도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장 도구를 포함하는 화장품의 사시도이고, 도 2는 도 1의 용기에 화장 도구가 삽입되어 있는 모습을 보여주는 단면도이다.
도 1 및 도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장 도구(10)는 사용자가 파지할 수 있는 핸들(110)과, 핸들(110)의 단부에 마련되고 사람의 손가락 끝 마디와 유사한 모양을 갖는 팁(120)을 포함할 수 있다. 여기서, 팁(120)의 내부에는 핸들(110)의 단부로부터 연장되며 팁(120)에 가해지는 하중을 지지하는 지지부(130)가 제공된다.
이와 같은 화장 도구(10)는 화장품(1)의 일 구성 요소일 수 있으며, 화장료(C)가 내부에 수용되어 있는 용기(20)에 삽입되어 보관될 수 있다. 즉, 화장품(1)은 화장 도구(10)와 용기(20)를 포함할 수 있다.
핸들(110)은 사용자가 화장 도구(10)로 화장료(C)를 찍어서 두드려 바르거나 펴 바를 수 있도록 파지 가능하게 제공되는 것으로서, 스틱 형상으로 형성될 수 있다. 핸들(110)의 소재로는 플라스틱, 예를 들어 폴리우레탄(Polyurethane), 폴리에틸렌(Polyethylene), 폴리프로필렌(Polypropylene), ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) 등이 사용될 수 있다. 또한, 핸들(110)의 외주면에는 사용자가 용이하게 파지할 수 있도록 손가락 모양의 홈이 파져 있거나, 고무 등의 그립이 제공될 수도 있다.
핸들(110)의 일측 단부에는 팁(120)이 밀착되고, 지지부(130)가 제공되는 안착면(112)이 제공된다. 안착면(112)은 평면으로 형성될 수 있으며, 핸들(110)의 연장 방향에 대해 수직일 수 있다. 이때, 팁(120)은 안착면(112)에 접착 고정될 수 있다.
안착면(112)의 둘레에는 용기(20)에 형성된 삽입구(220)에 끼움 결합될 수 있는 끼움부(114)가 소정 길이와 두께로 형성될 수 있다. 끼움부(114)는 탄성을 지닐 수 있으며, 삽입구(220)에 탄성 변형되어 억지 끼움되었다가, 사용자가 핸들(110)을 파지하고 화장 도구(10)를 용기(20)로부터 빼내면 삽입구(220)로부터 빠지며 원상태로 복구될 수 있다.
또한, 핸들(110)의 둘레에는 걸림 리브(116)가 돌출 형성되어, 화장 도구(10)가 용기(20)로 끼워지는 길이를 제한할 수 있다. 즉, 화장 도구(10)의 용기(20) 삽입 시 걸림 리브(116)가 삽입구(220)의 단부에 걸림으로써, 화장 도구(10)의 삽입 깊이가 제한될 수 있다.
팁(120)은 탄성 변형이 가능한 연질의 소재로 형성될 수 있으며, 화장료(C)와 접촉, 마찰될 때 화장료(C)를 일정 수준 함침할 수 있도록 구성된다. 예를 들어, 팁(120)은 폴리우레탄 소재로 형성될 수 있다. 상술한 것처럼, 팁(120)은 핸들(110)의 안착면(112)에 밀착 고정되는데, 지지부(130)도 팁(120)을 핸들(110)에 고정시키는 역할을 할 수 있다.
한편, 지지부(130)는 안착면(112)으로부터 소정 길이 연장 형성되고, 팁(120)이 어느 방향으로 가압되더라도 팁(120)에 가해지는 하중을 지지할 수 있도록 팁(120)의 내부에 수용되어 외부로 노출되지 않을 수 있다.
팁(120)과 지지부(130)의 구체적인 구조 및 기능에 대해서는 도면을 참조하여 후술하겠다.
상기와 같은 구성을 가질 수 있는 화장 도구(10)는 용기(20)에 결합되어 보관, 사용될 수 있다. 구체적으로, 용기(20)는 화장 도구(10)를 지지하는 구조를 제공하는 본체(210)와, 본체(210)의 일측에 제공되어 화장 도구(10)가 끼워질 수 있는 삽입구(220)와, 삽입구(220)와 연통되며 화장료(C)가 수용되어 있는 트레이(230)와, 트레이(230)를 탄성 지지하는 탄성부재(240)를 포함할 수 있다.
본체(210)는 화장 도구(10)를 세워서 지지할 수 있도록 삽입구(210)를 상측에 구비할 수 있으며, 안정적인 지지를 위해 바닥면의 면적이 더 넓게 형성될 수 있다. 본체(210)의 내부는 트레이(230), 탄성부재(240) 등의 수용을 위해 비어 있을 수 있으며, 조립 및 트레이(230)의 교체 등을 위해 바닥면이 분리, 결합 가능하도록 형성될 수도 있다.
한편, 본체(210)의 내측에는 삽입구(210)의 내주면과 이어지도록 형성되고 트레이(230)의 이동을 가이드하는 가이드 리브(212)와, 탄성부재(240)의 위치가 유지될 수 있도록 탄성부재(240)를 감싸주는 탄성부재 지지 리브(214)가 더 제공될 수 있다. 일 예로, 가이드 리브(212)는 삽입구(210)의 내측 단부로부터 하방으로 소정 길이 연장되는 형상으로 제공될 수 있으며, 탄성부재 지지 리브(214)는 본체(210)의 바닥면으로부터 상방으로 소정 길이 연장되는 형상으로 제공될 수 있다.
트레이(230)는 본체(210)의 내부에서 화장 도구(10)의 삽입 방향, 본 실시예에서는 상하 방향으로 이동 가능하게 제공되며, 탄성부재(240)에 의해 지지될 수 있다. 일 예로, 트레이(230)는 원통형으로 형성될 수 있으며, 둘레에 탄성부재(240)를 가압할 수 있는 트레이 지지 리브(232)가 돌출 형성될 수 있다. 즉, 트레이(230)는 트레이 지지 리브(232)가 탄성부재(240)에 지지됨으로써 탄성부재(240)에 거치될 수 있다.
