖合部432与锁定槽416相分离,才可进行注液操作。
本发明实施例二提供的雾化器200,需先通过解除锁持件对连接组件40和盖体50之间的锁止关系,才能够通过平推和翻转相结合的操作使盖体50打开注液口402,如此,注液口402的打开过程较为繁琐,因此具有儿童防护功能。同时,相较于实施例一,本实施例二的雾化器200的结构更加简单,从而方便生产。
本发明实施例二提供的电子烟,因其具有上述雾化器200全部的技术特征,故具有与上述雾化器200相同的技术效果。
实施例三

其中,壳体10、雾化头20以及底座组件30的结构与实施例一相同,此处不再赘述。
请参阅图16,本实施方式中,连接组件40包括连接于壳体10上端的连接座411以及位于壳体10内且连接于连接座411下端的通气件42。
连接座411插接于壳体10的上端,连接座411大致呈上端具有开口的中空筒状结构,连接座411的底部中心处设置有供烟雾流出的连接柱4111。连接柱4111的上端贯通连接座411的底部,连接柱4111的下端沿雾化器300的轴向向下延伸至壳体10内。连接座411的底部位于连接柱4111相对的两侧开设有两个均与储液腔101连通的注液口402,用户可通过注液口402向储液腔101内注入烟液。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,注液口402还可以是一个或两个以上。
通气件42大致呈两端具有开口的中空管状结构,通气件42的上端与连接座411可拆卸地连接,通气件42的下端与雾化头20可拆卸地连接。具体地,通气件42的上端紧密套接在连接柱4111的内部,通气件42的下端与雾化头20螺纹连接,通气件42的内腔形成出烟通道423,使用时,雾化头20内产生的烟雾通过出烟通道423进入至用户口中。
可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,通气件42的上端与连接柱4111还可以通过螺纹连接或卡接等方式连接,通气件42的下端与雾化头20还可以通过卡接、插接等方式连接,此处不作限制。

为了防止儿童在拿到雾化器300时,任意打开注液口402,进而接触到储液腔101内的烟液,雾化器300还包括第一锁持组件,所述第一锁持组件包括设置在盖体50上的锁孔以及能够穿过所述锁孔与连接组件40可拆卸连接的锁持件。当所述锁持件的一端穿过所述锁孔与连接组件40连接时,盖体50的活动行程被所述锁持件限制,从而可以防止活动盖体50而打开注液口402。
本实施方式中,所述锁孔是设置在盖体50中心处的通孔501,所述锁持件是穿过通孔501后与连接组件40连接的烟嘴60。具体地,烟嘴60大致呈两端具有开口的中空管状结构,烟
嘴60的下端贯穿盖体50的通孔501后,烟嘴60的下端紧密套接在通气件42的内部,从而实现烟嘴60与连接组件40的连接关系。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,当通气件42的上端紧密套接在连接柱4111的外部时,或者当通气件42省略时,烟嘴60的下端紧密套接在连接柱4111的内部,从而实现烟嘴60与连接组件40的连接关系。还可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,烟嘴60还可以通过螺纹连接、卡接等方式与连接组件40连接。
本实施方式中,烟嘴60的外径与盖体50的通孔501的内径相等,具体地,烟嘴60与通孔501配合处的外径与通孔501的内径相等。当烟嘴60与连接组件40连接时,由于烟嘴60与通孔501配合处的外径与通孔501的内径相等,因此,烟嘴60与通孔501相配合的位置之间无可活动空间,盖体50无法相对烟嘴60翻转,且,由于烟嘴60与连接组件40的连接关系,因此,盖体50也无法连同烟嘴60一起相对连接座411翻转,盖体50被锁止。
另外,烟嘴60的外壁上设置有抵持缘602,当烟嘴60与连接组件40连接时,抵持缘602能够抵持盖体50,从而将盖体50限制在连接座411和抵持缘602之间,使得盖体50无法翻转,盖体50被锁止。此外,设置抵持缘602还用于对烟嘴60的安装起到限位作用,当抵持缘602与盖体50抵持时,即表明烟嘴60安装到位。本实施方式中,抵持缘602由烟嘴60缩颈而形成,可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,抵持缘602还可以由烟嘴60的外周面沿烟嘴60的径向向外凸设而形成。
