Abstract
The present invention provides a method for classifying molecular subtypes of breast cancer, the method comprising the steps of: acquiring expression levels of differentially expressed gene sets as measured in tumor cells; inputting the acquired expression levels of differentially expressed gene sets to a classification model having a parameter for the differentially expressed gene sets; determining a molecular subtype of breast cancer for tumor cells; and providing the determined molecular subtype of breast cancer.