또한, 트레이(230)의 상측 일부는 가이드 리브(212)의 내측 및 삽입구(220)의 내측까지 연장된 형태로 제공될 수 있으며, 가이드 리브(212) 및 삽입구(220)의 내주면을 따라 상하 방향으로 이동될 수 있다. 이때, 트레이 지지 리브(232)의 상방 이동은 가이드 리브(212)의 단부에 걸려 제한될 수 있다. 즉, 트레이(230)는 트레이 지지 리브(232)가 탄성부재(240)에 지지된 상태로 상하 방향으로 이동 가능하되, 트레이 지지 리브(232)가 가이드 리브(212)에 걸림으로써 상방 이동이 제한될 수 있다.
화장료(C)는 트레이(230) 내부에 수용되며, 팁(120)의 접촉 및 마찰에 의해 화장료(C)가 팁(120)에 함침되거나 취해질 수 있는 제형을 갖는다. 일 예로, 화장료(C)는 클레이(clay) 타입의 제형을 가질 수 있으며, 컨실러일 수 있다. 화장료(C)는 고형으로 제공될 수 있는데, 제2 면(124)을 통해 우선적으로 팁(120)에 함침되거나 취해질 수 있도록 상면이 팁(120)의 제2 면(도 3, 124)과 평행하게 형성될 수 있다. 이때, 제2 면(124)은 팁(120)의 정상에 인접한 면 중 평평한 부분을 포함하는 면이거나, 안착면(112)과 이루는 각도가 작은 면일 수 있다.
탄성부재(240)는 일 예로 압축 스프링일 수 있으며, 트레이(230)의 하단부를 감싸는 형태로 제공되어 트레이 지지 리브(232)를 지지할 수 있다. 탄성부재(240)는 트레이(230)를 화장 도구(10) 방향으로 가압하여 화장료(C)가 보다 팁(120)에 보다 용이하게 묻어질 수 있도록 한다. 본 실시예에서는 탄성부재(240)로서 압축 스프링이 제공되고, 본체(210)의 바닥면에 지지되어 트레이(230)의 하측에서 트레이(230)를 지지하는 것을 예로 들었으나, 트레이(230)의 구조, 배치 등에 따라 인장 스프링, 고무 등 다양한 탄성부재가 다양한 방법으로 적용될 수 있다.
상기와 같은 트레이(230)는 화장 도구(10)가 용기(20)에 삽입될 때, 팁(120)에 의해 가압되어 본체(210)의 바닥면 방향으로 이동되고(도 2의 (a)), 화장 도구(10)가 용기(20)에서 빠져나간 상태에서는 삽입구(220) 방향으로 이동될 수 있다(도 2의 (b)). 트레이(230)가 가압된 상태에서는 탄성부재(240)는 압축되어 트레이(230)에 화장 도구(10) 방향으로 탄성력을 제공할 수 있고, 이에 의해 팁(120)은 그 자체의 연성에 의해 소정 정도 탄성 변형될 수 있으며, 화장료(C)는 팁(120)에 보다 원활하게 취해질 수 있다. 이때, 팁(120)의 내부에는 지지부(130)가 제공되어 팁(120)의 제2 면(124)에 보다 강한 지지력을 제공할 수 있으므로, 제2 면(124)에 보다 효과적으로 화장료(C)를 묻힐 수 있다.
이 경우, 사용자가 화장 도구(10)를 용기(20)에 보관하다가 용기(20)로부터 분리하게 되면 화장료(C)가 팁(120)에 묻어 있는 상태이므로, 사용자는 바로 화장 도구(10)를 이용하여 화장을 할 수 있다.
도 3은 도 1의 화장 도구의 팁 부분의 모습을 보여주는 도면으로서, 도 3의 (a)는 사시도, (b)는 정면도, (c)는 평면도, (d)는 측면도이다. 여기서, 정면도는 팁(120)을 안착면(112) 및, 안착면(112)에 수직하며 팁(120)의 정점을 지나는 가상의 평면(P)에 대해 수직인 방향에서 바라본 모습으로서, 후술한 제1 면(122)과 제2 면(124) 및 제3 면(126)을 동시에 나타낼 수 있다. 아울러, 이하의 설명에서, 상측 방향은 도 3을 기준으로 상측 방향, 즉 안착면(112)으로부터 멀어지는 방향을 의미하고, 하측 방향은 도 3을 기준으로 하측 방향, 즉 안착면(112)으로부터 가까워지는 방향을 의미한다. 또한, 이하의 설명에서 평면 방향은 안착면(112)의 중심으로부터 방사형으로 뻗어나가는 방향을 의미한다.
도 3을 참조하면, 팁(120)은 정면에서 봤을 때, 안착면(112)에 수직한 가상의 평면(P)을 기준으로 일측 부분과 타측 부분으로 구분될 수 있다. 팁(120)은, 가상의 평면(P)의 일측에 제공되고 팁(120)의 둘레의 일부를 형성하는 제1 면(122)과, 가상의 평면(P)의 타측에 제공되고 제1 면(122)과는 다른 방향의 경사를 가지면서 제1 면(122)의 상부에 이어지는 제2 면(124)과, 제2 면(124)의 하측에 제공되는 제3 면(126)을 포함한다. 즉, 제1 면(122)과, 제2 면(124) 및 제3 면(126)은 정면에서 바라볼 때 가상의 평면(P)을 기준으로 구분될 수 있다. 다시 말하면, 가상의 평면(P)은 정면에서 팁(120)을 바라보았을 때 제1 면(122)과 제2 면(124), 제1 면(122)과 제3 면(126)이 만나는 지점을 지날 수 있다.
본 실시예에서는, 정면의 좌측에 제1 면(122)이 배치되고 우측에 제2 면(124) 및 제3 면(126)이 배치되는 것을 예로 들어 도시하였으나, 배치되는 위치는 서로 변경 가능하다.