可以理解地,将烟嘴60与通孔501配合处的外径与通孔501的内径设置成相等以及在烟嘴60上设置能够抵持盖体50的抵持缘602这两种方式中,只需至少满足其中一种方式,即可使得当烟嘴60穿过通孔501后与连接组件40连接时,盖体50的活动行程被烟嘴60限制,从而可防止活动盖体50而打开注液口402。只有当拆除烟嘴60后,才能够进一步通过活动盖体50来打开注液口402。可以理解地,烟嘴60与通孔501配合处的外径与通孔501的内径设置成相等以及在烟嘴60上设置能够抵持盖体50的抵持缘602这两种方式同样适用于实施例一与实施例二的电子烟,从而使得只有当拆除烟嘴60后,才能够进一步通过活动盖体50来打开注液口402。
值得注意的是,烟嘴是雾化器的常规零件,用户需要通过口含烟嘴来抽吸烟雾。本实施方式中,通过对烟嘴60进行改进,使得烟嘴60不仅具有抽吸功能,还能够锁定盖体50,防止注液口402被任意打开。如此,仅对结构做较小的改动,且未增加其他零件即可实现儿童防护的功能,可节约成本。
请再次参阅图16-图18,本实施方式中,为了进一步增加儿童防护功能的可靠性,防止儿童在拆除所述锁持件后,盖体50即可被翻转,连接座411与盖体50之间还设置有第二锁持组件。具体地,第二锁持组件包括第一连接部和第二连接部,第一连接部为设置在连接座
411上的第一固定件431,第二连接部为设置在盖体50上的第二固定件435。本实施方式中,第一固定件431为设置在连接座411内周壁的底部的卡槽,第二固定件435为对应卡槽可滑动地设置在盖体50的边缘处的卡合件,且卡合件部分裸露在盖体50的上端面上,以供用户对卡合件进行滑动操作,使得卡合件的一端能够与卡槽卡合或分离。翻转盖体50,使得盖体50盖合在连接座411上时,通过卡合件与卡槽的卡合,能够锁定盖体50对连接座411的盖合关系,防止盖体50被任意翻转。如此,即使拆除所述锁持件后,盖体50也不会被任意翻转,如要注液还需进一步解锁第二锁持组件。
可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,第一固定件431还可以是设置在连接座411底部的第一磁性件,第二固定件435为对应第一磁性件设置在盖体50下表面上的第二磁性件,当盖体50盖合于连接座411上时,第一磁性件和第二磁性件相互吸合,从而实现盖体50对连接座411的盖合关系的锁定。
请再次参阅图18,为提高盖体50盖合连接座411时,盖体50对注液口402的密封性,盖体50的下表面上对应注液口402凸设有密封件502,当盖体50盖设于连接座411上时,密封件502能够卡入注液口402内以封闭注液口402,从而防止烟液泄漏。可以理解地,密封件502由硅胶或橡胶等密封材料制成,此处不作限制。可以理解地,当密封件502卡入注液口402内时,通过密封件502与注液口402之间的卡合作用,可以锁定盖体50对连接座411的盖合关系,此时,作为第二锁持组件的第一固定件431和第二固定件435可以省略。
可以理解地,盖体50、连接组件40、第一锁持组件以及第二锁持组件共同构成注液防护装置,当锁持件的一端穿过锁孔与连接组件40连接时,盖体50的活动行程被锁持件限制,以防止活动盖体50而打开所述注液口402。
本发明实施例三提供的雾化器300,用户需要注液操作时,参阅图17,需先拆卸下烟嘴60,然后解除第一固定件431与第二固定件435的卡合关系,此时,盖体50与连接座411的锁止关系被解除,进而参阅图18,翻转盖体50,使注液口402被打开。由于需要经过复杂的操作才能够将注液口402打开,避免了儿童轻易打开注液口402进而接触甚至误食烟液情况的发生,对儿童起到了儿童防护作用。可以理解地,可以参考实施例一中的设置方式,在烟嘴60和盖体50中的一个上设置限位凹槽601,另一个上对应设置限位凸起5011,通过限位凹槽601和限位凸起5011的配合,可以限制烟嘴60的运动行程,如此,可以防止烟嘴60丢失。需要注液时,只需将烟嘴60向上拔出至烟嘴60的下端收容于通孔501内即可。
本发明实施例三提供的电子烟,因其具有上述雾化器300全部的技术特征,故具有与上述雾化器300相同的技术效果。
实施例四
请参阅图19-图22,本发明实施例四提供了一种电子烟,该电子烟包括雾化器400以及与雾化器400电性连接的电源装置(图未示出),相比较于实施例三中的电子烟,区别就在于,雾化器400中的连接组件40及盖体50的结构不同、配合方式不同,壳体10、雾化头20以及底座组件30的结构均对应相同,此处不再赘述。
具体地,本实施方式中,连接组件40包括连接在壳体10上端的连接座411以及收容于连接座411内的内衬件414。
