在其中一个实施例中,一种上盖组件,包括上盖、可相对所述上盖于使用位置和注液位置之间移动的注液盖,所述上盖在所述注液盖由所述使用位置移动至所述注液位置的路径上开设有注液口,当所述注液盖位于所述使用位置时,所述注液盖盖合于所述注液口上,当所述注液盖由所述使用位置平移至所述注液位置时,所述注液盖与所述注液口错位,所述注液口被打开。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括出烟口,所述上盖在所述注液盖由所述使用位置移动至所述注液位置的路径上依次开设有注液口和出烟口。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括烟嘴,所述注液盖上开设有通孔,所述烟嘴一体设置于所述注液盖背向所述上盖的表面并与所述通孔连通。
在其中一个实施例中,所述上盖位于所述注液盖移动方向的两侧均开设有一端形成有开口的平移槽,所述注液口和所述出烟口沿所述注液盖由所述使用位置移动至所述注液位置的方向依次设置于两条所述平移槽之间,所述注液盖通过所述开口可滑动地收容于所述平移槽内。
在其中一个实施例中,所述注液盖包括盖体及由所述盖体延长方向两侧的边缘向外延伸形成的凸缘,所述凸缘可滑动地卡嵌于两条所述平移槽内。
在其中一个实施例中,所述上盖上设置有两个定位凹槽,两个所述定位凹槽分别设置于所述注液盖的使用位置和所述注液盖的注液位置;所述注液盖上设置有定位凸起,所述定位凸起可选择地卡嵌并定位于两个所述定位凹槽内。
在其中一个实施例中,至少一条所述平移槽的槽壁上形成有两个定位凹槽,两个所述定位凹槽分别设置于所述注液盖的使用位置和所述注液盖的注液位置;所述凸缘与所述定位凹槽对应位置凸出形成有定位凸起,所述定位
凸起可选择地卡嵌并定位于两个所述定位凹槽内。
在其中一个实施例中,一种雾化装置,包括上述任一项所述的上盖组件。
在其中一个实施例中,一种电子烟,包括电池装置及雾化装置,所述雾化装置为上述任一所述的雾化装置。
本实用新型电子烟的注液盖位于使用位置时,出烟口与通孔连通,而注液口被封闭,此时可正常进行吸食操作而无法进行注液操作;当电子烟内烟液余量不足时,由于烟嘴与注液盖一体设置,即可通过推动烟嘴将注液盖由使用位置平移至注液位置,以完全外露注液口进行注液操作,操作方便。

需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本实用新型的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本实用新型的说明书
中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本实用新型。本文所使用的术语“及/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
请参看图1、图2和图3,本实用新型一个实施例中,电子烟(图未示)包括雾化装置100及用于为雾化装置100提供电驱动的电池装置(图未示)。雾化装置100包括底座组件10、储液管20、带有雾化腔310的雾化芯组件30、上盖组件40。储液管20套设于底座组件10上且两者共同围设形成用于储存烟液的储液腔21,雾化芯组件30收容于储液腔21内,用于雾化烟液,上盖组件40设置于储液管20相对底座组件10的一端,并与雾化腔310和储液腔21可选择地连通,以在与雾化腔310气流连通时,便于用户吸食雾化后的烟雾;而在与储液腔21气流连通后保持储液腔21内气压的稳定,防止漏液并便于用户进行注液操作。
具体地,底座组件10大体为中空圆柱形,其包括带有内腔110的底座11及调气环13。底座11大体呈中空圆柱形,其周向壁上开设有与内腔110连通的进气孔(图未示)。调气环13周向可旋转地套设于底座11的外周,且其上开设有与外界连通并与进气孔连通或错开的调气槽(图未示)。当转动调气环13时,可以调节调气槽与进气孔的连通面积,方便使用者根据需要调节进气量的大小。
储液管20为两端贯穿的中空套管,可选的,为玻璃管或者不锈钢管,其套设于底座11外,并与底座11共同围设形成用于储存烟液的储液腔21。
雾化芯组件30收容于储液腔21内,雾化芯组件30包括雾化管31、发热件(图未示)、导液件(图未示)以及电极接触组件(图未示)。其中,雾化管31上下两端开口,其内形成有雾化腔310,雾化管31上开设有连通于雾化腔310与储液腔21之间的进液孔312。发热件和导液件均设置于雾化管31内,用于吸取储液腔21内烟液并在电池装置的电驱动下加热雾化。其中,发热件可为发热丝,导液件可为导液棉;且两者的设置方式可为导液棉包裹于发热