제1 면(122)은 가상의 평면(P)으로부터 상하 방향 및 평면 방향으로 볼록한 곡면으로 형성될 수 있다. 구체적으로, 제1 면(122)은 도 3의 (b)에 볼록하게 도시된 것처럼 상하 방향으로 볼록하게 형성되고, 도 3의 (c)에서 볼록하게 도시된 것처럼 평면 방향으로 볼록하게 형성될 수 있다.
정면에서 봤을 때, 제1 면(122)과 안착면(112)이 이루는 각(a)은 90도 보다 작은 예각일 수 있으며, 제2 면(124)과의 접점과 가까워질수록 안착면(112)과 이루는 각은 작아질 수 있다. 이때, 제2 면(124)과의 접점과 가까워질수록 안착면(112)과 이루는 각이 작아지는 경향은 제1 면(122) 전체적으로 적용될 수 있다. 또한, 제1 면(122)은 안착면(112)으로부터 팁(120)의 정상부까지 형성될 수 있다.
상기와 같은 형상을 갖는 제1 면(122)은 화장료를 펴 바르는 용도로 사용될 수 있으며, 이때 제1 면(122)에 가해지는 하중은 지지부(130)에 의해 지지될 수 있으므로, 단순히 팁만 형성되어 있는 종래의 기술들에 비해 보다 효과적으로 사용자가 화장료를 펴 바르게 할 수 있다. 또한, 제1 면(122)은 제2 면(124)에 비해 상대적으로 넓은 면적을 갖고, 가상의 평면(P)의 일측에 전체적으로 형성됨으로써, 화장료를 펴 바르는 작용이 보다 효과적으로 이뤄질 수 있다.
제2 면(124)은 제1 면(122)과 다른 방향으로 기울어지게 형성될 수 있고, 제2 면(124)의 일부가 평평하게 형성될 수 있다. 본 실시예에서는 제2 면(124)이 전체적으로 평평하게 형성된 것을 예로 들어 설명한다. 제2 면(124)은 제1 면(112)에 비해 상대적으로 작은 면적을 가질 수 있고, 상하 방향으로 제1 면(112)에 비해 짧은 길이를 가질 수 있다. 본 실시예에서는 제2 면(124)의 상하 방향 길이는 팁(120)의 전체 높이의 약 25% 수준인 것을 예로 들어 도시하였다.
정면에서 보았을 때, 제2 면(124)의 저점 부분과 안착면(112)과 평행한 가상의 평면이 이루는 각(b)은 a보다 작은 각도를 갖는다. 본 실시예에서와 같이 제2 면(124)이 평평하게 형성되는 경우, 제1 면(112)과의 접점이 가까워지더라도 b는 유지될 수 있다.
상기와 같은 형상을 갖는 제2 면(124)은 화장료를 두드려 바르는 용도로 사용될 수 있으며, 이때 제2 면(124)에 가해지는 하중은 지지부(130)에 의해 지지될 수 있으므로, 단순히 팁만 형성되어 있는 종래의 기술들에 비해 보다 효과적으로 사용자가 화장료를 두드려 바르게 할 수 있다. 또한, 제2 면(124)은 평평하게 형성되어 용기(20) 내에서 화장료를 보다 용이하게 취할 수 있고, 두드려 바르는 작용을 보다 효과적으로 할 수 있다. 특히, 용기(20)에 담긴 화장료(C)가 제2 면(124)과 평행하게 제공되는 경우, 이와 같은 효과는 더욱 향상될 수 있다.
팁(120)의 타측에서 제2 면(124)의 저부에는 제3 면(126)이 제공되는데, 제3 면(126)은 제1 면(122)과 함께 팁(120)의 둘레를 형성할 수 있으며, 제1 면(122)과 연속적으로 이어질 수 있다. 제3 면(126)은 평면 방향으로 볼록한 곡면일 수 있으며, 정면에서 보았을 때 제3 면(126)과 안착면(112)이 연장된 가상의 평면이 이루는 각(c)은 90도보다 큰 둔각일 수 있다. 아울러, c는 제3 면(126)이 제2 면(124)과 이어지는 지점까지 일정하게 유지될 수 있다. 이와 같은 제3 면(126)은 팁(120)의 내부에 제공된 지지부(130)의 적어도 일부를 감싸는 형상을 가지며, 지지부(130)에 가해지는 하중을 받쳐주는 역할을 할 수 있다.
본 실시예에서는 정면에서 보았을 때, 제1 면(122)과 제2 면(124) 및 제3 면(126)의 경계가 다소 명확하게 구분지어지는 것을 예로 들어 도시하였으나, 면의 형상, 곡률 등을 달리하는 실시예에 따라 각 면(122, 124, 126) 사이의 경계는 불분명할 수도 있다. 일 예로, 각 면(122, 124, 126)의 경계는 서로 동일한 곡률을 갖거나 일정한 비율로 변화되는 곡률을 가질 수 있다.
한편, 팁(120)의 내부에 수용되어 팁(120)에 가해지는 하중을 지지하는 지지부(130)는 소정의 탄성을 갖는 소재로 형성되며, 일 예로, 폴리우레탄, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, ABS 등의 소재로 형성될 수 있다. 이때, 지지부(130)는 핸들(110)과 함께 일체로 사출 성형될 수 있다. 연질의 소재인 팁(120)의 내부에 탄성력을 갖는 지지부(130)가 제공됨으로써, 사용자는 화장료 도포 시 팁(120) 자체의 탄성력, 반발력에 더해 지지부(130)가 제공하는 탄성력, 반발력을 함께 느낄 수 있는 바, 더욱 뛰어난 터치감을 경험할 수 있다.
