如图5、6、7,所述电池结合面12和所述雾化结合面21通过锁定机构489进行固定连接,锁定机构489包括设置在所述导向筋表面的凹槽4和设置在所述导向槽内的滚珠8及可使所述滚珠8升降的第一弹性件9。当所述导向筋3嵌入所述导向槽7内装配到位时,所述锁定机构489将所述导向筋3锁定在所述导向槽7内。具体的,所述导向筋3表面设有凹槽 4,所述导向槽7内设有滚珠8及可使所述滚珠8升降的第一弹性件9。当所述导向筋3嵌入所述导向槽7内装配到位时,所述滚珠8部分嵌入所述凹槽4内,进而限制所述导向筋3脱离所述导向槽7。凹槽4与滚珠8的配合用于限制上述导向筋3与导向槽7之间的滑动,在装配到位时起到锁定的作用。本实施方式中,滚珠8为钢珠。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施例中,滚珠8还可以为其他硬质材料制成,如铜、铁等。
具体的,如图7、8,导向槽7上设置一沉孔81,该沉孔81的孔径大于或等于滚珠8的直径,滚珠8置于该沉孔81内,沉孔81的开口处设有阻挡部811,该阻挡部811可以是与沉孔81的侧壁一体的向沉孔81中心方向延伸形成的凸边,也可是与沉孔81的侧壁独立的环形部件设于沉孔81开口处的内侧。该阻挡部811使得开口处的直径小于滚珠8的直径,从而滚珠8能从该开口部分露出又不会从开口处完全滑出,并且,在沉孔81内,滚珠8的底部及沉孔81底部之间的位置设置上述第一弹性件9,第一弹性件9处于一定的压缩状态,时刻保持将滚珠8抵至开口处。当导向筋3推入导向槽7时,导向筋3的表面下压滚珠8使其深凹入沉孔81中,直到凹槽4的位置对准沉孔81位置时,滚珠8会被弹起被推入该凹槽4内,接着则无法继续推动导向筋3。装配到位时,滚珠8顶入凹槽4中,发出“咔嗒”声,即可判断装配到位。本实施例的第一弹性件为弹簧,可以理解的是,在其他未示出的实施方式中,第一弹性件也可以为不锈钢薄片等具有弹性和刚性的元件,或为橡胶、硅胶等具有弹性的软质材料制成。
电池组件1用于给所述雾化组件2供电,在本实施例中,所述雾化接合面21设为所述雾化组件2的第一极性接触面,所述电池接合面12上设有第一极性接触件10和可使所述第一极性接触件10升缩的第二弹性件13,当所述导向筋3嵌入所述导向槽7内装配到位时,所述第一极性接触件10抵靠至所述第一极性接触面上,实现电池组件1与所述雾化组件2的第一极性电连通(准确来说,由于电池组件1和雾化组件2上导向筋3和导向槽7位置可互换的原因,当雾化组件2上设置的是导向筋3时,第一极性接触件10是抵靠在导向筋3的平面上;当雾化组件2上设置的是导向槽7时,第一极性接触件10是抵靠在导向槽7的平面上)。所述雾化接合面21上设有与所述第一极性接触面绝缘接触的第二极性件6,所述电池接合面12上设有第二极性接触件11和可使所述第二极性接触件11可升缩的第三弹性件14,当所述导向筋3嵌入所述导向槽7内装配到位时,所述第二极性接触件11靠至所述第二极性件6实现电池组件1与所述雾化组件2的第二极性电连通。同理,上述第二弹性件13以及第三弹性件14均为弹簧,可以理解的是,在其他未示出的实施方式中,第二弹性件13和第三弹性件14第一弹性件也可以为不锈钢薄片等具有弹性和刚性的元件。本实施例当中,第一极性可选为负极,而第二极性为正极,在其他实施方式中,第一极性为正极,而第二极性为负极。可 以理解的,所述第二弹性件13还与电池组件1内的电子元件电连接,以实现电路导通,所述电子元件包括但不限于电池、电路板。
可以理解的,所述第一极性接触件10、第二极性接触件11、第二极性件6可以为针状、片状、块状、柱状的导电体,可选的,为金属材料制成,例如、铜或者铝等。
为了在导向筋3推入导向槽7时滚珠8更轻易地被压入上述沉孔中,所述导向筋3相对的两端分别设有有一过渡的斜坡5。在本实施例中,所述滚珠8、第一极性接触件10和第二极性接触件11设置在同一直线上。钢珠8、第一极性接触件10和第二极性接触件11滑过相同的路线从上述过渡的斜坡5通过导向筋3。
