Abstract

The electronically controlled flushing system (F) developed according to the present invention comprises the reservoir (H) where the water (S) obtained from a source is stored; the conduit (H1) through which the water (S) within the reservoir (H) is delivered into the toilet bowl; the cover (H2) regulating the passage of water through the conduit (H1); the control member regulating the open/closed position of the cover (H2) and being able to be triggered mechanically, in a touch-operated manner or in a non-contact manner; the pipe (B) in the reservoir (H), said pipe being positioned in a way to enable the water (S) within the reservoir (H) to fill into and to rise inside the same, wherein the water (S) in the pipe is on the same level as the water within the reservoir (H); the floating member (B1) which floats on the water (S) inside the pipe (B) and has a color that enables it to be distinguished from the water (S); the sensor (A) measuring the distance of the floating member (B1) from itself; the control unit for recording the predefined maximum water level to be present within the reservoir (H), for receiving the values measured by the sensor (A), for determining the water level within the reservoir (H) based on such received values and identifying the quantity of water available within the reservoir (H) according to the determined water level and the reservoir (H) dimensions, and for comparing the predefined water level to the determined water level to control and regulate the operation of the flushing system (F); and the control panel (K), which comprises the indicator (K1) for informing the user about the operational status of the flushing system (F).