이때, 지지부(130)는 제2 면(124)을 통해 가해지는 하중을 제1 면(122)을 통해 가해지는 하중보다 많이 흡수하고, 더 큰 반발력을 제2 면(124)을 향해 제공할 수 있도록 구성될 수 있다. 즉, 지지부(130)는 화장료를 두드려 바르기 위한 제2 면(124)에 화장료를 펴 바르기 위한 제1 면(122)보다 더 큰 반발력을 제공할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 지지부(130)는 안착면(112)으로부터 연장되는 기둥(132)과 기둥(132)의 단부에 마련되는 헤드(134)를 포함할 수 있다.
기둥(132)은 안착면(112)으로부터 제2 면(124)을 향하는 방향으로 연장될 수 있는데, 팁(120)에 안착면(112)에 대해 수직인 방향으로 탄성력 및 복원력을 더욱 부여하기 위해 지그재그 방향으로 연장될 수 있다. 본 실시예에서는 측면에서 보았을 때(도 4의 (d)), 좌우 방향으로 연장되는 모습을 갖는 것을 예로 도시하였다. 이때, 안착면(112)에 연결되는 기둥(132)의 저부는 지지부(130)의 안정성을 위하여 다른 부분보다 넓은 단면적을 갖도록 형성될 수 있다.
한편, 헤드(134)는 기둥(132)보다 넓은 종단면적을 갖도록 형성될 수 있으며, 제2 면(124)을 향하는 곡면 영역을 가질 수 있다. 이에 의해 사용자가 제2 면(124)을 이용하여 피부를 두드리는 동작을 할 때, 헤드(134)가 제2 면(124)이 형성된 부분을 보다 효과적으로 지지하면서 제2 면(124)에 탄성력, 반발력을 제공할 수 있다. 본 실시예에서는 헤드(134)로서 측면에서 보았을 때 타원 형상을 갖는 소정 두께의 부재가 제공되는 것을 예로 들어 도시하였다.
이와 같은 지지부(130)는 제2 면(124)을 이용해 두드림 동작을 할 때 발생하는 하중을 지지하도록 제2 면(124)의 하방에 배치될 수 있다. 구체적으로, 사용자가 화장료를 두드려 바를 때에는 상대적으로 큰 압력으로 피부를 가압하는 것이 필요한데, 지지부(130)가 제2 면(124)의 하방에 배치되면 제2 면(124)에 보다 강한 복원력을 제공할 수 있다. 따라서, 화장료를 단순히 팁만 사용하는 경우보다 더 높은 압력으로 피부에 두드려 도포하는 것이 가능하고, 디스크를 사용하는 것보다는 부드럽게 피부에 두드려 도포하는 것이 가능한 바, 사용자에게 보다 개선된 사용감을 줄 수 있다.
또한, 지지부(130)의 상대적으로 넓은 면적을 갖는 부분이 제1 면(122)의 중심을 향하도록 배치될 수 있다. 구체적으로, 사용자가 화장료를 펴 바를 때에는 상대적으로 낮은 압력으로 피부를 가압하는 것이 필요한데, 지지부(130)는 제1 면(122)에 제2 면(124)보다는 약하지만 일정 수준의 복원력을 제공할 수 있으며, 보다 넓은 면적을 갖는 부분이 제1 면(122)을 향하는 경우에는 제1 면(122)에 가해지는 하중을 보다 더 효과적으로 지지할 수 있다. 따라서, 화장료를 단순히 팁만 사용하는 경우보다 더 높은 압력으로 피부에 펴 바르는 것이 가능하고, 디스크를 사용하는 것보다는 부드럽게 펴 바르는 것이 가능한 바, 사용자에게 보다 개선된 사용감을 줄 수 있다.
이와 같이 팁(120)의 형상 및 지지부(130)의 특징에 따라 제공되는 개선된 사용감은 사용자가 실제 손가락을 사용하여 화장료를 두드리거나 펴 바르는 방법으로 화장하는 것과 유사할 것이다.
한편, 본 실시예에서는 하나의 핸들(110)에 하나의 팁(120)이 제공되는 것을 예로 들었으나, 본 발명의 사상은 이에 한정되지 않는다. 예를 들어, 핸들(110)은 보다 넓은 안착면(112) 또는 서로 다른 높이를 갖는 복수 개의 안착면(112)을 구비하고, 팁(120)은 복수 개가 제공될 수 있다. 또한, 복수 개의 팁(120)은 서로 높이가 다르게 구성될 수도 있고, 일렬로 배치되거나, 소정의 기하학적 형상, 일 예로 삼각형을 이루도록 배치될 수도 있다.
또한, 본 실시예에서는 하나의 팁(120)에 하나의 지지부(130)가 제공되는 것을 예로 들었으나, 본 발명의 사상은 이에 한정되지 않는다. 예를 들어, 지지부(130)는 복수 개가 제공될 수 있고, 안착면(112) 상에 일렬로 배치되거나, 소정의 기하학적 형상을 이루도록 배치될 수도 있다. 물론, 서로 높이를 다르게 하여 제공되는 것도 가능하다.
이하에서는, 상기와 같은 구성을 갖는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장 도구(10) 및 이를 포함하는 화장품(1)의 작용 및 효과에 대해 설명하겠다.
사용자는 하나의 화장 도구(10)를 이용하여 화장료를 두드려 바르거나 펴 바르는 두 가지 방법의 화장을 모두 할 수 있다.
구체적으로, 사용자는 제2 면(124)을 이용하여 화장료를 취한 후, 이를 피부에 두드리는 방법으로 화장을 할 수 있다. 이때, 팁(120)의 내부에 제공된 지지부(130)는 특히 제2 면(124)을 누르는 방향으로 가해지는 하중을 용이하게 흡수하고, 제2 면(124)을 향해 상대적으로 큰 반발력을 제공할 수 있다. 그에 따라, 사용자는 마치 손가락 끝을 이용하여 화장료를 두드려 바르는 것과 같은 느낌으로 화장을 할 수 있다.