所述雾化组件2包括主体(未示出)和雾化器15,所述雾化器15设有所述主体内,所述雾化器15朝着所述雾化接合面21的端部设有第二极性接触151,所述雾化组件2还包括绝缘件61,所述绝缘件61夹设在所述第二极性件6与所述雾化接合面21之间,所述第二极性件6与所述绝缘件61一体从所述雾化接合面21上压入所述主体内部使所述第二极性件6与所述第二极性接触151电性接触。
本实施例的电子烟,还包括烟嘴组件20,所述烟嘴组件20设于所述雾化组件2的上端。
只要不违背本实用新型创造的思想,对本实用新型的各种不同实施例进行任意组合,均应当视为本实用新型公开的内容;在本实用新型的技术构思范围内,对技术方案进行多种简单的变型及不同实施例进行的不违背本实用新型创造的思想的任意组合,均应在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括电池组件(1)和雾化组件(2),所述电池组件(1)上设有电池接合面(12),所述雾化组件(2)上设有雾化接合面(21);所述雾化接合面(21)上设有导向筋(3),所述电池接合面(12)上设有导向槽(7),或者,所述雾化接合面(21)上设有导向槽(7),所述电池接合面(12)上设有导向筋(3);所述导向筋(3)嵌入所述导向槽(7)内将所述电池组件(1)和所述雾化组件(2)连接为一体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池结合面(12)和所述雾化结合面(21)通过锁定机构(489)进行固定连接,当所述导向筋(3)嵌入所述导向槽(7)内装配到位时,所述锁定机构(489)将所述导向筋(3)锁定在所述导向槽(7)内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述锁定机构(489)包括设置在所述导向筋(3)表面的凹槽(4)和设置在所述导向槽(7)内的滚珠(8)及可使所述滚珠(8)升降的第一弹性件(9)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化接合面(21)设为所述雾化组件(2)的第一极性接触面,所述电池接合面(12)上设有第一极性接触件(10)及可使所述第一极性接触件(10)升降的第二弹性件(13),当所述导向筋(3)嵌入所述导向槽(7)内装配到位时,所述第一极性接触件(10)抵靠在所述第一极性接触面上实现电池组件(1)与所述雾化组件(2)的第一极性电连通。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化接合面(21)上设有与所述第一极性接触面绝缘的第二极性件(6),所述电池接合面(12)上设有第二极性接触件(11)及可使所述第二极性接触件(11)可升降的第三弹性件(14),当所述导向筋(3)嵌入所述导向槽(7)内装配到位时,所述第二极性接触件(11)靠至所述第二极性件(6)端面实现电池组件(1)与所述雾化组件(2)的第二极性电连通。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述滚珠(8)、第一极性接触件(10)和第二极性接触件(11)设置在同一直线上。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一弹性件(9)、所述第二弹性件(13)及所述第三弹性件(14)均为弹簧。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述导向筋(3)两端设有过渡的斜坡(5)。
  9. 根据权利要求5-7任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(2)包括主体和雾化器(15),所述雾化器(15)设于所述主体内,所述雾化器(15)朝着所述雾化接合面(21)的端部设有第二极性接触(151),所述第二极性件(6)设于一绝缘件(61)内,所述第二极性件(6)与所述绝缘件(61)一体从所述雾化接合面(21)上压入所述主体内部使所述第二 极性件(6)与所述第二极性接触(151)电性接触。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,还包括烟嘴组件(20),所述烟嘴组件(20)设于所述雾化组件(2)的上端。