丝外,或者发热丝绕设于导液件亦可。电极接触组件设置于雾化管31的底部,一端与发热件电连接,另一端与电池装置导电连接,以为雾化芯组件30提供电驱动。
外部气体由调气环13中调气槽及底座11中进气孔进入底座11内腔110后,再从雾化管31下端开口进入雾化腔310,在雾化腔310内烟液雾化后形成烟雾,由雾化管31顶部流入上盖组件40供用户吸食。
请参看图4和图5,上盖组件40包括上盖41、可相对上盖41于使用位置和注液位置之间移动的注液盖43以及烟嘴45。上盖41沿注液盖43由使用位置(如图8所示)移动至注液位置(如图9所示)的移动路径依次开设有注液口412和出烟口410,注液盖43上开设有通孔430,烟嘴45一体设置于注液盖43背向上盖41的表面并与通孔430连通。当注液盖43位于使用位置时,注液盖43盖合于注液口412上,通孔430与出烟口410连通;当注液盖43由使用位置平移至注液位置时,注液盖43与注液口412错位,注液口412被打开。
如此,电子烟在使用时,注液盖43上通孔430位于使用位置与出烟口410连通,以便于雾化腔310内雾化后的烟雾由通孔430流出至烟嘴45内,以供用户吸食;此时,注液口412被封闭,而无法进行注液操作。而在需要进行注液操作时,直接通过推移烟嘴45来打开注液口412,使注液口412被外露,以通过预先泄压的方式,保证储液腔21内气压稳定,而避免因突然打开注液盖43而引起储液腔21内气压变化并发生漏液;且同时亦可进行注液操作。而后在注液完成时再次推动烟嘴45关闭注液口412,十分方便。
请参看图6,具体地,上盖41位于注液盖43移动方向的两侧均开设有一端形成有开口4110的平移槽411,注液口412和出烟口410沿注液盖43由使用位置移动至注液位置的方向依次设置于两条平移槽411之间,注液盖43通过开口4110可滑动地收容于平移槽411内,以当经开口4110滑出平移槽411外时打开注液口412,并在经开口4110滑入平移槽411时盖合于注液口412
上。
注液盖43包括盖体431及位于盖体431相对两侧的两条凸缘432。其中,盖体431大体呈长条状,两条凸缘432由盖体431延长方向两侧的边缘向外延伸形成,且两条凸缘432可滑动地卡嵌于两条平移槽411内,以带动盖体431相对注液口412打开或闭合。
如图7所示为本实施例中注液盖43处于注液位置时的仰视图。进一步地,为了于使用位置和注液位置更好的定位注液盖43,至少一条平移槽411的槽壁上形成有两个定位凹槽4112,两个定位凹槽4112分别设置于注液盖43及烟嘴45的使用位置和注液位置。凸缘432与定位凹槽4112对应位置凸出形成有定位凸起4321,定位凸起4321可选择地卡嵌并定位于两个定位凹槽4112内。
请一并参看图6、图8以及图9,更进一步地,上盖41远离开口4110的一端开设有收容槽413,收容槽413连通于两条平移槽411远离对应开口4110的一端。注液盖43包括由盖体431的下部边缘向外延伸形成的限位边434。限位边434位于两条凸缘432之间并可进出地收容于收容槽413内。当注液盖43相对上盖41移动至使用位置时,限位边434收容于收容槽413内,盖体431抵接于收容槽413的槽壁上,从而阻止注液盖43相对上盖41发生翻转。当注液盖43相对上盖41移动至注液位置时(如图9所示),限位边434移出收容槽413外,使注液口412外露。
请重新参看图4,在本具体实施例中,上盖41包括底盖414及盖设于底盖414上方的压盖416。注液口412和出烟口410沿注液盖43由使用位置移动至注液位置的移动路径依次开设于底盖414上。底盖414设置于储液管20远离底座组件10的一端,且底盖414背向压盖412的表面凸出形成有中空连接固定柱4141。连接固定柱4141插设于雾化管31远离底座11的一端,用于将上盖组件40与雾化芯组件30固定并允许雾化腔310内烟雾流通。此外,上盖组件41还包括设置于底盖414和储液管20之间的密封圈418,用于防止
烟液泄露。