또한, 사용자는 제1 면(122)을 이용하여 화장료를 피부에 펴 바르는 방법으로 화장을 할 수 있다. 이때, 팁(120) 내부에 제공된 지지부는 제1 면(122)을 통해 가해지는 하중도 흡수하고, 제1 면(122)을 향해 상대적으로 작은 반발력을 제공할 수도 있다. 그에 따라, 사용자는 마치 손가락의 지문 부분을 이용하여 화장료를 펴 바르는 것과 같은 느낌으로 화장을 할 수 있다.
또한, 상술한 화장 도구(10)를 이용한 두드려 바르는 방법과 펴 바르는 방법은, 종래의 단순한 연질의 어플리케이터가 갖는 부드러움과 단순한 강성의 어플리케이터가 갖는 가압력이라는 장점을 동시에 가질 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
또한, 화장 도구(10)는 두 가지 방법의 화장이 모두 가능하게 하면서도, 하나의 방법만 가능한 화장 도구와 비교할 때, 크기나 부피가 더 커지지 않는다는 장점도 있다.
또한, 화장 도구(10)가 피부에 닿는 방향을 전환하는 것만으로 화장 방법을 바꿀 수 있으므로, 사용편의성이 매우 향상된다.
또한, 손가락을 이용한 화장과 유사한 효과를 발휘하면서도 손가락을 이용하지 않아도 되므로 위생적인 화장이 가능하다.
또한, 화장 도구(10)를 용기(20)에 단순히 꽂아서 보관하는 것만으로도 화장 도구(10)에 화장료가 취해질 수 있으므로 사용자는 보다 편리하게 화장 도구(10)를 보관 및 사용할 수 있다. 특히, 용기(20)에 제공된 트레이(230)는 화장 도구(10)의 보관 시 화장 도구(10)에 의해 가압된 상태를 유지할 수 있으며, 이에 의해 화장 도구(10)의 팁(120)에 화장료(C)가 보다 원활하게 취해질 수 있다.
또한, 트레이(230) 내의 화장료(C)는 제2 면(124)과 평행한 상면을 갖도록 제공되어, 제2 면(124)에만 먼저 취해짐으로써, 사용자가 제2 면(124)을 이용해 화장료를 두드려 바르는 것을 먼저 할 수 있도록 유도할 수 있다.
이하에서는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 화장 도구에 대하여 도 4를 참조하여 설명한다. 다만, 도 4의 실시예는 도 2의 실시예와 비교하여 팁 및 지지부의 형상과 구조에 있어서 차이가 있으므로, 차이점을 위주로 설명하며 동일한 부분에 대하여는 도 2의 실시예의 설명과 도면 부호를 원용한다.
도 4는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 화장 도구의 팁 부분의 모습을 보여주는 도면이다.
도 4를 참조하면, 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 화장 도구의 팁(120')도 마찬가지로 제1 면(122')과 제2 면(124') 및 제3 면(124')을 포함할 수 있다.
제1 면(122')은 상술한 실시예와 마찬가지로, 상하 방향 및 평면 방향으로 볼록하게 형성될 수 있으며, 안착면(112)과 소정의 각(a')을 이루며 접할 수 있다. 안착면(112)과 제1 면(122')이 이루는 각은 상측으로 갈수록 작아질 수 있다.
제2 면(124')도 소정의 곡률을 갖고 상하 방향으로 볼록한 곡면으로 형성될 수 있으며, 일부분은 평평하게 형성될 수도 있다. 여기서, 제2 면(124')과 안착면(112)에 평행한 가상의 평면이 이루는 각(b')은 상술한 실시예에서의 각(b)보다 더 작게 설정될 수 있다. 이 경우, 전체적으로 보았을 때 팁(120')이 조금 더 뭉툭한 형상을 가질 수 있다.
아울러, 제3 면(126')은 상술한 실시예보다 더 큰 각(c')으로 안착면(112)의 연장 평면과 만날 수 있다. 또한, 상방으로 갈수록 제3 면(126')과 안착면(112)의 연장 평면이 이루는 각은 작아질 수 있으며, 상단부에서는 90도보다 작은 예각을 이룰 수도 있다. 이에 의해, 팁(120')은 전체적으로 일 방향을 향해 볼록하게 형성된 형상을 가질 수 있으며, 사용자가 볼록하게 튀어나온 부분을 이용하여 화장료를 펴 바를 수 있도록 보다 직관적으로 유도할 수 있다.
한편, 지지부(130')는 제2 면(124')의 하측에 배치되고, 제 3면(126')에 의해 둘러사이는 형태로 배치되는데, 그 저부의 일부는 가상의 평면(P)을 기준으로 제1 평면(112) 측에 위치될 수도 있다.
기둥(132')은 상술한 실시예와 마찬가지로 지그재그 방향으로 연장될 수 있는데, 정면에서 보았을 때(도 4의 (b)) 좌우 방향으로 연장되는 모습을 가질 수 있다. 이 경우, 제1 면(122')이 가압될 때, 지지부(130')는 상술한 실시예에 비해 보다 많이 변형될 수 있으며, 제1 면(122')에 상대적으로 더 큰 반발력을 제공할 수 있으므로, 사용자가 보다 센 압력으로 화장료를 펴 바르는 화장을 할 수 있다.
또한, 헤드(134')는 라운드 처리된 볼록부를 복수 개 구비할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 도면에 도시된 것처럼 측방에서 보았을 때, 이에 의해, 제2 면(124')을 지지하는 면적을 더 크게 할 수 있으므로 보다 안정적으로 제2 면(124')을 지지함과 동시에, 두드림 동작 시 제2 면(124')을 여러 곳에서 지지하는 것인 바 상술한 실시예와는 다른 터치감을 줄 수 있다.
이하에서는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 화장 도구에 대하여 도 5를 참조하여 설명한다. 다만, 도 5의 실시예는 도 2의 실시예와 비교하여 팁 및 지지부의 형상과 구조에 있어서 차이가 있으므로, 차이점을 위주로 설명하며 동일한 부분에 대하여는 도 2의 실시예의 설명과 도면 부호를 원용한다.
