Definitions

  • the present invention relates to the technical field of the manufacture of panels, with application in the construction industry, since it provides a perforated panel with clamping mechanism. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • a panel is a prefabricated element that is used to build divisions inside or outside any construction.
  • the panels are also known as staves.
  • the board type panel is a structure normally of metallic material which is commonly used in the manufacture of doors and gates which has as characteristic separate longitudinal channels that give rigidity to the board type panel.
  • the sandwich panel is also a structure of metallic material achieved through a process known as "rollforming” which is characterized in that inside it is filled by a polymer that gives the panel its shape and rigidity, the filling works as a acoustic and thermal insulation.
  • the panel for sectional gates has the option to occupy a sandwich or simple panel which means that it does not have any type of insulator.
  • a technical patent search was carried out and document MX203765 was found with the title "Process for the manufacture of black sheet staves with several sausages in the bed of the same and its product obtained", said patent describes and revindicates a stave for manufacture of doors or gates of black sheet with several sausages in the bed of the same, which has a simple tab that is assembled with another piece through its double tab. It is characterized because in the center of the bed it has a deep symmetrical sausage that depending on the model varies in its shape, said sausages give stiffness to the stave.
  • One of the disadvantages of the patent in question need welding for the joining of several staves together, which prevents disassembly of the staves once joined.
  • L2 comprises, at its edge (2), two generally U-shaped folds (OLI and UL2) plus a third fold constituting the eyelet (3), the end of the eyelet (3) bumps into the inner face (2 ' ) of (ÜL2).
  • (UL1) is manufactured by folding 90 °, with respect to the upper face of (L2), a portion of the edge (2) of the sheet (L2).
  • (ÜL2) is obtained by folding 180 ° a second portion of the edge (2) of the sheet and is parallel to (ÜL1).
  • the eyelet (3) is obtained by bending 180 ° a third portion of the edge (2) of the sheet until a wall parallel to (UL1) and (UL2) is obtained.

  • Another disadvantage that was found in the documents described above, as well as in the panels that are currently sold are solid surface, which prevents the passage of light, air circulation, visibility through said panel.
  • Another of its disadvantages is not allowing a safe assembly between panels; as well as not allowing an assembly at all its ends, which limits the diversity of applications where different products can be obtained.