请一并参看图10,压盖416大体呈马蹄形,所述压盖416远离所述注液口412一侧的边缘向内凹陷形成缺口4161,具体的,所述压盖416包括圆盘状的主体,所述圆盘状的主体的远离注液口412的侧边贯穿上下表面向内凹陷形成U字型缺口4161,出烟口410和注液口412均收容并显露于缺口4161内。压盖416面向底盖414的表面形成有包围于缺口4161外周的两条第一凹陷部4162及连接于两条第一凹陷部4162之间的第二凹陷部4163,从而当压盖416设置于底盖414上时,两条所述第一凹陷部4162和所述第二凹陷部4163与底盖414围合形成两条平移槽411和收容槽413。其中,两条平移槽411均大体为沿注液盖412移动方向延长的长条状,且每条平移槽411延长方向的一端与收容槽413连通,远离收容槽413的一端呈开口状,以便于注液盖412上对应侧凸缘432的进出。同时每条平移槽411面向缺口4161的一端亦呈开口状,使注液盖412可通过两侧的凸缘432可开合地盖设于缺口4161上。
如此,每条平移槽411大体呈横截面为开口面向缺口4161的U字型,使得凸缘432卡嵌于对应平移槽411内时,可沿平移槽411延长方向移动,而在垂直移动方向上被限位。此外,两条平移槽411远离缺口4161一侧的槽壁均形成有两个定位凹槽4112,两个定位凹槽4112为由对应侧第一凹陷部4162的侧壁向远离缺口4161方向凹陷形成的圆弧形凹槽,定位凸起4321为凸缘432对应位置向远离盖体431方向凸出形成。可以理解地,在其它一些实施例中,定位凹槽4112亦可设置于第一凹陷部4162的顶部,对应定位凸起4321凸出形成于凸缘432的上表面即可,在此不作限定。
请重新参看图4,在本具体实施例中,上盖41包括销钉417,销钉417由底盖414下方穿过并固定于压盖416上,以底盖414和压盖416固定。可以理解地,在其它一些实施例中,压盖416与底盖414的固定方式可以根据需要而定,或者两者可一体设置,在此不作限定。
烟嘴45凸出设置于注液盖43的盖体431背向底盖414的表面,并与通
孔430连通。进一步的,为了更方便的推动注液盖412,烟嘴45外周设置有防滑结构,例如凸点或防滑纹等。
进一步地,为了保证压盖416与注液盖43之间的密封性,底盖414位于出烟口410和注液口412周围开设有密封槽4143,上盖组件40包括密封垫47,密封垫47收容于密封槽4143内且密封包围于出烟口410和注液口412外周。
本实用新型电子烟的注液盖43位于使用位置时,出烟口410与通孔430连通,而注液口412被封闭,此时可正常进行吸食操作而无法进行注液操作;当电子烟内烟液余量不足时,由于烟嘴45与注液盖43一体设置,即可通过推动烟嘴45将注液盖43由使用位置平移至注液位置,以完全外露注液口412进行注液操作,操作方便。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本实用新型的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本实用新型专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。因此,本实用新型专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (19)
- 一种上盖组件,其特征在于:包括上盖、可相对所述上盖于使用位置和注液位置之间移动的注液盖以及烟嘴,所述上盖在所述注液盖由所述使用位置移动至所述注液位置的路径上依次开设有注液口和出烟口,所述注液盖上开设有通孔,所述烟嘴一体设置于所述注液盖背向所述上盖的表面并与所述通孔连通;当所述注液盖位于所述使用位置时,所述注液盖盖合于所述注液口上,所述通孔与所述出烟口连通;当所述注液盖由所述使用位置平移至所述注液位置时,所述注液盖与所述注液口错位,所述注液口被打开。
- 如权利要求1所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述上盖位于所述注液盖移动方向的两侧均开设有一端形成有开口的平移槽,所述注液口和所述出烟口沿所述注液盖由所述使用位置移动至所述注液位置的方向依次设置于两条所述平移槽之间,所述注液盖通过所述开口可滑动地收容于所述平移槽内。
- 如权利要求2所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述注液盖包括盖体及由所述盖体延长方向两侧的边缘向外延伸形成的凸缘,两条所述凸缘可滑动地卡嵌于两条所述平移槽内。
- 如权利要求3所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:至少一条所述平移槽的槽壁上形成有两个定位凹槽,两个所述定位凹槽分别设置于所述注液盖的使用位置和所述注液盖的注液位置;所述凸缘与所述定位凹槽对应位置凸出形成有定位凸起,所述定位凸起可选择地卡嵌并定位于两个所述定位凹槽内。