도 5는 본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 화장 도구의 모습을 보여주는 측면도이다.
도 5를 참조하면, 본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 화장 도구(10")는 일 방향으로 볼록하게 휘어진 스틱 형상의 핸들(110")과, 핸들(110")의 단부에 제공되고 핸들(110")과 동일한 방향을 향해 볼록하게 휘어진 팁(120")을 포함할 수 있다.
핸들(110")과 지지부(130")는 일체로 사출 형성될 수 있으며, 지지부(130")는 안착면(112")으로부터 제2 면(124")을 향해 연장되되, 핸들(110") 및 지지부(130")가 볼록하게 형성되어 있는 각도에 대응되도록 안착면(112")에 대해 소정 각도로 경사지게 연장될 수 있다.
팁(120")은 제1 면(122")과 제2 면(124") 및 제3 면(126")을 포함할 수 있다. 제1 면(122")은 화장료를 펴 바르는 면적을 넓히기 위해, 안착면(112")의 일측으로 더 길게 연장될 수 있다. 이를 위해, 안착면(112")의 일측 단부는 소정 깊이 함몰되어 있을 수 있다. 다시 말하면, 팁(120")의 볼록한 면, 즉 제1 면(122")은 안착면(122")을 지나 핸들(110")의 타측 단부 방향으로 팁(120")의 오목한 면, 즉 제3 면(126")보다 더 길게 연장될 수 있다.
또한, 제1 면(122")과 제2 면(124")과 제3 면(126")의 경계 중 어느 두 면의 경계는 연속된 곡면일 수 있다. 여기서, 연속된 곡면은 경계선을 기준으로, 양측 곡면의 곡률이 동일하거나, 일정한 경향성을 갖고 곡률이 변화되는 것 또는, 경계점에서의 접선이 수학적으로 연속인 것으로 이해될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 정면에서 보았을 때, 제1 면(122")과 제2 면(124")의 경계는 서로 연속된 곡면일 수 있다.
한편, 제2 면(124")은 평평한 부분을 포함하지 않고, 전체적으로 안착면(112")으로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 볼록한 곡면일 수 있다. 이 경우, 용기(20)의 트레이(230)에 제공되는 화장료(C)는 제2 면(124")의 꼭지점의 접선에 대해 평행하게 경사진 상면을 갖도록 형성될 수 있다.
본 실시예에 따른 화장 도구(10")는 전체적으로 손가락과 유사한 모양을 갖게 되며, 사용자에게 보다 직관적으로 손가락처럼 사용할 수 있는 화장 도구라는 느낌을 줄 수 있는 바, 마케팅적으로 효율적일 수 있다.
또한, 핸들(110")이 휘어져 있으므로 화장 도구(10")의 사용 시 그립감을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 제1 면(122")의 면적을 크게 형성함으로써 화장료를 펴 바르는 화장을 보다 효과적으로 할 수 있다.
하기는 본 발명의 실시예들의 나열이다.
항목 1은, 사용자가 파지할 수 있는 핸들; 핸들의 일측에 형성된 안착면에 제공되어 화장료를 취할 수 있고, 연질의 소재로 형성된 팁; 및 안착면에 제공되고, 팁의 내부에 수용되어 팁에 가해지는 하중을 지지하는 지지부를 포함하는 화장 도구이다.
항목 2는, 팁은, 안착면에 수직하고 팁의 정점을 지나는 가상의 평면의 일측에 배치되고, 팁의 둘레의 일부를 형성하는 제1 면; 가상의 평면의 타측에 배치되고, 제1 면과 다른 방향의 경사를 가지면서 제1 면의 상부에 이어지는 제2 면; 및 가상의 평면의 타측에 배치되고, 제2 면의 하측에 제공되며 팁의 둘레의 일부를 형성하는 제3 면을 포함하는 항목 1의 화장 도구이다.
항목 3은, 제2 면은 평평한 부분을 포함하는 항목 1 및 항목 2의 화장 도구이다.
항목 4는, 제1 면과 안착면이 이루는 각은 90도보다 작게 형성되며, 정점으로 갈수록 점점 작아지는 항목 1 내지 항목 3의 화장 도구이다.
항목 5는, 제1 면은 상하 방향 및 평면 방향으로 볼록하게 형성되는 항목 1 내지 항목 4의 화장 도구이다.
항목 6은, 지지부는 제2 면의 하측에 배치되는 항목 1 내지 항목 5의 화장 도구이다.
항목 7은, 지지부는, 안착면으로부터 제2 면을 향해 연장되는 기둥; 및 제2 면을 향하는 곡면 영역을 갖는 헤드를 포함하는 항목 1 내지 항목 6의 화장 도구이다.
항목 8은, 기둥은 지그재그 방향으로 연장되는 형상을 가지며, 탄성 변형 가능한 항목 1 내지 항목 7의 화장 도구이다.
항목 9는, 핸들과 팁은 동일한 방향을 향해 볼록하게 휘어져 있는 항목 1 내지 항목 8의 화장 도구이다.
항목 10은, 팁의 볼록한 면은 안착면을 지나 핸들의 타측 방향으로 팁의 오목한 면보다 더 길게 연장되는 항목 1 내지 항목 9의 화장 도구이다.
항목 11은 항목 1 내지 항목 10의 화장 도구; 및 화장 도구를 지지할 수 있고, 내부에 팁에 의해 취해질 수 있는 화장료가 제공되어 있는 용기를 포함하는 화장품이다.
항목 12는, 용기는, 본체; 본체의 일측에 형성되어 화장 도구가 삽입될 수 있는 삽입구; 본체에 화장 도구의 삽입 방향으로 이동 가능하게 제공되고, 화장료를 구비하는 트레이; 및 트레이에 화장 도구 방향으로 탄성력을 제공하는 탄성부재를 포함하는 항목 11의 화장품이다.