请再次参阅图20,本实施方式中,连接座411包括连接在壳体10上端的连接管424以及贯通连接管424底部的连接柱4111。其中,连接管424具有一上端开口的容腔,连接管424的底部位于连接柱4111的一侧设置有穿孔4241。连接柱4111的下端伸入壳体10内与雾化头20连接,连接柱4111的内腔形成出烟通道423,雾化头20内产生的烟雾通过出烟通道423进入至用户口中。
内衬件414大致呈两端贯通的筒状结构,内衬件414收容于连接管424内,内衬件414两端贯通的内腔与出烟通道423连通,内衬件414上对应穿孔4241设置有注液口402,注液口402通过穿孔4241与储液腔101相连通,用户通过注液口402向储液腔101内注入烟液。
请再次参阅图20,本实施方式中,盖体50包括盖板,盖板大致呈圆盘状结构,盖板上安装有转动轴503,盖板通过转动轴503可转动地安装于内衬件414上,且盖板的转动中心与内衬件414的中心轴相互错开。转动过程中,盖板的下端面与内衬件414的上端面相贴合,且盖板能够打开或关闭注液口402。
本实施方式中,盖体50还包括紧密套设在盖板外部的转动件44,转动转动件44时,转动件44能够带动盖板转动。转动件44起到隐藏盖板的作用,使得雾化器400整体更加美观。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,转动件44还可以省略,用户只需转动盖板即可。
请参阅图22,注液时,转动转动件44,转动件44带动盖板绕转动轴503转动,盖板与内衬件414之间逐渐错开,直至注液口402裸露出来,此时,注液口402被打开,用户可进行注液操作。
为了使盖体50转动时能够平稳转动,内衬件414上以转动轴503为中心设置有弧形的导槽4149,盖板的下表面对应导槽4149凸设有导向凸起(图未示出),盖体50转动过程中,导向凸起能够沿导槽4149滑动。

本发明实施例六提供的电子烟,因其具有上述雾化器600全部的技术特征,故具有与上述雾化器600相同的技术效果。
可以理解地,实施例二至六中所述的注液防护装置均可参照实施例一中的设置方式,增加一活动环,该活动环可活动地套设在连接组件40外,以防止连接组件40被拆卸。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (22)
- 一种注液防护装置,其特征在于:所述注液防护装置包括盖体、连接组件以及第一锁持组件,所述连接组件上设置有注液口,所述盖体相对所述连接组件可活动地盖设在所述注液口上,所述第一锁持组件包括设置在所述盖体上的锁孔以及能够穿过所述锁孔与所述连接组件可拆卸连接的锁持件,当所述锁持件的一端穿过所述锁孔与所述连接组件连接时,所述盖体的活动行程被所述锁持件限制,以防止活动所述盖体而打开所述注液口。
- 如权利要求1所述的注液防护装置,其特征在于:所述锁持件与所述锁孔配合处的外径与所述锁孔的内径相等,和/或所述锁持件的外壁上设置有抵持缘,当所述锁持件的一端穿过所述锁孔与所述连接组件连接时,所述盖体被限制在所述抵持缘和所述连接组件之间。
- 如权利要求1所述的注液防护装置,其特征在于:所述锁孔的孔壁上凸设有限位凸起,所述锁持件的外壁上凹设有限位凹槽,或,所述锁孔的孔壁上凹设有限位凹槽,所述锁持件的外壁上凸设有限位凸起,所述限位凸起可活动地卡嵌于所述限位凹槽内,以防止所述锁持件脱离所述盖体。
- 如权利要求1所述的注液防护装置,其特征在于:所述注液防护装置还包括活动环,所述活动环可活动地套设在所述连接组件外,以防止所述连接组件被拆卸。
- 如权利要求1所述的注液防护装置,其特征在于:所述锁持件是一烟嘴。
- 如权利要求1-5任一项所述的注液防护装置,其特征在于:所述连接组件包括连接座,所述盖体与所述连接座可拆卸连接,或者,所述盖体可活动地设置在所述连接座上。
- 如权利要求6所述的注液防护装置,其特征在于:所述盖体的一端与所述连接座铰接,使得所述盖体相对所述连接座可翻转。
- 如权利要求7所述的注液防护装置,其特征在于:所述盖体的下表面上对应所述注液口凸设有密封件,当所述盖体盖设于所述连接座上时,所述密封件卡入所述注液口内。
- 如权利要求6所述的注液防护装置,其特征在于:所述盖体相对所述连接座可转动地设置在所述连接座上,且所述盖体的转动中心与所述连接座的中心轴相互错开。
- 如权利要求6所述的注液防护装置,其特征在于:所述盖体相对所述连接座可滑动地设置在所述连接座上,所述连接座上设置有滑轨,所述盖体上设置有与所述滑轨配合的滑块,或,所述连接座上设置有滑块,所述盖体上设置有与所述滑块配合的滑轨。