- 如权利要求3所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述上盖远离所述开口的一端开设有收容槽,所述收容槽连通于两条所述平移槽远离对应所述开口的一端,所述注液盖包括由所述盖体的下部边缘向外延伸形成的限位边,所述限位边位于两条所述凸缘之间并可进出地收容于所述收容槽内,所述盖体当所述注液盖位于所述使用位置时抵接于所述收容槽的槽壁上。
- 如权利要求5所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述上盖包括底盖及盖设于所述底盖上方的压盖,所述注液口和所述出烟口沿所述注液盖由所述使用位置移动至所述注液位置的路径依次开设于所述底盖上,所述压盖远离所述注液口一侧的边缘向内凹陷形成缺口,所述出烟口和所述注液口均收容并显露于所述缺口内;所述压盖面向所述底盖的表面形成有包围于所述缺口外周的两条第 一凹陷部及连接于两条所述第一凹陷部之间的第二凹陷部,当所述压盖设置于所述底盖上时,两条所述第一凹陷部和所述第二凹陷部与所述底盖围合形成两条所述平移槽和所述收容槽。
- 如权利要求6所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述底盖位于所述出烟口和所述注液口周围开设有密封槽,所述上盖组件包括密封垫,所述密封垫收容于所述密封槽内且密封包围于所述出烟口和所述注液口外周。
- 如权利要求1所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述烟嘴外周设置有防滑结构。
- 一种雾化装置,其特征在于:包括权利要求1-8任一项所述的上盖组件。
- 一种电子烟,其特征在于:包括电池装置及雾化装置,所述雾化装置为权利要求9所述的雾化装置。
- 一种上盖组件,其特征在于:包括上盖、可相对所述上盖于使用位置和注液位置之间移动的注液盖,所述上盖在所述注液盖由所述使用位置移动至所述注液位置的路径上开设有注液口,当所述注液盖位于所述使用位置时,所述注液盖盖合于所述注液口上,当所述注液盖由所述使用位置平移至所述注液位置时,所述注液盖与所述注液口错位,所述注液口被打开。
- 如权利要求11所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:还包括出烟口,所述上盖在所述注液盖由所述使用位置移动至所述注液位置的路径上依次开设有注液口和出烟口。
- 如权利要求11所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:还包括烟嘴,所述注液盖上开设有通孔,所述烟嘴一体设置于所述注液盖背向所述上盖的表面并与所述通孔连通。
- 如权利要求11所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述上盖位于所述注液盖移动方向的两侧均开设有一端形成有开口的平移槽,所述注液口和所述出烟口沿所述注液盖由所述使用位置移动至所述注液位置的方向依次设置于两条所述平移槽之间,所述注液盖通过所述开口可滑动地收容于所述平移槽内。
- 如权利要求14所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述注液盖包括盖体及由所述盖体延长方向两侧的边缘向外延伸形成的凸缘,所述凸缘可滑动地卡嵌 于两条所述平移槽内。
- 如权利要求11所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述上盖上设置有两个定位凹槽,两个所述定位凹槽分别设置于所述注液盖的使用位置和所述注液盖的注液位置;所述注液盖上设置有定位凸起,所述定位凸起可选择地卡嵌并定位于两个所述定位凹槽内。
- 如权利要求15所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:至少一条所述平移槽的槽壁上形成有两个定位凹槽,两个所述定位凹槽分别设置于所述注液盖的使用位置和所述注液盖的注液位置;所述凸缘与所述定位凹槽对应位置凸出形成有定位凸起,所述定位凸起可选择地卡嵌并定位于两个所述定位凹槽内。
- 一种雾化装置,其特征在于:包括权利要求11-17任一项所述的上盖组件。
- 一种电子烟,其特征在于:包括电池装置及雾化装置,所述雾化装置为权利要求18所述的雾化装置。