항목 13은, 화장료는 팁의 정상에 인접한 면 중 평평한 부분을 포함하거나, 안착면과 이루는 각도가 작은 면과 평행한 상면을 갖도록 제공되는 항목 11 및 항목 12의 화장품이다.
항목 14는, 트레이는 화장 도구가 삽입구에 삽입될 때, 팁에 의해 밀려나면서 탄성부재를 가압하도록 제공되는 항목 11 내지 항목 13의 화장품이다.
항목 15는, 화장 도구와 상기 화장 도구를 지지하는 용기를 포함하는 화장품으로서, 화장 도구는, 사용자가 파지할 수 있는 핸들; 핸들의 일측에 형성된 안착면에 제공되어 화장료를 취할 수 있고, 연질의 소재로 형성된 팁; 및 안착면에 제공되고, 팁의 내부에 수용되어 팁에 가해지는 하중을 지지하는 지지부를 포함하고, 용기는, 본체; 본체의 일측에 형성되어 화장 도구가 삽입될 수 있는 삽입구; 본체에 화장 도구의 삽입 방향으로 이동 가능하게 제공되고, 팁에 의해 취해질 수 있는 화장료를 구비하는 트레이; 및 트레이에 화장 도구 방향으로 탄성력을 제공하는 탄성부재를 포함하는 항목 1 내지 항목 14의 화장품이다.
항목 16은, 별도로 제공되는 용기에 저장된 화장료를 취할 수 있는 화장 도구로서, 사용자가 파지할 수 있는 핸들; 핸들의 일측에 형성된 안착면에 제공되어 화장료를 취할 수 있고, 연질의 소재로 형성된 팁; 및 안착면에 제공되고, 팁의 내부에 수용되어 팁에 가해지는 하중을 지지하는 지지부를 포함하는 항목 1 내지 항목 15의 화장 도구이다.
항목 17은, 팁은, 안착면에 수직하고 팁의 정점을 지나는 가상의 평면의 일측에 배치되고, 팁의 둘레의 일부를 형성하는 제1 면; 가상의 평면의 타측에 배치되고, 제1 면과 다른 방향의 경사를 가지면서 제1 면의 상부에 이어지는 제2 면; 및 가상의 평면의 타측에 배치되고, 제2 면의 하측에 제공되며 팁의 둘레의 일부를 형성하는 제3 면을 포함하는 항목 1 내지 항목 16의 화장 도구이다.
항목 18은, 지지부는, 안착면으로부터 제2 면을 향해 연장되는 기둥; 및 제2 면을 향하는 곡면 영역을 갖는 헤드를 포함하는 항목 1 내지 항목 17의 화장 도구이다.
항목 19는, 안착면이 이루는 각은 90도보다 작게 형성되며, 정점으로 갈수록 점점 작아지고, 제1 면은 상하 방향 및 평면 방향으로 볼록하게 형성되며, 제2 면은 평평한 부분을 포함하는 항목 1 내지 항목 18의 화장 도구이다.
항목 20은, 화장료를 취할 수 있는 팁과, 팁을 지지하는 핸들을 포함하는 화장도구; 및 화장 도구를 지지할 수 있고, 내부에 팁에 의해 취해질 수 있는 화장료가 제공되어 있는 용기를 포함하고, 용기는, 본체; 본체의 일측에 형성되어 화장 도구가 삽입될 수 있는 삽입구; 본체에 화장 도구의 삽입 방향으로 이동 가능하게 제공되고, 화장료를 구비하는 트레이; 및 트레이에 화장 도구 방향으로 탄성력을 제공하는 탄성부재를 포함하는 항목 1 내지 항목 19의 화장품이다.
항목 21은, 화장 도구는, 사용자가 파지할 수 있는 핸들; 핸들의 일측에 형성된 안착면에 제공되어 화장료를 취할 수 있고, 연질의 소재로 형성된 팁; 및 안착면에 제공되고, 팁의 내부에 수용되어 팁에 가해지는 하중을 지지하는 지지부를 포함하는 항목 1 내지 항목 20의 화장품이다.
항목 22는, 화장료는 팁의 정상에 인접한 면 중 평평한 부분을 포함하거나, 안착면과 이루는 각도가 작은 면과 평행한 상면을 갖도록 제공되는 항목 1 내지 항목 21의 화장품이다.
항목 23은, 트레이는 화장 도구가 삽입구에 삽입될 때, 팁에 의해 밀려나면서 탄성부재를 가압하도록 제공되는 항목 1 내지 항목 22의 화장품이다.
이상 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 순간 유화 화장품 제조 장치 및 그 제어 방법을 구체적인 실시 형태로서 설명하였으나, 이는 예시에 불과한 것으로서, 본 발명은 이에 한정되지 않는 것이며, 본 명세서에 개시된 기초 사상에 따르는 최광의 범위를 갖는 것으로 해석되어야 한다. 당업자는 개시된 실시형태들을 조합, 치환하여 적시되지 않은 형상의 패턴을 실시할 수 있으나, 이 역시 본 발명의 범위를 벗어나지 않는 것이다. 이외에도 당업자는 본 명세서에 기초하여 개시된 실시형태를 용이하게 변경 또는 변형할 수 있으며, 이러한 변경 또는 변형도 본 발명의 권리범위에 속함은 명백하다.
본 발명은 화장품 산업 분야에서 이용 가능하다.

Claims (20)

  1. 화장 도구와 상기 화장 도구를 지지하는 용기를 포함하는 화장품으로서,
    상기 화장 도구는,
    사용자가 파지할 수 있는 핸들;
    상기 핸들의 일측에 형성된 안착면에 제공되어 화장료를 취할 수 있고, 연질의 소재로 형성된 팁; 및
    상기 안착면에 제공되고, 상기 팁의 내부에 수용되어 상기 팁에 가해지는 하중을 지지하는 지지부를 포함하고,
    상기 용기는,
    본체;
    상기 본체의 일측에 형성되어 상기 화장 도구가 삽입될 수 있는 삽입구;
    상기 본체에 상기 화장 도구의 삽입 방향으로 이동 가능하게 제공되고, 상기 팁에 의해 취해질 수 있는 화장료를 구비하는 트레이; 및
    상기 트레이에 상기 화장 도구 방향으로 탄성력을 제공하는 탄성부재를 포함하는 화장품.