- 如权利要求1-5任一项所述的注液防护装置,其特征在于:所述注液防护装置还包括第二锁持组件,所述第二锁持组件包括设置在所述连接组件上的第一连接部以及设置在所述盖体上的第二连接部,解除所述锁持件与所述连接组件的连接关系后,还需要移动所述盖体至所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部相分离以解除所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部的配 合关系,所述注液口才能够被打开。
- 如权利要求11所述的注液防护装置,其特征在于:所述连接组件上设置平移槽,所述盖体上设置有转动轴,移动所述盖体时,所述转动轴沿所述平移槽移动,当移动所述盖体至所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部相分离时,所述盖体能够绕所述转动轴相对所述连接组件翻转而打开所述注液口。
- 如权利要求12所述的注液防护装置,其特征在于:所述连接组件包括连接座以及盖设于所述连接座上方的压盖,所述注液口设置在所述连接座上,所述压盖一侧的边缘向内凹陷形成一端开口的缺口,所述注液口收容并显露于所述缺口内。
- 如权利要求13所述的注液防护装置,其特征在于:所述缺口包括位于所述注液口一侧的连接壁及连接于所述连接壁相对两端并朝同一方向延伸形成的两条侧壁,所述连接壁靠近所述连接座的表面朝背离所述缺口的方向凹陷形成凹槽,所述平移槽由两条所述侧壁与所述连接壁连接的一端上靠近所述连接座的表面向相背离的方向凹陷形成,所述平移槽与所述缺口及所述凹槽连通。
- 如权利要求14所述的注液防护装置,其特征在于:所述盖体包括活动件,所述转动轴设置在所述活动件一端的相对两侧,所述活动件上与所述转动轴相对的一端的两侧向外延伸形成盖合部,所述压盖远离所述连接壁一端的底部设有与所述缺口连通的锁定槽,所述盖合部形成所述第二连接部,所述锁定槽形成所述第一连接部,移动所述活动件至所述盖合部卡入所述锁定槽内时,所述活动件靠近所述转动轴的一端限位于所述凹槽内,移动所述活动件至所述盖合部与所述锁定槽相分离时,所述活动件靠近所述转动轴的一端移出所述凹槽外,所述活动件能够被翻转。
- 如权利要求12所述的注液防护装置,其特征在于:所述连接组件包括内衬件及止挡件,所述注液口设置在所述内衬件上,所述内衬件上还设置有卡嵌槽,所述止挡件卡嵌于所述卡嵌槽内,所述平移槽沿所述止挡件的长度方向设置在所述止挡件的一端,所述盖体包括锁止件,所述转动轴设置在所述锁止件的一端。
- 如权利要求16所述的注液防护装置,其特征在于:所述连接组件还包括扣合件,所述扣合件设置在所述卡嵌槽内且位于所述止挡件远离所述平移槽的一端的下方,所述止挡件远离所述平移槽的一端开设有插口,所述扣合件和所述插口形成所述第一连接部,所述锁止件远离所述转动轴的一端设置有卡爪,所述卡爪形成所述第二连接部,移动所述锁止件至所述卡爪与所述扣合件相分离且所述卡爪与所述插口相对准时,所述锁止件能够被翻转。
- 如权利要求17所述的注液防护装置,其特征在于:所述卡爪上设置有卡槽,所述扣 合件上对应所述卡槽设置有凸起,当所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部相配合时,所述凸起卡入所述卡槽内,或者,所述扣合件及所述卡爪上均设置有磁性件,当所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部相配合时,所述扣合件和所述卡爪通过磁性件相互吸合。
- 如权利要求16所述的注液防护装置,其特征在于:所述连接组件还包括弹性件,所述锁止件移动时,所述弹性件始终抵持所述锁止件设置有所述转动轴的一端。
- 一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器包括权利要求1-19任一项所述的注液防护装置。
- 如权利要求20所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器还包括壳体、底座组件和雾化头,所述连接组件设于所述壳体的一端,所述底座组件相对所述连接组件设于所述壳体的另一端,所述壳体内形成有与所述注液口连通的储液腔,所述雾化头收容于所述储液腔内。
- 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括权利要求20或21所述的雾化器。