  2. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 팁은,
    상기 안착면에 수직하고 상기 팁의 정점을 지나는 가상의 평면의 일측에 배치되고, 상기 팁의 둘레의 일부를 형성하는 제1 면;
    상기 가상의 평면의 타측에 배치되고, 상기 제1 면과 다른 방향의 경사를 가지면서 상기 제1 면의 상부에 이어지는 제2 면; 및
    상기 가상의 평면의 타측에 배치되고, 상기 제2 면의 하측에 제공되며 상기 팁의 둘레의 일부를 형성하는 제3 면을 포함하는 화장품.
  3. 제2 항에 있어서,
    상기 제2 면은 평평한 부분을 포함하는 화장품.
  4. 제2 항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 면과 상기 안착면이 이루는 각은 90도보다 작게 형성되며, 상기 정점으로 갈수록 점점 작아지는 화장품.
  5. 제2 항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 면은 상하 방향 및 평면 방향으로 볼록하게 형성되는 화장품.
  6. 제2 항에 있어서,
    상기 지지부는 상기 제2 면의 하측에 배치되는 화장품.
  7. 제2 항에 있어서,
    상기 지지부는,
    상기 안착면으로부터 상기 제2 면을 향해 연장되는 기둥; 및
    상기 제2 면을 향하는 곡면 영역을 갖는 헤드를 포함하는 화장품.
  8. 제7 항에 있어서,
    상기 기둥은 지그재그 방향으로 연장되는 형상을 가지며, 탄성 변형 가능한 화장품.
  9. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 핸들과 상기 팁은 동일한 방향을 향해 볼록하게 휘어져 있는 화장품.
  10. 제9 항에 있어서,
    상기 팁의 볼록한 면은 상기 안착면을 지나 상기 핸들의 타측 방향으로 상기 팁의 오목한 면보다 더 길게 연장되는 화장품.
  11. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 화장료는 상기 팁의 정상에 인접한 면 중 평평한 부분을 포함하거나, 상기 안착면과 이루는 각도가 작은 면과 평행한 상면을 갖도록 제공되는 화장품.
  12. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 트레이는 상기 화장 도구가 상기 삽입구에 삽입될 때, 상기 팁에 의해 밀려나면서 상기 탄성부재를 가압하도록 제공되는 화장품.
  13. 별도로 제공되는 용기에 저장된 화장료를 취할 수 있는 화장 도구로서,
    사용자가 파지할 수 있는 핸들;
    상기 핸들의 일측에 형성된 안착면에 제공되어 화장료를 취할 수 있고, 연질의 소재로 형성된 팁; 및
    상기 안착면에 제공되고, 상기 팁의 내부에 수용되어 상기 팁에 가해지는 하중을 지지하는 지지부를 포함하는 화장 도구.
  14. 제13 항에 있어서,
    상기 팁은,
    상기 안착면에 수직하고 상기 팁의 정점을 지나는 가상의 평면의 일측에 배치되고, 상기 팁의 둘레의 일부를 형성하는 제1 면;
    상기 가상의 평면의 타측에 배치되고, 상기 제1 면과 다른 방향의 경사를 가지면서 상기 제1 면의 상부에 이어지는 제2 면; 및
    상기 가상의 평면의 타측에 배치되고, 상기 제2 면의 하측에 제공되며 상기 팁의 둘레의 일부를 형성하는 제3 면을 포함하는 화장 도구.
  15. 제14 항에 있어서,
    상기 지지부는,
    상기 안착면으로부터 상기 제2 면을 향해 연장되는 기둥; 및
    상기 제2 면을 향하는 곡면 영역을 갖는 헤드를 포함하는 화장 도구.
  16. 제13 항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 면과 상기 안착면이 이루는 각은 90도보다 작게 형성되며, 상기 정점으로 갈수록 점점 작아지고,
    상기 제1 면은 상하 방향 및 평면 방향으로 볼록하게 형성되며,
    상기 제2 면은 평평한 부분을 포함하는 화장 도구.
  17. 화장료를 취할 수 있는 팁과, 팁을 지지하는 핸들을 포함하는 화장도구; 및
    상기 화장 도구를 지지할 수 있고, 내부에 상기 팁에 의해 취해질 수 있는 화장료가 제공되어 있는 용기를 포함하고,
    상기 용기는,
    본체;
    상기 본체의 일측에 형성되어 상기 화장 도구가 삽입될 수 있는 삽입구;
    상기 본체에 상기 화장 도구의 삽입 방향으로 이동 가능하게 제공되고, 상기 화장료를 구비하는 트레이; 및
    상기 트레이에 상기 화장 도구 방향으로 탄성력을 제공하는 탄성부재를 포함하는 화장품.
  18. 제17 항에 있어서,
    상기 화장 도구는,
    사용자가 파지할 수 있는 핸들;
    상기 핸들의 일측에 형성된 안착면에 제공되어 화장료를 취할 수 있고, 연질의 소재로 형성된 팁; 및
    상기 안착면에 제공되고, 상기 팁의 내부에 수용되어 상기 팁에 가해지는 하중을 지지하는 지지부를 포함하는 화장품.
  19. 제18 항에 있어서,
    상기 화장료는 상기 팁의 정상에 인접한 면 중 평평한 부분을 포함하거나, 상기 안착면과 이루는 각도가 작은 면과 평행한 상면을 갖도록 제공되는 화장품.
  20. 제17 항에 있어서,
    상기 트레이는 상기 화장 도구가 상기 삽입구에 삽입될 때, 상기 팁에 의해 밀려나면서 상기 탄성부재를 가압하도록 제공되는 화장품.
